I have found that usually when I’m looking for something here, the better items are in the Fort Walton store. Which is a shame because Crestview needs a great music store as well.

As far as service goes, the store representative is kind, but sometimes has a “I could take it or leave it” attitude on you being there. I’m not trying to be ugly, but when you are in sales, you need to be excited that you have a customer in the store and I’m not saying backflips and circus clowns, but just being very attentive and helpful on getting you what you need vs “no, that’s in our FWB store. Sorry”.

…and I’m just attempting to get strings and sticks.

Do not take music lessons at this place of business. They are charging more than anyone in town and the owner is extremely rude. We switched to Grow Your Gift Music on Beal Parkway and it was the best decision for my daughter.
