Then, if you already know what you\u2019re talking about, and need something very specific, he\u2019ll tell you he can\u2019t do that, because that\u2019s just not how it works. I needed ONE part to repair an audio console, the day prior to an event, and he refused to sell it to me, because \u201che can make more repairing someone else\u2019s console, then selling it to me\u201d. I have a older Yamaha fg151 that I have owned for about a year and liked the guitar very much I felt it had a exceptional tone but I did notice the bridge did not fit exactly and when I put new string\u2019s on the guitar while turning the guitar the bridge pins would pop out I took it to Marty he explained to me what to do and not to do he did what I feel he would do to his own vintage guitar he replaced the bridge did the fix for the pins and set the action I would say I liked the guitar before but now it is my favorite unbelievable! This is a very shady place with a nice looking store. We rented a Violin for a long time. It developed cracks on it, which I was willing to pay for. But they came back with an outrageous amount to repair it, reduced it a bit, and pretended to do me a big favor. Once you rent from \u2019em you are kinda stuck (that\u2019s the down side of renting I guess). Had to drive down 3 times to resolve this. Wouldn\u2019t return phone calls. The website is misleading and prices are way above anyone else. They do not have tuning tools as the website says, I brought my system in to be tuned \u201cby ear\u201d and was charged $15 I then found someone with proper tools and knowledge of stereo systems and found that it was still clipping. They also turned up my bass boost on the amp which is a big no no. So I had my system tuned properly with a oscope and meter and it sounds way better. I have seen some of their installs and they look clean so that part is good but as far as the technical portion of audio tuning I wouldnt go there.<\/p>\n

Came Their Like November Of Last Year And Got My Car Done For A Resonable Price Got My Speakers And Everything done & Got Two 12\u2019s in the truck and Amps In My Mercedes Benz 2015. I Went there today and it was a different guy there this time a black guy i told him i wanted my music louder to where you can here outside the car. He accually came to my car and told me \u201cOh its going to Start off At $3000 on up cause music places barely put music in benz\u2019s also cause of the products i have to get. Horrible customer service. You should know if you make an appointment and don\u2019t answer when they call you back to confirm your appointment that they will give your appointment to someone else. Eventhough they never say that when you book the initial appointment. Then when I got to my appointment 10 minutes early instead of saying they would not be able. To get me in they kept my car for the remainder of the day and called to tell me that they would not be able to complete it after having it all day. If they would have told me that I had to confirm the appointment then I would have known their process is to give away the appointment when you don\u2019t answer. And then when I went to pick up the car the guy basically argued with me about it. Had he said sorry we have your appointment away and I am sorry we can get you in tomorrow. The location of the store however is atrocious as Regency Square Mall is a very poorly designed store layout and to make the situation worse they design engineers created a mall with such poor means of entering and exiting the facility that the patrons get the privilege of sitting in long lines (usually 30-40 minutes) just to get to the 2 main exit roads so you can sit through multiple light changes before you can actually get out of this nightmare. While the staff is friendly, they are completely unprofessional. They cancel classes the day before and sometimes the day of your lesson. I was told that it was because hiring of one particular teachers was \u201chonestly a bad hire\u201d, while their honestly was good to hear, it did nothing to help. I could not get them to understand a student cannot improve if they are not receiving lessons consistently, never mind the fact it is irritating to receive last minute calls that the teacher isn\u2019t going be in for your scheduled lesson. The store\u2019s products are fine, but its current management is mind-numbingly incompetent. My saga started off when I ordered a curved head joint for a flute that I already owned, with the challenge being that I needed to find one that fit the flute body. I talked with the store manager over the phone and had the head joint delivered to the store. The head joint arrived earlier than expected, and I brought my flute to the store on Monday, Nov. 12. The head joint was slightly too small, so I left my flute with the manager so that the head joint could be expanded. I was told that it would be ready the next day, and that he would call me. So far, so good \u2013 a 5 star review.
\nAt this point, however, things began going seriously off the rails. Having not received any phone call from the manager, I returned on Wed. Nov. 14 to collect the headjoint. When I arrived, I was informed by an associate that the head joint was ready, but that it and my flute were in the manager\u2019s car, and he had just left for at least an hour. Rather than my waiting, they offered to ship it to me, free of charge, with an arrival date of that coming Friday. While I wasn\u2019t thrilled, I accepted and returned home.
