Needs to fix call , email I have been trying to call to book every day it goes to voice mail, I even emailed no response. It looks like a decent studio but how i’m i suppose to know if I cant book.

Went to this store for the first time today and was helped by Trista. Their safety protocol during COVID-19 was diligent and thorough with masks and social distancing required and plenty of signage advising against touching merchandise. I felt very safe. I bought a short-scale Ibanez bass while I was there, and Trista offered to clean and restring the bass for free! She also went the extra mile to be friendly by learning my name and calling me by name during our conversations. I would highly suggest this store to friends and will absolutely be back.

Friendly staff (Nico) had exactly what I needed and hooked me up with new strings after I bought the guitar. Everyone else I called was rude, but he was very helpful.

Great store and extremely knowledgeable staff and almost all play a musical instrument. If they don’t have an item in stock, they can get it for you quickly. Good selection of musical instruments as well. It’s a pleasure to do business with them. When you ask them a question, they know what you are talking about.

Anthony Hunt provided a mediocre service by not answering questions, offering upgrade for an instrument without any benefits, accessories, he didn’t give a copy of my contract. He was trying to help everyone, but doesn’t even provide a good service and help one first.

I signed my daughter up for beginner violin lessons and out of 8 weeks of lessons 3 were cancelled – one of them we sat and waited for 25 min before they said the teacher wasn’t coming. I understand that emergencies happen once in a while but it turned out to be way more of a hassle to try to schedule make up classes or get my money back. Very unreliable and disappointing.
Also many times I was told I would receive a phone call about make up lessons or refunds and I always ended up having to reach out to figure out what was going on. Would not recommend for their lessons services!

Good music store limited supply on certain things like consoles but they can get but on the other hand I can get them…

Walked in. Others were at the counter being served, made eye contact with the first employee at the counter. As soon as everyone was served, me being the last person standing, that same employee walked away and checked on customers walking around the store. Wasn’t even greeted…wasn’t asked if I needed anything. The same employee brought someone over to the counter, I’m standing right up to the counter ‍♀️…skipping me. That person left, I’m still standing right at the counter, I was about to say I need help, WHILE this same employee is looking ALL around me, someone walks in the store, and the employee asked them if they’d been helped yet…….WOW . So still waiting, that customer said no, I finally asked for help, and the employee looks at me abruptly like I wasn’t there the entire time, although we made eye contact when I first walked in. He rung me up, got a bag for my items. I got what I needed and left.

A little over rated

Pushy sales person. More concerned with making a sale than putting the right or needed equipment in the customers hands. They don’t do returns! All sales are final…you get better service at the big box stores…Needless to say, lost a customer with me.

Amy was incredible. She was responsive, polite, and extremely talented. She even went as far as learning a new song just for my wife and I. 10/10 would recommend. She’s awesome.

I stopped by to check out an amp and possibly trade mine in. Michael and Brandon were both helpful, and while I understand they’re not the ones who come up with pricing, the $170 I was offered for my Line 6 Spider Valve 212 Bogner was laughable.

That said, I listed it for sale and I have a few people interested for about $600, so once I get it sold you’ll be seeing me again ✌️

Staff was helpful. Ukulele inventory was limited. Seems to be a good place for accessories. And guitars. And other instruments.

I bought an item online that came defective, I went to the store on orange blossom trial, they said they would look at it after they took care of their paying customers, made me wait 40 Mn , to let me know that they couldn’t do it today, what a garbage store, unprofessional, I don’t recommend guitar center a to anyone.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I bought a guitar and 1 set of classes for each of my 2 kids, I tried to schedule the classes by phone and by coming to the store in person without any success on several occasions, or the person in charge was not there, or the teacher was not there, or very late, or very early. They charged me for the classes for the 2nd time in autopay without even being able to schedule the first classes. The store supervisor had no intention of making up for her lack of organization!!!

Went to get a Clarinet fixed, Jeremy was very honest about what all needed fixed. Ended up doing a three day rental….in an out in no time and everyone was very friendly!!

