Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of new and used instruments That Won\u2019t break the bank and they do re-string fundraisers once a month with the proceeds going to a selection of animal care facilities. I worked with Jack for a coast-to-coast mail order of a consignment bass guitar. He negotiated a fair price for me and arranged for prompt shipping. So, I\u2019ve been in here twice since I\u2019ve moved from East Bay to Rohnert Park last year. On both separate occasions the staff watches me like I\u2019m going to steal every item in the store somehow. Very, very, very uncomfortable to look up and have every worker in the store staring at you from across the room, yet not one word of helpfulness or a \u2018hi\u2019 or anything. I wont be stepping foot in \u2018this boy\u2019s club again\u2019.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The store barely had any customers and the staff were more concerned with answering phones and doing paperwork than helping customers. The manager was worse than the employees. Dressed in a suit and tie and walking around adding no value at all. Very frustrating experience.
