I had contacted this company several times with no response. When I finally got through, I was told that I’d get a call back within a week. It’s been about a month and still have not heard back. If a company won’t call back to potential customers, then that says a lot about their business model and priorities. It is a shame because many people had given high praises to this company and recommended them.
I do not recommend if you’re looking for a professional company to work with.

I attended the grand opening of Reef Records in Antioch last friday and had a great time with the owners, Mona , Bill, and Katelynn, who were extremely helpful as I looked through the records( found some gems).The the store is spacious and clean with a friendly and homey feel. They have tousands if records , Cd’s, and tapes for evety musical taste. I highly recommend Reef Records and shall return

The store in Lakemoor is apparently where everything decent is at. This store has turned into a shell. And it’s not cheap. 5 to 8 bucks on average for a used record is not cheap. Sure, depending the record it can be. But not for an average record. You should pay no more than 2 bucks for some old record everyone had a copy of. The fact that this is your rebuttal to criticism from a customer is shameful. You don’t know the business at all if you’re giving these people your money.

The average record is NOT $8,not even close really. I really struggled to find many records at the $6,8 and even $10 range.
By far the majority were $12,15,18 and $20+.
And this for run of the mill recordings.
Sorry but just too expensive vs reality.
I travel all over the USA for work and visit MANY LRS on my travels.
This shop does not make my grade.

My son has been taking music lessons here for 4 years. During that time he has taken piano, voice, and french horn. You will not find a nicer, more caring group of instructors in the area. We are big fans and look forward to continuing lessons for a long time.
We started at Rubato while it was still the tiny Antioch studio next to the theater. The owner’s brother Jared was nurturing and challenging. When we transferred to Rubato after the opening, we experienced several problems with the the owner. She changed our schedule day and time and then proceeded to have 2 no call no shows on her par. We were concerned that we showed up to a dark unopened studio. We asked for a credit for the owner no show credit, she stated that all missed classes were required to be rescheduled or essentially forfeited at cost. In addition to the logisticak challenges, I feel that she stifled our child overall learning.
Miss Millie is the most engaging and captivating children’s performer. We stumbled upon her musical storytime many years ago. And we were instantly hooked. The way she incorporates storytime and music is truly like no other. We loved her so much we hired her to perform for the Mommy and Me group I was in. My kids are now school aged and I miss how often we used to go see her perform. If you have a chance to see her or hire her, you are in for a real treat. She is the best!!!
Miss Millie is amazing with children! She engages children of all ages through stories, music and dance. Millie exudes such joy and passion through her craft, and is phenomenal at what she does.

I used to live in Elmhurst and the only coffee shop I went to was Brewpoint. Now that I live in Antioch, this is my go to place. So much more personal than starbucks. The coffee is great and so is the aesthetic.

Came for lunch and had a caramel macchiato and a caprese panini. The sandwich was okay and the coffee was excellent. I received a free pastry after a mishap on the first attempt to make my sandwich. It was delicious and the customer service was much appreciated.

My mother and I got a chai and vanilla latte; they were the worst drinks we have ever had from a coffee shop. The chai tasted like milk with a hint of black tea. The vanilla latte was just milk with vanilla. I think they forgot to add the spices to the chai and the coffee to the vanilla latte. We also had their peach cupcake, which was also the worst cupcake on earth as it was terribly stale. The only good thing was their breakfast caprese. My mother expressed this experience as the worst $25 she’s ever spent in her 46 years of life.
Tried the cupcakes, honey pistachio brownie, and a lemon blueberry scone. Was pretty disappointed. The cupcakes were very dry, but the flavor was good. The second had no flavor. The brownie was so sweet, I couldn’t eat it. The establishment itself was cute. The staff were very friendly.

Small Cute shop in Antioch….reasonable prices…vintage clothing…clothing placed on racks very tight making it difficult to browse through them.
Some nice displays and a lot to look at. Mostly clothes with a decent shoe selection and some interesting vintage items. There are books and a lot of plates and cups with a few bowls and jars. I don’t feel the pricing is that far off Goodwill or Salvation Army, so I expected it however good shoe prices. Things are in nice shape. Also some jewelry. At half price a definite steal.

