Took it home and within a few days I was struck by a medical problem that meant I would not be able to play the guitar. Returned to the store and the staff went out of their way to take care of the refund\u2026no questions asked. I found the Operations Manager, Pat Monson to be extremely helpful along with his staff. If I could play I would return in a heart beat. These are some very special folks! Highly recommend!!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I don\u2019t like the fact that most guitars are locked, but I understand why. Customer service was okay. It took me a long time (1\/2 hour) to check out because two people in front of me had issues with products they purchased. I would have one clerk available to process customers who just want to \u201cbuy and leave\u201d and others to help with product issues away from the front counter. The steel string selection was okay but I felt the nylon string selection was limited.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I bought a product that wasn\u2019t what I expected it ( it didn\u2019t meet my satisfaction). I had paid with my debit card. I returned it 2 days after. I was advised by the GC representative to wait 3-5 days to get my refund back to my bank account. Short enough I waited didn\u2019t get it back and went back to the store. I talked to a guy possibly the manager. He told me that they had already refund me cash. I was upset and in disbelief for what I was told. I was ignored for at least 1\/2 hour when I requested the manager to go ahead and look into their video surveillance cameras to proof I was telling the true. After my persistent requesting the guy when over to watch their videos. I was finally reimbursed (cash) for what I had bought and returned with the guy apologizing to me. If you go to the store but a product make sure you want it for sure and won\u2019t return it and that you pay cash or credit so you won\u2019t have a similar experience to what I had to deal with it wasn\u2019t pleasant at all.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
