Danny\u2019s music is a great music store. My family and I have bought all of our instruments from Danny and also take lessons there. The instructor is great and has a lot of patience for younger kids learning guitar like my son. The prices are fair and it is a real friendly place.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Great selection, but don\u2019t expect to touch anything unless you commit to buying something beforehand. How in the world can you do business like that? Walked in looking for a nice, higher end, acoustic, which they have, and was met with an ultimatum of buying the instrument before I even touched it. Puhhlease.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I like the store manager because he\u2019s a good person because he sells his product for reasonable price and we been dealing with him for over two decades until now I\u2019ve learned my lesson about ordering things from his store. If it\u2019s something He doesn\u2019t have it in the store but I want to order it but I can\u2019t order it on my phone I\u2019ll have Danny to order it and that\u2019s when I made a mistake but it wasn\u2019t my fault it was his fault. I gave him instructions to look up the product like the make,model and serial number he still didn\u2019t comply to my response so he had an attitude with me and said I\u2019ll look it up myself. Charge me $54 to order the part and when a part came in store,he charge me another $10.80 to get it out the store. when I drove home and open the product it was the wrong product so I drove back to the store to return it and he said no refunds but I got $54 worth free stuff from Danny\u2019s music, so guys if you wanna order something from Danny\u2019s music don\u2019t do it, you will get into a lot of trouble and I regret it. But overall store manager is nice sometimes when he\u2019s not busy.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I was told to be to the store at 12 am for my son to start drum lessons. I get there and the person told me wrong. Yes I\u2019m mad and my child is upset. I won\u2019t be back.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I wanted my to get maintenance done on my flute during winter break. I had a single piece of cork pad missing and i needed it replaced. I picked my flute up and one of the keys was bent sideways and the screws had been tightened to where it was damaging the rods.<\/p>\n

Long story short, only take your instruments here if you want them to return broken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
