Needed a new saddle & set up on my acoustic PRS 6-string. First time going there and having anything done. The guys are great, knowledgeable & fun to talk to. They’ve been around the block and are very good at what they do. I recommend without hesitation & will return myself. 2 thumbs up from me.
Helpful, sincere, trustworthy! Had to leave my $5k instrument for repairs, with no guarantee other than a handshake. Would I recommend to a friend? In a heartbeat!
Awesome place great service.
While there are few big name guitars, they have a wide selection of guitars, basses, and keys. Plus a primo selection of apps and other hardware. The staff is friendly and the music is always good.
Has room to improve
Had a good assortment of goods
Called to know if they had any Tenor Saxophones and he had a bad attitude.
Bought a few pieces of gear here. All above market price, first amp fried in less than a year, PRS guitar with cosmetic damage you could only see in certain light. And a PRS amp, brand new, that developd tube rattle in 3 months, even though I paid $300 over market value. Sadly, these small businesses don’t really do anything about the products they sell. But they’re definitely more expensive.
Just wasn’t sure why it was so unorganized and messy
Thank you Brian for making Jorja’s 10th Birthday so special! After Calloway Guitars repaired my guitar, I was able to gift my daughter, the very guitar that my Grandfather gifted me, when I was a child.
Couldn’t be happier! Brian did a great job, not only on my bass, but explaining to me the many aspects I was not even aware of. Being a “do it yourselfer” I had a go……….lol Brian, thanx for helping me!

Good knowledge of guitars and only place around the area that stocks multiscale guitars
Nicely cultivated selection of guitars, albums, and other cool items for the hip collector. This store is a great addition to the community.
Al Frantic is an absolute treasure. He is a real musician who sells real instruments. “Friendly” is a true understatement. I have bought several instruments and they are great. He also made an old school pedal board for me that sounds fantastic. I am now lucky to call him friend and for those of us that see our instruments as our children, I trust Al implicitly. Long live Frantic Frets!
Alan and Mary always have what I need. Highly recommend.
The owners are very nice and super accommodating. A little something for everyone
A lot of stuff in a small space.
Great music

Awesome place. Calum helped me out and I just left with a beautiful new acoustic guitar. If I end up back in the area looking for another instrument or some accessories, I will definitely be stopping by!!!!
Friendly staff! Nice layout of store, good prices!
I’ve been a little biased since they’ve changed hands from B&B. But the helpful attitude and friendly demeanor of the new management and staff has grown on me. I still see an old familiar face now and again from the previous, and that’s comforting. Other than that, still a good place to go for a new instrument or the occasional sticks or strings.
Nice Store with helpful staff !
I lot of choices
I have went in this place like 20 times askin them for a specific pedal they still hwve yet to order it months later better off going online and saving money gas time and your life
Friendly staff and a wide selection of instruments and accessories.
You won’t find a nicer music store on the shore. Dean is a great guy. I’ve never had a bad experience.
It has a nice array of musical instruments, particularly drums and guitars and the hardware to go with it.
I have musician friends and family who swear by Earle Teat’s place. Even a small request is welcome, and if they don’t have an item, they can tell you where you can get it. Friendly to non-music people who are still learning, like me.
Unless your a guitarist they wont have much for you. Great selection of guitars though
Selection of guitars is good. Employees are kind of rude and didn’t seem that knowledgeable. They might actually be knowledgeable but hate answering customer questions. In any case guitars good. Staff meh.
Horrible horrible place to sell used instruments called ahead asked if they would want to take a look at my violin the man that answered said yes and to bring it in he would look at it. I walked in there and he didn’t even say 5 words to me nor did he look at my violin and told me I should take it to a pawn shop. Horrible customer service very disappointed.