\nWell, the package never arrived, and I called on Sunday to see if someone could let me know when I could expect it. The manager was not at the store that day, but I was told that the flute had been shipped out on Friday (not Wednesday as promised), and that the manager would call me. He didn\u2019t.
\nBelieving that the package had been sent out on that Friday, I patiently waited for a week until the next Friday (Nov. 23) rolled around. Still no package. So I called the store again, and spoke with the manager. He said that it had been mailed out on the Thursday (a day earlier than I had previously been told) and he would find the UPS tracking number and call me back. He didn\u2019t. I called multiple times that weekend, and kept getting the same response (either from the manager or an associate) \u2013 the manager needed to locate the tracking number and would get back to me. He never called.
\nOn Sunday evening, the manager said that he needed to reach out to the UPS rep to get the tracking number, but he would call me by 10am the next day (Monday, Nov. 26). He never called. Instead, I called him several times that day, and several more on Tuesday. Each time I got the same response \u2013 he needed to find the tracking number and call me back.
\nFinally, Tuesday at around 5pm, I called one last time and spoke with an associate. After a brief hold, she informed me that the package had somehow \u201cbeen returned\u201d by UPS and was in the store. IN. THE. STORE. They tried to send it \u201cagain\u201d, but instead I drove to the store and picked it up before UPS could collect it.
\nI have no idea on what day the package was mailed to me, or if it was ever sent at all. I also have no idea why the manager decided to keep MY flute and MY headjoint in his car when left the store that day. Cars do get broken into, and musical instruments would appear to be exactly the sort of thing that someone might want to pawn off to make a quick buck. Finally, it is mystifying that no one realized that the flute and headjoint were at the store until I called at least 15-20 times.
\nBut what really steams me most about all of this is that, having called over and over and over, I never once received a call back from the manager. NOT ONCE. If I was the manager, I would have personally delivered the package to my door, or done something to atone for everything. I didn\u2019t even get the courtesy of a single phone call. Incompetence is one thing \u2013 apathy from a manager is another.
\nWhen, as a courtesy before writing this review, I called the corporate number for Music and Arts, the only response I receive was that they would forward my concern to the manager. I know exactly how well that will work! In the future, I will shop somewhere else.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nI went to this store over the weekend and upon inquiring about an item that a store associate assisted me with, I was asked to get a credit card for this outlet. I informed the associate I had just opened an account with the Beall store the day before (in which I was also mislead at that store as well for opening up a credit card account). The associate said that credit card is for that store and even though I would be able to use the card at the outlet it is a different card and it has different deals for their credit card. I explained to her my concern was having a hard inquiry on my credit report. She said it comes as a soft credit and then called a manager over to confirm it was a soft credit. The manager confirmed that it was and I expressed my concerns on making sure it was a soft inquiry (the same thing I expressed with the Beall store who also gave me misleading information). The manager said he is sure it will not be a hard inquiry. Well today I received a notice from the credit monitor company that 2 hard inquiries (one for the Beall store and one for the Beall outlet) were placed on my credit report and points were deducted because of it. I am very disappointed in being mislead by both stores and have no desire to use the credit cards due to the lies that were told to open it. I will not support a company who care more about the sale than they do the customer.<\/p>\n

\nUpdate on the credit card from this company. I would give them a zero if I could. So after receiving misleading information from the company stating there would only be a \u201csoft inquiry\u201d to open an account I decided to go ahead and keep the card as my thought process was it would help continuing to build my credit. Well 7 months later after making on time payments and never missing a payment, Bealls closes my account stating based off credit information (the same information they had when I opened the account only with a better credit score), they have decided to close my account. The said that in the terms and conditions, it states they share information with the credit bureau who gives them periodic updates on the account. How they made the determination is beyond my belief of what they have stated because my credit score increased alot due to making on time payments. This was all a gimic to have people use the credit card during the christmas and new year holidays. I do not recommend this credit card to anyone due to their LACK OF INTEGRITY. I should have followed my instincts of the \u201cred flag\u201d given in the beginning when the manager confirmed what the rep stated in saying it would only be a soft inquiry when in fact it ended up being a hard inquiry. This company will never get another penny from me. They not only got me like this with this card but I also had a bealls florida credit card in which they did something similar. I will never spend another penny at their store and I will continue to advise people of their lack of integrity so that no one else has the same experience as I did.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
