The Manager in particular is a very rude man. Rest of staff is great, attentive and most importantly, professional. Very unorganized place I called in to pick up my layaway because I was coming getting off from my job. I called this place and one of the ladies told me I can come in either today or tomorrow and I told her today because it was 7:17pm when I had called she told me yes I can come, she told me they closed at 8pm and I had got there at 7:27pm so tell me why they are closing the shop in my face. I told the Arab looking man \u201clisten I\u2019m here to pick up my layaway\u201d and he tells me \u201cWe\u2019re closed, we close at 7\u201d and I told him \u201c No the lady just said y\u2019all closed at 8pm on the phone\u201d. Remind you I had called the shop before I came. Whole time the lady was getting inside her car looking dumbfounded with her mouth open. I wasted my gas to drive way across town just to not accomplish nothing. Please don\u2019t do layaways at this store if you get off at 7pm. You should also check out their Gran Re-Opening on 9\/2\/2018 (Sunday). Lits of items in sale. Balloons, Face Painting, DJ etc. Must see event starts at 10:00 AM<\/p>\n

Then they kept the piano for over a month and then called me saying the the mother board needs to be replace , and just the mother boad cost $500 plus labor .
