Contacted ATP for Baby Grand move. Arrangements made, packed up, transported, delivered and set up perfectly. The two men were terrific. Introduced themselves, shared what they were going to do and were personable and great guys. Would have offered them a beer had they not been working.
I would absolutely recommend and use ATP again. This move was a temp move while are new home is completed. We will see ATP soon in coming months.
100%
We had an antique piano moved by All Things Piano and they did a fabulous job! They were running a few minutes late but made up for it with their kind and courteous service! They were very careful with our family’s piano which has been in our family for more than 35 years. Great company and wonderful service! Would recommend them or use them again if needed!
All Things Piano moved our baby grand piano, which we inherited from family. They showed up on time and took great care of the piano. Very reasonable price and nice guys. I highly recommend.
All Things Piano personnel were professional and transported/set up my piano with no mishaps. I was very pleased with the condition of the piano after its storage and move.
The cost was reasonable except for unlocking the action which took about 3 minutes, and the cost for that was a little steep. Otherwise, I would recommend this company for piano storage/transport.

Such a good place to shop when you need the little things!
The products and prices are great but the store could use some cleaning and some nicer employees
Very unorganized.
Too much merchandise in the floors
Place is racist
Last two times the manager and employee just talked to each other while checking me out. Just grabbed my stuff and started scanning. No hello, no thank you, nothing. On top of that they were in side office long enough for anyone waiting to just walk out. I just won’t be back.

Shopping with the girls. So much fun
Lots of cute shops and great people. Will be back.
Soooo cute!
Cute shops
Small grouping of mini shops that offer various shopping experiences.
Nice idea but Covid has taken its toll, only 5 shops open, the rest of the buildings are empty. Nice landscaping and lots of picnic tables but no place to buy food or drinks.
I recently had my sons alto saxophone repaired through Jackson’s music store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The repair came back quickly and at a very good price I recommend them to anyone in need of service or equipment. Fantastic staff and thanks again!!!
Very knowledgeable help, attentive, well staffed & did an excellent job with my Ovation! Thank you!
Cill people, let’s you trade in
Great shop for band instruments as well as player instruments.
Good selection of accessories
Chad was very helpful.
Very friendly staff. They make you understand about the different instruments if you have no knowledge about it.
If I could give zero or lower stars I would. My son’s saxophone gave him problems from the start. I was told on 4 occasions to bring it in. Today Brandon told me he would finally be in, he wasn’t. When I didn’t understand the question to do you have others I could look at, he responded “I have two eyes”. Rude beyond belief! Never again Jackson Music and I’ll make sure to share this with the band families at all the schools I work with as an administrator. Horrible customer service! UPDATE: The nice woman owner called and apologized. I forgive her and believe she doesn’t condone that type behavior.
Probably the rudest treatment I’ve ever gotten from the owners of a store.
If you need to get repairs or looking for new instruments. Go online or guitar center. Please don’t waste your time here. They have no clue how to treat customers.
Also: They don’t have any good equipment for musicians actually wanting to play. If you want some cheap guitars or any other instruments. You wont finde any there worth buying. And they also don’t have any high value gear. Things are over-priced, damaged, and/or not what they tell you it is. The return policy also has many flaws. Don’t come here to try out things. Come here if you want to waste some money and buy cheap quality gear.
No inventory.