The employees are friendly & knowledgeable. If you are looking for anything music related, Sam Ash is your place.

Horrible customer service they say one thing and do another

I was shopping for cymbals. I went to the section and looked around while two employees were at the drum section checkout. One of them was practicing bouncing drumsticks of the counter.
Neither asked me if they could assist.
I saw an item I was interested in, but decided not to purchase it do to being ignored.
I will never shop there again.

Very cute coffee cafe whether you are meeting up with friends and catching up or studying. We happened to be visiting in the area and stopped in since close to our hotel.

The staff took our order and were very business only. We enjoy staff telling us about customer favorite coffee and food selections but interaction was short.

We ordered a caramel latte and a cafe con Leche. It took a bit of time for our ordered items. It was pretty busy in there with a handful of staff working. My husband and I ended up sharing his latte….as I wasn’t a fan of mine.

They also have a food menu brekafast and lunch selections and a baked goods didplay of pastries and more. We ordered 4 different flavored empanadas….. they were just ok for us.

Prices were a higher then average. Plenty of indoor seating with a few tables outside.

Food and athmosphere is amazing. Coffee is great. Only thing is that the food service take a long time to get delivered. Just plan for around 20-25min after you place your order.

CFS was a new find for us this week. They have lots of offerings, coffee and food. Their coffee is served in actual cups not paper cups which is important to my husband. The coffee was good and the baristas are quite the artists. Along with typical table seating there’s a cushioned bench area which is nice. Cushions could be a little cushier thou. Good atmosphere.

This is my second review about anything I’ve experienced with the other being Amazon. Out of fairness, I would say this visit had potential to be pleasant but was unfortunately not. We waited at the counter about five minutes before being able to order, staring at mounds of dirty dishes behind the counter. The guy at the register was torn between cleaning a blender, making coffees, and ringing up orders. We ordered two meals and two coffees, totaling about $50, with gratuity paid ahead. When asked where we would sit and gently reminding we would be dining in, we were told there’s seats outside. There wasn’t so we ended up sitting at the business next door.

15 minutes later our coffees came out and were initially delivered to the wrong table, who we would come to find out were subject to the same service as us. 45 minutes into waiting I went inside to request our food in to-go boxes. We already wasted too much time sitting around for our food. The same guy at the counter didn’t know what happened with our order and, upon checking, told me that they would make it now and box it up. I’m confident that we’d of been sitting there another hour if I didn’t go up and ask. Both meals were not well done and we didn’t even eat them. Wasted an hour and $50 on two coffees.

We weren’t the only ones that appeared to be forgotten or stuck waiting for a significant amount of time. Unfortunate waste of time and money.

Do not come here on Sunday mornings
to dine or to get take out!! I came here on 1/30 at 11:00 am to get 2 coffee’s and 1 guava pastry. My order was to-go. Waited in line at the counter. I was told there was a 40 minute wait to get 2 coffee’s. The Hostess tells me that other customer orders were ahead of me. So I cancelled my coffee order and just asked for the guava pastry to-go. Hostess tells me “you are going to have to wait for that too because other customers are ahead of you”. I asked how long was the wait going to be to get 1 pastry to-go? They couldn’t give me an estimate how long I would havd to wait to get 1 pastry to-go.

Terrible service, let their coffee burn. No sense of urgency, getting orders out in incorrect order.

Starting piano lessons with Allegro music centre was the best decision for our family. Deborah is always so attentive and professional. Ms. Olarte is a the best piano teacher for my kids, so capable and patient. Good people!

Mrs. DoCarmo is a wonderful teacher overall..her patience, knowledge and allows my son to have confidence to perform and play well in front of an audience is amazing. That’s optional but was the highlight of my son at the end of the season.

Our 7 year old daughter has been taking piano lessons w/Mrs. Dorcamo & Ms. Gabriella Olarte for a little over a year. We are very pleased with our daughter’s progress. More importantly, we think her teachers are excellent teachers. They are very patient; their methods create a fun & positive learning experience for our daughter.