Nice knowledgeable people. They will help you find whatever you’re looking for. Piano, keyboard, organ, guitar, sheet music, CD, DVDs,…etc.
I have had the pleasure to peruse this privately owned business since 2009 when I arrived in this area. This music store that specializes in piano and the keyboard categories has a very unassuming atmospheric environment.I feel very comfortable when I walk into this property. The staff are friendly and hospitable to say the least. The owner, Mike, is very approachable and has a great knowledge of the products that the store sells. The stock is plentiful and quite varied. If anyone is in the market to make a purchase or thinking out the opportunity, this is a must see place that will give the purchaser a real good choice with a great price. I hope you will enjoy!
Friendly staff have us great advice for selecting a digital keyboard for a beginner pianist and he gave us an excellent deal. The lesson teacher is talented and enthusiastic about teaching.
They were closed so I didn’t go in but they are a good one stop shop for any piano needs, books, tuning, and teacher recommendations
Since no one in our state stocks arranger keyboards anymore, or can even answer simple questions about them, I called Keyboard America. Mike answered my questions – I was not sure I believed him on all the answers compared to my Clavinova, but after I got my own, his answers turned out to be 100% correct. The Genos I first received had a defect that could not be detected by simply upgrading the software. I called Mike and after some quick diagnostics had Yamaha speak to me directly. To make a long story short, Yamaha said it was manufacturing defect and authorized Mike to replace it within a couple of weeks. The replacement Genos has performed flawlessly and met all my expectations! I originally had trepidations about not being able speak face to face about my purchasing questions and service after the sale if there was a problem. But Mike and Kathy at Keyboard America took the time to answer my questions and get me solutions when needed. I, for one, am glad they there and would have no qualms returning to them should I get the urge for another instrument in the future.
Don’t let the outside deter you. They have a very good selection of digital pianos, and great costumer service. And if no one is there, call the number on the door
The owner of this company and his wife are both arrogant, condescending jerks. I would never purchase anything from either of them. Anyone looking for a piano or keyboard should go elsewhere if they want to be treated with respect.
New to area. Called regarding piano lessons and sales person was very condescending . I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I went in, Decided to have my own opinion about what I wanted, Got told I was an Idiot, went to B&B, Bought a Roland instead. That is the summary of my HOUR LONG ordeal of his horrible sales pitch of asking me like 3 questions, and then instantly taking me to a $5000 keyboard that looks and sounds absolutely terrible and is the size of a large coffee tableand ontop of that not even let me play it whatsoever to see if I ATLEAST liked the way it felt. I’m telling anyone who thinks of going there GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.
Person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Stopped in looking for a guitar case and they did not have any in stock, she offered to lend me one for free for the weekend if I needed it to travel with. Picked up some strings while I was there. Thank you
Totally awesome!!!!
I was promptly greeted and served when I entered the store. No lines; no waiting.
Nice friendly environment but not many books to choose from

I bought a fender acoustic guitar from here and it works fantastic they also have a very good selection to choose from and the employees are polite and helpful if your around the area and are interested in instruments I suggest going to this place
There is a wide selection of instruments and at decent prices plus quality.
The Staff was very helpful in helping me figure out what I needed for my daughter’s instruments. And helpful with material that will help in her growth in her band.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I find their prices a little higher than elsewhere, but their location is convenient, and sometimes it’s just easier going into a store rather than dealing with another music store on the phone.
Mat was a great guy that works for you.Spent 4,500 this year already.
Signing up for lessons with this company is one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Their billing practices are extremely criminal. They continue to charge you after you have canceled services with them. They also bill you for holidays when their business was closed and you received no services. The representatives in the store and on the customer service line are no help with billing as they know nothing. You are billed money on a different date each month but never receive a statement for what you are being charged for. This company seems to be money hungry and filled with thieves. I would never recommend anyone doing business or taking lessons from this crooked company.
Went to purchase my 8 year old daughter piano lessons back in December and was told I needed to purchase a piano or she wouldn’t succeed in lessons. I explained she wasn’t even clear if this is something she wanted to peruse but just wanted to try it. The cashier wasn’t helpful and I went out hopeless. Fast forward to a little over 2 months and we found an excellent instructor who guided us toward a keyboard to practice and she absolutely loves it. A piano purchase is probably in the near future but I won’t be returning to this shop. Just to think, this visit to the store could of altered my daughters life had I gave up.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s sad that the schools direct you to such a in trustful company. Please take advice and stay away from this place.
