I\u2019ve never been more comfortable trying out guitars in a shop. I drove over an hour to get here and the customer service made it completely worth it. I have been teaching piano for more than 15 years now and I can say that Crescendo Music is one of the best music schools I ever had the pleasure to teach in. From the director of the school, through the team behind the counter, to the teachers, for everyone the first priority is how to welcome and accommodate each student in the best possible way. My colleagues are all wonderful musicians and incredible performers who take their job very seriously and with a level of responsibility that is a rarity today. The school itself is organized in such a way that every student receives everything he or she could ever need \u2013 from the books that are instantly ordered by the personnel to the wonderful opportunity to perform at a well organized recital in a wonderful venue at the end of each semester.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our son has played guitar for several years but was wanting to quit \u2013 arguing any time we asked him to practice. Someone suggested Crescendo as they have a daughter who loves going there. We went and from the first lesson with Dale, our son was back in love with the guitar. He practices without being asked and is excited to show us new songs he\u2019s learned. Dale has a great way with tweens and gets their respect because he plays regularly in a band. Dale also works on music that our son loves \u2013 nothing \u201cboring\u201d about music in our house anymore. Highly recommend Crescendo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do not believe a flute that was dropped off to be cleaned and refurbished was even touched. Paid for the service and when opened, it remained unpolished and keys were still sticking to the pads. Unprofessional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do not rent from them. Had a few issues \u2013 just now with the return of the instrument. Returned a cello on 5.20, and still received a charge for another forward month on 5.22.<\/p>\n

I called them, and manager Jason told me it is my job to call their provider of instruments and take care of this situation. That they only provide pick up and drop off and cannot be on the phone all day trying to reach their supplier. I was also offered to come and get the cello from the store again and personally take it to their supplier.<\/p>\n

Very bad. Obviously, they do not get that when a customer rents from them, it is Crescendo\u2019s store the customer rents from and not some obscure supplier.
