Took my new Taylor GS mini to get the action lowered a bit. Scooter put new strings on it, and set the action perfectly. I’m thinking about bringing in my other Taylor to have him work his magic. Great job done right on schedule!

Great prices but the people who shop there are very rude. One person rolled the cart into a car and one person did not want to stop when you walked across the parking lot.

Hands down the best presets I’ve stumbled across! The most exciting part about them is the ability to learn how to mix vocals by seeing what each individual plugin is doing in the vocal chain Jordan provided. Best tip is to mix and match the tonal EQs and compressors and create your very own personal preset! GO BAYWOOD!!!!

Long wait for decaf (pour over) small coffee. Even after my bringing it to workers attention, received apology but noone seemed interested in making a 3 minute decaf cup of coffee. So, I waited almost 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Done with this location. Not a first with incompetence at this location. Just done. Panera, here I come in the future.

Mario refused to add extra ice to my sister’s order because “I’ve already finished that order” he also messed up her order of chai. He then tried to shoo us before giving us our second order! Overall bad attitude, very thankful that we’re passing through and never have to come to this Starbucks again.
TERRIBLE service. Age discrimination. Pushed my order to the back of the line to wait fill the coffee order for a 20-something. No apologies for actions. I was speechless. I had been waiting for my order at the pickup area for five minutes before she even came into the building. WILL be telling the manager.

I was looking for a pair of drum sticks ( more less i had been thinking about when i get around to a music store and i was sitting at a a craft and drink / dessert place and saw the MAD MUSIC sign & desided to trot over and peek inside it was. pretty interesting and I got my drum sticks so now that I am retired living with my adult daughter 38 and 15 year old son its operation pay back time but I took it at the. Gee that would be a really enjoyable healthy way to keep my wrist limber ! who said aging wasn’t going to be fun!
My closest friend purchased a guitar amplifier Fender front man 25R for $ 250.00 traded it in yesterday at a local music store, they informed him it was only worth $90.00 they said mad music took him to the cleaners, I was standing next to him. I would stay clear of this music store, all musicians!

sorry to have to report this… Following a $1100 guitar purchase at MadMusic, got home plugged it in and realized I had a switch problem, called MadMusic and was promply told I didn’t know what I was talking about when comparing the guitar to one of the same make & model two years apart. I reluctantly opened the pickup cavity to find electrical tape failing Solder joints and floating bare wires, explaining the crackling clicks pops and inconsistent sound coming from the switch.
Not willing to even entertain the possibility there might be a problem with the instrument I just purchased, i’m left with the opinion, and I must report… these folks are liars and misrepresent the products they sell. What a drag, seemed like such a cool place.
I purchased a FENDER frontman25R guitar amplifier from the owner .He told me it was a red leather special edition. I traded the FENDER 25R in at a local music store they showed me online the amplifier Mad Music sold me sells for $90.00 I got $40.00 the amplifier. I’m very upset that I trusted the owner of Mad Music he grossly overcharged me I will never recommend anyone to buy from him. Mad Music totally screwed me over!

Very vibey store and unwelcoming. No one really ever spoke to us. We came to spend money but decided to take our business elsewhere. They had a lot of nice stuff but no one ever asked if we wanted to play something. By the way, I think this may be my first review.
Went over the weekend to check this place out with my son. Who is an avid guitar player and has a pretty impressive collection. Went in to get some help/ tips on a guitar he just purchased and one of the gentlemen (the one with the skully in the pic) that work their is just snobby and was such a downer no help at all. Thank god my son didn’t really listen to anything he said or was discouraged cause that guy didn’t really know what he was talking about because we actually ended up finding what we needed somewhere else who was a more educated guitar player. Definitely don’t recommend this place for anything else other than nice location. I was truly disappointed. Do better guy.

Took my Taylor NS32ce here about a year ago at other location, I was having some buzzing and tuning issues and thought it needed an adjustment, Owner agreed and took a look at the guitar and decided it needed a new neck joint shim, he asked to complete the job in store right then, I thought this was weird, but had read reviews that it was a good shop and I believe that they were affiliated with Taylor working there in the past or something so I trusted his judgment. This was a poor decision on my part, I watched him do the entire job in front of me in about a hour, I tried to tune up and play the guitar in store seemed OK at the time, but couldn’t really get a good listen inside a busy shop. When I got home the guitar was trashed, would not stay in tune for anything and felt like the neck was completely out of place from the new shim. Deflated, I took it to Sam Ash in Clearwater and had the tech take a look he agreed with the faulty work and kept it for a couple weeks and when I got it back it played like a dream again. I wasted a $100 at this place. I see the good reviews and wish the shop the best of luck, but wanted to tell my experience.

I just purchased a new fishing boat from this group and was extremely impressed with the entire process. My sale could have been a more complicated one since I had to trade in my current boat but they made that very easy. They were more than fair on the trade and still gave me a great deal on the new boat.
The Nautic Star boat I bought has a great ride and offered a huge value for the price. I spent a lot of time researching different boats and always came back to Nautic Star.
Also, the financing offered was incredible and worth anyone’s time to look into. Make sure to ask for Seth when you go in and he will help get you the deal you are looking for.

Had repair work done on my boat. Got it back, and all looked well. Reasonable priced on service and parts. First trip out on the boat I am stuck driving in circles 2 miles from the ramp. Called and got the explanation of they forgot to bleed the hydraulic lines and that I should do that, or bring it back and they could do it for a fee. How was I supposed to do that I was in the ocean? I had to go back to the transom and manually turn the engine to get back to the ramp.
Thunder marine? Lightning doesn’t strike the same spot twice, and neither will my business.
Very disappointing experience. Non existent customer service. Was pulled in by reviews then once I was a customer and met the staff…the positive reviews were mostly employees.
Came here with what I considered was a big ask in terms of design and style for my tattoo. It came out perfectly, it looks amazing, and Craig did everything I hoped it would look like. Extremely professional and friendly, I couldn’t have asked for a better first tattoo experience.
Darien Macleod is a great artist who knows Ink. I’ll be back next month for more Ink. Very clean shop.

I’m not familiar with Dusty. But I can say Craig is a professional, and acts accordingly. Does well with unusual requests and specific detail, even in a time frame. In my experience Lucky You Tattoo is going to give you quality work at a modest price. If it was worth making a Google+ account just to review the damn place- its worth stopping by if your looking to get a piece done. Enough said.

Everyone is extremely rude and has what seems to be some kind of elitist vibe. Have a simple question about your tattoo or the healing process? Well you can expect to be belittled and talked down to for not being as knowledgeable on the subject as they are. They are very money hungry, they don’t wanna hear anything about your tattoo besides what it is and where you want it. Do yourself a favor, and find any other nicely rated tattoo parlor to get your tattoo done, the experience will be 1000x better.
Sia is an AMAZING artist! Fantastic tattoo skills! Unfortunately we tried for well over a week to get in touch with Sia, or ANYONE at that shop to schedule with Sia and I have still not received a response. I emailed Sia directly. I also went through the link on the website. I tried calling the shop countless times and although I got an answering machine and left messages, I never received a call back. My fiance reached out to Sia and Lucky You over Facebook and never received a response. It is a real shame because we have previously recommended her to several people. He ultimately got the tattoo done, at another shop, with another great artist, and Lucky You lost two clients.