Address: 1463 Carl-Bethlehem Rd, Auburn, GA 30011 , Auburn , Georgia , United States
Good place to go to meet friends to talk while teens are in youth group at church on Wednesday nite
Love the Auburn McDonald’s
Great Business
They mess up your orders.
Slow drive thru
Order wrong and both managers I talked to were witches.
Good service somewhat nice workers. Food is ok but I have gotten regular coffee many times that was cold not even a little worm. And the icecream machine is broken at least 1 day a week. Other than that it’s my McDonald’s of choice.
Nope. Ordered a breakfast meal and a 2nd sandwich. Got one sandwich and the wrong other sandwich. No hash brown.
Ba da pa pa da, you surprised?
14. KC Music Lessons, Repair & A/V Studio
Address: 1866 Whitley Rd, Bethlehem, GA 30620 , Auburn , Georgia , United States
The kind of music shop that should be lovingly preserved.
Best store in Atlanta. Gear overload. Doug and curt helped me big time I owe those guys. Thank you!!
Love this store
Good selection and fair prices.
I would have rated five, but they aren’t buying passive speakers, and I have some to sell
Cool store , chilled out , laid back & greasy
Poor customer service. Salesman was disrespectful. Had to walk out on a purchase. Very disappointed.
Absolutely abysmal and highly unprofessional experience trying to buy an instrument here. I found an instrument I wanted on the store’s website, and I called immediately to enquire as to its availability. Being told it was still available, I asked if it was possible to hold it for a student of mine who would purchase it pending me as his teacher trying it out. I was told they could purchase it and have it held until I could try it.
The day I had planned to come to the store, I called to inform them of the time of my arrival. They said they could not find the instrument and said it might have been sold, only to later discover that someone had put the instrument in an area where it would be later sent to a repair shop prior to shipping to my student. Fair enough, I guess people make mistakes. I arrived at the store and confirmed that the instrument was in good condition and acceptable for my student. The instrument was slated to be sent out for minor repairs before being shipped to my student prior to the beginning of school starting this past week.
This week, when my student called to ask when the instrument was estimated to arrive, they told them that they had indeed then accidentally put the instrument back on the shelf and sold it to a secondary party, even though my student had already purchased the instrument. Incredible.
I have never witnessed such ineptitude at any store in my entire life. This is unacceptable, and the best I got from anyone over the course of this entire experience was a shrug of the shoulders.
AVOID THIS PLACE.
The selection of instruments was fantastic and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We picked up a nice Jackson “Shattered Mirror”. The reason for 2 stars is that they changed the price tag on it. Not the price, just the tag. The original tag was thick with price sticker over price sticker. This made it obvious that the guitar had been in the store a while. We left to get the money for it and when we got back it had a single sticker.
The problem is there is usually a little room to play on price. But I was.told that there was nothing they could do because they only had it for three days.
Why argue – it’s their house? We just wont visit again.
17. Town Center Music
Address: 4072 Suwanee Dam Rd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024 , Auburn , Georgia , United States
I couldn’t be happier with my guitar set ups! There is quality in their work. Their pedal and guitar selection is incredible and their staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! Aaron, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Great store for beginners AND expert level. This area is better because they’re here!
Great experience all around and beautiful set up. Aaron Brown never pressured me to buy anything but played different guitars for me while I had my back turned so I could choose by sound alone. Pretty cool. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks for helping me today
If you need guitar repairs, this is the place to go. Town Center was a pleasure to deal with, all around. Honest, communicative, lightning-fast and first-rate quality work at a very competitive prices. My repair was relatively minor (install a 3-way switch), but they nailed it. Beautifully clean soldering and the turn-around time was 24 hours! You can tell a great deal about a business by how they treat minor jobs. Through every step of the repair process, it was clear to me that the guys at Town Center valued my business.
Additionally, they have an impressive selection of guitars and amps. If you’re a gear lover, their huge pedal collection is truly a sight to behold!
Good
Taught my kids to play guitar
Much better store I not been here in a while the past manager was not a music guy or a manger known as a air head I will be back
Took down my review. Owner ultimately seemed to care about his customers. Too bad everything is so politically incorrect. Anyone still remember Archie Bunker?
But to clarify what idiot would try to exchange something opened, like a reed.
Amazon prime still winnnning.
Store is dirty poor selection not real big
Wow. Just called Town Center Music. Someone answered. I started asking about a guitar I’m looking for and got cut off mid-sentence by the guy talking loudly to a co-worker. When he stopped talking I said hello? Hello? Nothing. A few seconds later he hangs up.

20. Gwinnett Discount Music
Address: 3715 Mundy Mill Rd Suite I, Oakwood, GA 30566 , Auburn , Georgia , United States
Wayne and Zack were awesome. I brought in two guitars for tune ups and results were way above my expectations. Both guitars looked like new and sounded fantastic. These are people that take their small business seriously and going forward will be my source for all guitar needs. No need to go to big box stores where you are just another number….. These guys are the real deal.
Awesome little store My son & I stumbled across after getting a haircut next door. The gentleman inside was super nice and they had some nice Guitars, drums and other accessories inside. I truly encourage everyone to buy as much as you can from here, Guitar Centers And their online companions will not treat you as well as shops like this will.
Cute little music store in an area without many more of the same. Guitars, electric and acoustic mostly, but a smattering of other instruments as well. Accessories, books, lessons.
The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because the workers were really helpful and knowledgeable. I give 5 stars for their professionalism. The store itself was crowded with gear making it hard to move around. The selection of guitars was okay nothing spectacular. The drum room had more PA equipment than drums. This is not the place to go if you’re looking to grab a set of strings or sticks. Everything in the store is overpriced. Hey fellas it’s called gwinnett “discount” music.
Seems kinda pricey for what we were needing that day, but maybe it was the normal price.
I am local and the last several times I showed up when they were supposed to open at twelve there was no one even there. Couple of times came back about a 1/2 hour later and still all locked up. Like I said this has happened on more than one occasion, and they open at 12, there’s no excuse for that. Maybe consider hiring a more repsonsible person who can get to work by …NOON, to open your store
I went to the store last night with three nice guitars that cost all around 399 a piece and was offered $100 a guitar they took maybe 15-20 minutes to look all of them up and see what they were priced at and then load ball me and left the room the guy seemed very impatient and wanted to leave the store so I think he was just not interested. This pricing was lower than a pawn shop
