Went to this store to take a look at some rifles was approached by the manager who started a conversation and told him I recently purchased a shotgun the manager then asked what brand and I told him the brand and model he then goes on to state that what I purchased was cheaply made and not worth buying also while not having any knowledge of the gun he tries to state facts that aren\u2019t true and continued to argue with me out the front door<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I had some very subtle repair issues with my tenor sax, which I use professionally. Craig fixed them with a reasonable repair fee. I drove from Cape Coral (passing many other music stores with repair shops) to Naples to have Craig work on my instrument. I highly recommend him.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I drove a hour to this store to buy a fender speaker that was clearly sitting right next to the counter but for some reason was told i couldn\u2019t purchase instead they took my number and said they would which they never did\u2026it\u2019s sitting out on the floor price tag and all so i know i was turned away because the color of my skin because i sent my brother in law a hour later and the was ready to rang it up for him<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Moved to Florida from Atlantic City NJ. Met Dave the owner as he was unlocking the door for business 7\/25. Pickup on Jazz bass died. Dave opened up wiring, immediately found the problem , fixed it on the spot and had me on my way in 10 minutes flat. He could have had me waiting 3 weeks but he didn\u2019t. I went in for an hour; the store is great and the guy on the first day was very nice, great conversation\/product knowledge, and he really sold me on a G&L that I probably wouldn\u2019t have reached for if he didn\u2019t mention it\u2026I came back with my brother so we could seriously browse and get some good gear, but some other dude working there wouldn\u2019t let me plug in. Showed us to the cheap isle, plugged my bro into a little practice amp. Wouldn\u2019t help him get the guitars he was actually interested in. I was about to buy the bass and my bro was gonna pick up a custom blue 8 string they have, which I have never seen anywhere else! He wouldn\u2019t let us. Then he proceeded to kick us out! I have tried to support black owned business, but the owners and employees of this establishment make it extremely difficult. Every single time I go to the store that is closet to my home, they never have what I want, so they call the other location in Golden Gate. The employee on the other end confirms they have the hair I want, so I drive out of my way, get there and she doesn\u2019t have it. Then they try to explain that they ordered it and it should be in the next shipment. That is the lie I get everytime. Although Fort Myers is a bit of a drive atleast I don\u2019t have to worry if it will be a waste of time and the prices are much better.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I Show up to drop off my axe off for a repair and dude walks out of the store. leaves me with another useless employee that clamed he worked there. The kid knew nothing about repairs, he did not answer the phone, all he did was strum the same old chords on a cheap guitar. Take your guitar and hard earned dollars elsewhere. I went to guitar center to get a quote on how much it would cost me to get a pick up swapped out of my guitar and replace it with a seymor duncan jb humbucker. bc i dont have a soldering iron to solder to pick ups in myself. Guitar center quoted me 79$ for the pick up installation and the 70$ to carve out the wood to make room for the pick up. Now this isnt a difficult task if youve done it a few times so i looked online to see opinions on this and people were saying what a rip off the guy i go to charges 40$ for the pick up installation. So i decided to call Naples park music to get a quote hoping it would be less expensive and i could give a locally owned business some money. Plus naples park music is where i took guitar lessons when i first began playing in 2005. Well right when i asked about the project the man on the phone sounded annoyed like it was something he really didnt want to do, then when i asked how much it would cost roughly he said a couple hundred dollars.. idk im just upset and dissapointed, i really hope my mom wasnt getting ripped off when i took guitar lessons their when i was a kid. So it looks like im just going to buy a soldering iron and see if i can borrow a router from a friend. If not ill go back to guitar center even though im a big advocate on supporting our local businesses.