Love this place for it’s cozy atmosphere, WiFi with ample outlets, and tables for spreading out your work station. My go-to’s are the spinach artichoke mushroom breakfast bagel sandwich, a chai latte (many flavors available), and a fresh scone. 😉 I consider the prices a little high, but I understand that the overhead makes the prices fair. You’re paying for the venue as much as the actual food or beverage. Thank you for providing a cozy spot to work or relax in downtown Antioch!

The past 4 times I’ve tried something from here I’ve just been very disappointed. The most recent was a s’mores iced latte. Looking at the color it’s the same as a normal latte, which I would expect it to be slightly darker with having mocha in it, and the taste is just slightly sweet with a weird aftertaste from the espresso. All the lattes I get have had that weird aftertaste. My friends love this place but to me the drinks are below expectations. I much prefer the latte cafe to this place. The drinks at the latte cafe never disappoint me.

Waiting for assistance in the Jewelry department for over 20mn,went twice to customer service, still waiting with another customer who himself went once to customer service.
I was very excited to try out the new grocery pickup service at Walmart, as my sister has used the Kenosha location and raves about it. I placed my order late last night, and received an email this morning saying my order was ready. So Easy and I was really excited. I only work a few minutes away, so i checked in at 11:45 this morning and headed up there. It was great at first, everything was clearly marked as i entered the parking lot, and I parked in the grocery pickup parking area. There is where I started to have troubles. It had signs saying to call a number, but without further instructions, and like i said, my sister said she pulled up and they would walk out with her groceries so i wasn’t sure what i was missing. I ended up second guessing myself and going into the store to the service desk. After waiting in line for a few seconds, the woman at the counter told me to go back out to my car and she would have someone bring me my groceries. She said i was supposed to call the number on the sign and they would have brought them to me without having to come in. I felt foolish, and she began paging over the intercom for grocery pickup, i could hear her, so I walked back out to my car and waited. No one came out. I called the number as she had instructed, and a man who refused to give me his name answered, and proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the order ready, and did i get an email confirming. I said yes, this morning, and I already checked in. He said I should have checked in on my way and he would have had them ready. I had done that, and told him again, I had checked in at 11:45 am and was now being tracked by the Walmart App. He THEN said he didn’t have an order for me, and I questioned why that would be when he just told me i should have checked in to have it ready. THEN he said I would have to come into the store and go to the back at the PHOTO desk in order to pick up my order. At that point, my lunch was nearly over, and I had to return to work. I asked him to cancel my order, and instead he put me on hold, after I asked him three times for his name. I headed back to work, and got a phone call on the way home, from Wamart, saying they were told I now want to cancel my order, and they couldn’t at their end, and that I would have to go online to do so.
I will NEVER use this app again, and I must say, I was really excited by the convenience. WAit to use this until they get the kinks out, i wasted time and money trying to save time and money.

A little antique store as a lot of stuff
The antique store is easy to find, but has a tricky driveway. Parking is in the back. They have as much to see outside as inside, so don’t pass that by! The shop was a bit smaller than anticipated. But the items were all good quality. I’d been looking for a cast iron skillet, and they had a lot of excellent ones to choose from. Was very happy with my purchase!

Been here before but todays experience was not great. I couldn’t see pricing in a case that was in showroom not locked or any sign on it, soon as I tried looking at price was told with a rude attitude not to go in case and to let them do it. They charge way too much at this store. They want about $50 for a $25 set of bass strings. They were unwilling to help me return a Christmas present claiming it be a special order and that there is nothing they could do. Employees are clueless sometimes and it seems like they just want your money.
Selection is limited and if you order through them, remember that you can’t return it.
Their music lessons are sub par, for what they charge.
Be careful before you go in there and be sure to check normal prices of things before going in. CS is pretty lacking and overall I would take my business else where.
