Two days later they emailed again saying they can\u2019t find the original box and I can\u2019t have it. Then the next day they sent me an email saying they had shipped it to me. Purchased a couple demo lighting products, after a week of asking what the delay in shipping was, they hadn\u2019t even been taken down yet, and I was told they didn\u2019t have boxes for them. I then canceled the order. After a week, I get an email saying that I might get an email saying the items were shipped and to disregard. I then get an email from customer service saying they are handling my \u201ccase\u201d that should have been over-with\u20264 days later, I get a credit card alert saying my card had been charged, and the customer service guy I spoke with told me he never heard of Steve T. whose signature says he is General Manager?? What kind of operation is this?
\nThere is no explanation why I was charged, but it will be 3-5 days for a refund.

For 20 years I searched for the one that got away. The one that the tone, the feel, the look was just all me. I lost mine in Pawn in 1989 when I was young and dumb. Never seen another like it in good enough shape or unmolested to pull the trigger on. Until now! I went to this store last month to buy a new bow for my violin. Because the one that was in the case was very damaged. So when I get to the store they tell me that their bows are out of stock and to come back within a month while they order so more bows. So I came back in a months time, and bought a carbon fiber bow which was very expensive compared to the traditional violin bows. So when I made the purchase the store clerk takes the bow out of the plastic bag it came in and he put it in the case. I got home and opened the case to get the bow out and it had broken. I was so angry and very dissatisfied with the very Cheap quality of the pretty expensive item. I would just be very cautious when dealing with this company!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Owner seems like an honest guy but do NOT use for repairs of Digital Pianos. I was charged 95 dollars for a repair and as you can see in the photos the the key of A is clearly not aligned so it still does not play properly. They sent the piano out to be fixed and the repair guy wanted an ADDITIONAL 30 dollars for a part to fix it. Total cost would be 125.00 to make the repair. Charging 95 dollars and giving me back a piano that still does not work is unacceptable. This is NOT the place to take your digital piano for repairs. I can not speak for any other aspect of the store other than the Owner does seem like genuine guy.
\n*****Addition*** To respond to the owners reply I now have to take back my assessment of him as honest because I was certainly never told you would fix it at no charge other than the part or I would have agreed, You should have just let the review stand and not thrown in a lie to try and make yourself look better. I went to Penny Lane about a week or so ago and spoke to Trey about
\nmusic lessons for my children . This Tuesday Armando called me to tell
\nme it was 6:30 and he was wondering where the children were for their
\nmusic lessons. I told him there was nothing ever schelduled. He says
\nhe talked to me the last Monday and called me to confirm their appts
\nfor this past Tuesday I told him I most certainly did not speak to him nor
\ndid I scheldule any appts for my children I was however awaiting a call
\nback from Trey. He asked me what I was going to do about this ? I said well
\nlet\u2019s scheldule for next Tuesday he said yes if I would like to pay for the cancelled
\nappt I never made I told him no why would I pay for something I never scheduled
\nnor did I ever sign a contract. So are we going to make it for next Tuesday and
\nArmando said no I don\u2019t think so and hung up. What is that? How can he expect

It was an absolute pleasure working with Goran on my project. I\u2019ve had enough experience recording musicians to appreciate there\u2019s a lot that could go wrong when you\u2019re working with someone thousands of miles away across different time-zones. However this worked out way better than sessions I\u2019ve done when I\u2019m in the same room as the musician I\u2019m recording!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve used other online drum services in the past and always found the results to be little better than average, but the sheer musicality of Goran\u2019s playing combined with the quality of the recordings he produces and the professionalism of the customer service offered is exemplary. I can\u2019t imagine why I\u2019d want to use another drum service after experiencing Goran\u2019s, so I\u2019m sure it won\u2019t be long before I\u2019m back for more.<\/p>\n

Recording with Goran was an absolute pleasure. Not only is he a consumate pro on the kit but his producing and mixing skills are first class. Goran worked tirelessly to get every instrument crystal clear in the mix as well as adding creative flair and contrast with his subtle use of effects on the vocals and guitar. When I listen to the raw tracks and then compare it to the final mix \u2013 it is a truly remarkable sound.
