Awesome drum shop!<\/p>\n

Mike is super knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a small independent shop with just 1 person working at any given time so come with some patience, and it\u2019ll be worth it. I had to hang out while Mike tuned up another customers snare (he worked a miracle for the guy), but there was plenty to look at and play. Mike\u2019s has a great selection of drum kits, hardware, and sticks. We are lucky to have such an awesome shop in the area.<\/p>\n

We love to support local small businesses, and this is a great one. I would make the journey here over one of the big chains every time from now on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

My experience at Guitar Center was very pleasant and quick.<\/p>\n

I was served by a courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable sales agent. He answered my questions retrieved my product and gave helpful suggestions. Because of his expedient assistance, I was out of the store quicker than I went into the store.<\/p>\n

About a month or two ago, I overheard an old guy telling someone to be very careful in a demanding way because the guitar he was playing was \u201cExpensive\u201d it\u2019s like I\u2019m sure he knows Gibson guitars are \u201cExpensive\u201d if he\u2019s a big guitar guy. Honestly that employee was just very rude I felt like wanting to say something but I didn\u2019t because I felt as if he was going to backfire at me.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I have never left a review on Google before, but my level of disgust with this store is compelling me to do so. I would give negative 10 stars if it was available.<\/p>\n

I ordered a PRS Hollowbody with Piezos in Antique White on a Friday night online, and the salesperson (Kyler) literally took my credit card info over the phone and billed me for the sale. Then, they sold the guitar on Sunday night to a customer who walked into the store. Avoid this GC, and all GC\u2019s if you can.<\/p>\n

If the level of incompetency and\/or dishonesty at this particular location is representative of GC\u2019s everywhere (and I suspect that it is), I hope they get the Chapter 11 \u2013 Out of business status they so rightfully deserve. The Better Business Bureau was contacted on account of this.<\/p>\n
