I live nearby, and go here regularly with my family, as there aren\u2019t very many options in the area for quick meals. The turnover rate is terrible, and every time we go in, there are new employees, who are poorly trained, and hardly ever wearing name tags. Nine times out of ten, our order usually has something wrong. Like when I ask for \u201cno sauce\u201d on a sandwich, and they make it completely plain, or when we ask for strawberry pies, and end up getting all apple, or when they use the wrong flavor of syrup in my iced coffee, then remake it with the wrong amount of cream. Try to correct them, and get an eye roll and a sigh in response. And those were just from THIS week.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also complained about the fact that when you order any breakfast sandwich on a muffin, they are burned. Every time. Not a little crispy, I\u2019m talking about totally charred, hard, and inedible. Nothing has been done to remedy this. I try to be as patient as possible, having worked with the public before, but this location has some of the most poorly trained individuals, as well as some of the rudest, I have ever encountered. The only good thing about this place is that, aside from the drink\/condiment station always being a disaster, the place is relatively clean. Very disappointing overall. We would go elsewhere if there were other options.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We\u2019ve heard great things about this place however our experience wasn\u2019t what we\u2019ve heard. We walked in at 6pm on a Saturday night and all the staff looked at us , but no one greeted us. We stood at the front door for a few minutes and then stopped a bartender and ask if we seat ourselves. \u201cYep, wherever you like\u201d she replied. One table had a reserved sign, one table was dirty, and 2 tables had just one person alone sitting at a 6 top. The rest were full. We waited around, the wait staff didn\u2019t clean the table off and nothing more was said to us. So we walked out and they lost service due to inattentive staff.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

My wife had her flute repaired for $250. It came back much worse than when she gave it to them. We will see what they will do about it.<\/p>\n

Follow up: they adjusted it and it still doesn\u2019t work. She took it to another person who said it was badly aligned with the springs wrong.