Liana is beyond a terrific piano teacher, she is a true artist. She will taylor the lessons according to your needs and improve not only your technique but also the sound and the artistry.

My daughter and I have been working with her for a long time and could not recommend her more. I always leave the lessons happy. We are very lucky to have her in Orlando. Her love of arts is contagious.

Mrs Liana is a wonderful piano teacher. My twin daughters advanced quickly while working with her. She is kind, patient and helps nurture her love for music in her students! I highly recommend her!

Liana is truly absolutely fabulous! She taught piano to me and to all of my children. She has a delightful personality and is very encouraging. She is an excellent and experienced teacher. I began taking from her as an adult. She was immediately able to identify my problem areas and help me improve my technique quickly! I highly recommend her. One of my children received a piano scholarship for university and I give Liana the credit! She made sure my daughter was ready for auditions. Liana has a charm that makes you love being around her!

I was attended to both over the phone and personally by Rene and am so pleased with the attention he accorded me. He was quick to secure everything I needed and even came up with suggestions for all other needs that I have overlooked related to what I had bought. He did all these with a smile and enthusiasm. He is an asset for Sam Ash.

On the other hand, I suggest, a more welcoming, smiling somebody be assigned at the front desk. She displayed a look that does not give a happy disposition in what she does.

I couldn’t believe or understand why there was such a small selection of audio interfaces. I’m happy with the product I purchased, but I had no choice. I probably spent more for a product beyond my needs. In addition, I felt like I was keeping my sales rep from something else more important.

I’ve been to this store several times and have always had really great dealings with Wally. He’s the man. Very easygoing and very patient and willing to help a person out to find the right gear. Go see Wally in guitars if you need anything!

A very dismal store. Their stocking of products is inconsistent and lazy, the technicians are untrained and sloppy, their knowledgeability towards the products they actually do carry is almost nonexistent.
Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed in stock- repeated the item description 3 times- and was told yes, drove 30 minutes to get it, it was not the item I asked for. The employee was unapologetic for the issue, got an attitude, and blamed me. I’ve given this store more than enough chances to get back to its glory days but it has gone too far downhill to get back to being a worthy place shop.

I had the most terrible experience as I was looking at a guitar that I would like to buy I had an employee come up to me and say you’re in my way and you’re doing something you’re not supposed to be doing which all I was doing was testing the guitar playing the guitar to see if I like to buy it so I stuck the guitar in his face and told him here if I’m in your way please let me leave and I would take my business elsewhere

Absolutely sickened by the slow response in getting a refund on a guitar I planned to purchase for my son. I’ve been buying equipment from this store for 15 + years and sadly will be very hesitant in making any large purchases from Sam Ash. A refund should be cheerfully returned in a timely manner.

Absolutely the BEST thing I did for my daughter when we moved to Orlando. If your child has any interest in playing music, this is hands down the best place to be. The kids are so welcoming and my daughter has just blossomed. She absolutely loves going to classes. We drive an hour 4 days a week because nothing can replace the smile she has on her face. I can’t believe how well she plays bass guitar and her vocal coach has improved her singing so much. She is bursting with confidence!

Both of my boys have had excellent experiences at Orlando School of Rock. Wes and the team work hard to run a great program and did a great job matching our kids to the right instructors for them. They participated in everything from the week-long summer day camps, to show season programs, to house band. The staff encourages all kids to stretch and try new things to fully explore and grow their musical ability. In particular, putting on and performing shows at real venues throughout Orlando gives kids a “real world” band experience that can’t be duplicated in other private lesson programs. Our time at School of Rock has helped to round our kids out as musicians and also helped strengthen their love of music and embrace it as a viable career option.

Great place to inspire the love of music. My 9 year old daughter loves rocking with the Rock 101 band to songs that I grew up with like Green Day, Foreigner, Joan Jett etc. It is truly a fun way to teach.

