So, I\u2019ve been in here twice since I\u2019ve moved from East Bay to Rohnert Park last year. On both separate occasions the staff watches me like I\u2019m going to steal every item in the store somehow. Very, very, very uncomfortable to look up and have every worker in the store staring at you from across the room, yet not one word of helpfulness or a \u2018hi\u2019 or anything. I wont be stepping foot in \u2018this boy\u2019s club again\u2019.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

My Tacoma Thunderchief was knocked over by a band mate and the fret board was moved out of alignment. Kent had it realigned quickly and perfectly at a reasonable price.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Kent \u201cfixed\u201d my amp, never gave me an estimate or even called me up and said it\u2019s gonna cost \u201cthis much\u201d. I picked up the amp and paid way too much and it blew a fuse one song into our set. I took it back, he \u201cfixed\u201d it. I got through 2 songs and it blew a fuse. I returned one more time and insisted that he fix the amp properly. It blew a fuse again. He then tried to charge me more money and blamed the circuit. This dude is a hack and a gigging musician\u2019s worst nightmare. Avoid this hack.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
