Amazing coffee you can watch as they make, cute little tables and decorations, the wait in line was a little long, but other than that, it was great.

Terrible customer service. Dealt with the owner (Cassie) over the phone after my visit. My first time calling with a question regarding my order and she told me to take my coffee business elsewhere if I was unhappy. She was impatient & defensive from the get-go. Her employees are very friendly and helpful though. A pleasure to chat with while waiting for your order. I was so taken aback by her anger & defensiveness. I asked her, “You’re angry because I’m asking a question?” She replied she’d had complaints about me from 2 of her employees which had to be a lie since she had no idea I’d be calling her & she had been very nice to me when I’d bought my coffee an hour before. I have never raised my voice, been rude or unruly while buying coffee & breakfast burritos here. I only wanted to understand how I was being charged as they do not give itemized receipts and my coffee charges fluctuated between $3-4.44. She blurted out as our conversation was coming to a close, “Did you like your coffee?” I said that it was very good. To which she replied, “You’re welcome.” I said, “Thank you” and hung up.

No amount of good coffee is worth being treated so poorly by a business owner. Coffee doesn’t have a secret ingredient and can be duplicated at home when you use very good beans. And is much cheaper too. She must truly have a loyal following (to ensure that her doors stay open) to be able to talk to customers like she did.