Terrible school. Would give 0 stars if I could. They only care about money and couldn’t care less about your kids or you. They don’t teach how to learn to read notes or how to play the actual instrument. They make you memorize the keys to hit. For example; “hit 4th key twice then 6th key once” that is NOT teaching. A piano book does not say “4th key twice and 7th key once” a piano book has sheet music with notes, in which the students should be learning, so when they go out to learn their own songs they can read the music. They should learn notes, what each symbol in sheet music means and most importantly, HOW to play the songs and not memorize them. Maybe other schools of rock don’t have this issue but I would not recommend going here. Waste of time and money.

My son spent a month at the academy and it was one of the worst experiences we could have. My son attended classes on Wednesdays and on Saturdays. On Saturdays they rehearsed for the band. the last two weeks the teacher “Nick” did not want to teach him because he would not continue and he told my son who is only 16 years old that he was not wasting his time with him if he was not going to continue. If I pay for a whole month of classes, I have the right to demand all the classes during that month. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

I can see why Amazon is shutting down bookstores the staff is very rude. I asked a lady to help me find a bookand before we even started she got pulled away by another customer who asked her a question. She literally left me to go help somebody else while she was in the middle of helping me. I found the book by myself and immediately bought the book which I shouldn’t have done because it was cheaper online. customer service in brick-and-mortar stores are like this then they should all be shut down.

The one,draw back, I just don’t understand, has been this,way for years, even after compliant , after compliant is the Truly Disgusting Bathrooms!! Very interesting flavors. I really loved the service. The young lady was really helpful and polite. The place is very nice and friendly.

Big flavors (that was great!), but also big crystals (that was not!).
It qualified as very good ice cream, but very poor gelato. Gelato has a very distinctive CREAMINESS, from VERY tiny ice crystals formed by a very rapid chilling & freezing of the base, and slower churning, which results in less air being incorporated. That means that it should be much denser than ice cream, yet creamier, which is what justifies the higher cost.
This was a very flavorful ice cream… but not gelato.
Also, please reach your employees NOT to touch the credit card terminal after my card has been inserted. That is the equivalent of putting your hand in my wallet. I’m sorry if I don’t move fast enough for you, but as there was nobody in line behind me, you can bloody well wait until I push the buttons myself.

We went in tonight after dinner for my daughter’s birthday. the 4 of us walked in and were not greeted by the 3 teenagers sitting behind the counter. We asked what was in the case by the door and no one responded. I asked again and the 3 of them just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. It was laughable. We stepped up to the counter and they stood up, but none of the could manage to utter a word. Not even hello. We are Italian so we picked our flavors in their silence. It was really a put off. Most of the flavors looked old and several of the the containers were empty. Not appealing at all. So my husband ordered and again they all stood there and looked at each other. The older girl moved and asked him again what he wanted….yes words!! She slapped the gelato in the cup with chunks dropping off mixing in the other flavors, on his hand and the floor. There were no napkins in the dispensers. The other 2 still just standing and staring at us didn’t speak or move. The young blonde just stood at the register staring at us like a zombie. My son addressed the male teen working and gave his order and he just stood there and pointed to the girl that just did my husbands order, my son asked him if he should ask her and the teen just shrugged. Forever and a day later this one girl scooped 2 orders and the guy did 1. Still no words. My son asked if I ordered, since my husband was now done eating his, and the girl with long blonde hair still stood at the register staring at us. None of the asked if there was anything else. I asked if I could order and again, they just stood there staring. The same girl said sure. I gave her my order, she scooped it handed it to me and all 3 simultaneously sat down. I asked if we could pay and again they all looked at each other to see who would move. It was literally the worst customer service ever. Terrible management!
The gelato was MEH. One was tased freezer burned, one had sandy ice crystals in it, another was slimy with a gummy coating on top. The other cup had a variety of different gelati that slopped out of all the other orders previously that you could tell what flavor it really was. It was not good gelato or a good experience. Bar Taco has better gelato! We won’t be back. My teenage kids said it was like meeting our clone is the movie US. They just stood there and couldn’t speak! lol Just awful.

