Nice lady at the counter who was one of the owners polite and friendly. Place has a cool little vibe to it and lots of old items. Just really need it was also cool seeing the 96 Rock paraphernalia from the day. Brought back memories saw a lot of people walking out with those items. The place had great energy so much that I joined the army while visiting there….the KISS ARMY! Big selection of cool patches. 4 stars because a little guy that appeared to work there was just sitting in a chair near the cash register was just looking/staring at people and not engaging….kind of uncomfortable. (if he has a condition I apologize in advance) we will go back though.
Valencia car audio has upgraded sound systems in 2 of my cars. I’ve been very happy with the results. It seems like a one-man-shop, so a little patience could be in order but I like supporting entrepreneurs.

If you can actually catch him there its great but if he is not and you call and he says 20 minutes don’t believe it because we waited over an hour and got towed 20 minutes three different times and he still never showed
First time I went, they were on lunchbreak for an hour and a half (sign said 45 minutes), second time trying to do business here and they’re not even open on time.
Hours are 9-7 Mon-Sat, yet it’s closed….

I hate that I had to give at least one star, there should be a no star button. I had mostly positive experiences here until this point. I bought a Planet Waves instrument cable from this establishment and it was defective. Granted it has been about 4 months, I asked to make an even exchange and they said, “No. You have to get with Planet Waves.” In order to get any help from Planet Waves I have a receipt. They have a record that I bought it, but won’t give me one. I can’t do business with a company that doesn’t back up its inventory.
I’ve been shopping here for over a decade. This is the first time I have EVER had to make a return was today. I was told there was a 7 day return policy. NO WHERE on the receipt does it indicate a 7 day policy. Very disappointed that the owner John (after all these years being of being a loyal customer) argue with me over this return.
I placed an order last week and I called today to find out what the status was and the gentleman told me there had to be a certain dollar amount for all the orders to be placed. Had I know this when i first placed the order I would have found another store.

I wish more music stores were like Guitars-N-More. The people were all very helpful and friendly. They gave me an amazing deal on a sweet ltd flying v and an Ibanez amp. Best expeience I’ve had with any music store. I’ll be doing all my business there in the future, and I live two hours away!
My experience with these folks is that they are in it to help musicians. Surely running a music store (or any retail store) has some unique challenges. However, these folks are VERY receptive to any suggestions and are giving a nice flavor to the downtown area. Very positive VIBE. Stop by and talk with the owner. Very generous to the DDA and the city. Good citizens.
