<\/strong> <\/span><\/div>\nRude. We went in and one employee at the counter was talking with an older couple about musicians they knew in common. We walked every aisle of the store looking for what we needed and the employee never even said hello or I\u2019ll be with you shortly, etc. A 2nd employee came from back after looking for something for a phone customer and started talking on the phone, also never acknowledging our existence, even when walking past us. I even then brought an item up to the counter and waited to check out. But the employee on the phone thought we were too invisible to even say I\u2019ll be with you in a moment and the other employee at the counter was too busy still socializing about common people in their circles. So we put it back and left.
\nThey lost a sale today and any they could have had in the future from me.
\nBasic customer service to merely let a customer know you intend to get to them at some point since they\u2019re clearly needing help is lacking.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