The food was great in large portions. The environment was comfortable with lots of space. Service was impeccable. I ordered an omelette, a croissant, with a latte. All were above expectation. I will be coming again.

We like french kitchen, but their choice of crepes seem to be rather small. Food was ok, service was great, staff was really nice and attentive. One thing that I noticed that food lacked flavor and coffee was average.

Outdoor seating area is really nice and indoor atmosphere and design looked up to par.

The atmosphere was great, but the service was horrible. The owner, I think he was, and the lady that took my order was pleasant. The problems was the food took so long to come out. It would of been nice if we was warned about a wait on the food. When the food came out it was only one meal. I asked two people if they could check on it and no one came back to the table to let me know what was going on. The owner walked passed and checked on us and check on my food, which then I found out my meal was not put in with the other meals for the table. I was like okay I just hope my order is correct when the food comes. After waiting another 10-15 minutes my order was incorrect. I was not happy and just asked for a refund. P.S. the stars are all for the owner.

The staff is nice and inviting. The food is overpriced and poorly portioned. $12 for a ham sandwich and a side is fair if you put more than 1 thin slice of deli meat on a sandwich. $4 for a can of soda is ridiculous. There’s no value in what your serve for the price you charge. It seems your overhead is far too much for the type of business you run. It also seems by your reviews you have a following, but we couldn’t understand why based on our experience.

It’s an expensive bakery. Madeleine is really good, but $4 for one simple and small cake it’s a little too much in my opinion.
Quiche was small and too salty.
Omelette was dry.

We just wanted a small sandwich and a bowl of “French “ Onion soup ., they said the soup of the day was Tomato soup. But they were completely out of soup .
No Soup and No air conditioning either.
My Food , not so hot … very disappointing..

There was a 40 minute wait for an omelet and quiche, which I couldn’t leave because I’ve already paid. No table service with no water refills on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant only had five tables by the time I got my food. The food was bland but according to my breakfast partner the quiche was good.

Well stocked, but Money Service closes at 8pm, not 11pm as their online page and Google claims.

A few words from my personal experience.

Whilst the store has a well stocked, etc the key elements overall come with how you find your experiences up to the very end.

Some words of advice to whoever manages this Walmart.

If your staff are unhappy. Clear them out. There’s a fair few staff in here that really do not want to do their job or are certainly in the wrong parts of the store. (if they don’t like customer facing, then get them back of house)

Open up more cashier points that serve customers and get friendly staff on the checkouts! Not everyone wants to do self serve. It’s a lazy way of trying to get people in and out of your store.

Stop your cashiers from bagging for customers. You should visit a Lidl or Aldi in the UK. You are served in next to no time. Your cashiers can then get queues down much faster, making their lives and jobs a little easier and also a customer probably wants to pack their own shopping. The amount of plastic bags used on my $400 shop was just insane! Absolute waste and your store probably accounts for tonnes of plastic waste just with its bags.

And finally. Get your grumpy cashiers off tills. They are there to serve. If they don’t like it, then why are they there? The lady that served me was just a whole new level of both rude and lazy. We had an item with no barcode. It was the last one. We wanted it for our 4 year old daughter. We were just told “there’s no barcode on this”. The item then put behind the till. No effort to put a call out for another staff member to check, nothing! My wife then had to go and find an alternative just to get the item we wanted and all the time this was happening, more customers were held up.

Seriously, is this the customer service of 2022 and of Walmart?

Lastly, your people that check receipts upon leaving. Why is this person there? Absolute waste of staff resource. You’re not Costco!

All we wanted to do was to get out of the store in the end after waiting 20 minutes to get through the checkout (only 2 tills manned also, so you are asking for delays)

The lady checking our shopping really put the icing on the cake of what was a terrible experience shopping here.

Don’t stop a customer with a $400 trolley if you are already checking someone else’s purchase which takes you about 5 minutes to do! The other customer had one item and it was like they were being interrogated on their purchase!

So a message for management. Sort out your store and staff. Your customers who keep your operations running may just appreciate it.
