I called to ask a question and get info about a special release product that was supposed to release the next day. The employee who answered the phone states he was not allowed to talk about anything they had, then all i heard was silence. Myself being someone who is a store manager, i would’ve at least given direction or advice, or explained why i could not disclose information.

super rude. nobody stood at the counter for like 15 mins! Everything is very expensive . 40 dollars for a stuffed animal?? They also scammed my brother

Been going to this store for years; came back today and was browsing, reading a book; as usual, everything was good and the variety of wares and media impressive. All of a sudden, this big guy with gray hair from behind the counter comes up: “How you doing? You know buddy I can’t have you just reading, you have to buy the book.” I apologize and leave, and I am bit surprised; seconds later I am annoyed. He had also previously exhibited some rudeness and was generally uninviting. For that alone, I give this star two stars out of what would’ve been four.

Jeff is a GREAT entertainer which I highly recommend. He has entertained for three of our company parties in the last year. I believe that says it all!

Sold an old set of drums for a fair price. Then I walked around and saw the phenomenal selection of classic drums and percussion instruments. Worth a visit if looking for a drum set.

I just received a custom Ludwig Legacy kit I ordered from Steve. The kit is perfect!! Highly recommend ordering a kit through Steve. Very responsive and friendly communication. Fast shipping and drums were packaged well.

Has everything you need like TVs, computers and laptops with some good deals sometimes. I just wish they had some more options for the gaming computers and parts. Prices are a little steep too.

So I spent more than $2000 for a new LG Washer and Dryer. The sales person was pleasant and answered all of our questions. The delivery was set for today, Tuesday 16-April-2019 from 7 am until 1 pm CST.. I had to fight with my boss at work to take a day off so I can be home at the time of delivery. I waited until 12:50 and decided to call the customer service to get the delivery status. The first cust serv rep asked me all the information to locate the order and she put me on hold. after 5 minutes I was transferred without my knowledge to another person. That other Customer Service Person name Ms. Evitte asked all the same questions to locate the order. For the delivery status she put me on hold for 22 minutes. (think she was hoping I would hang up) anyways, she came back on line and said that there is no record in our system for today’s delivery. She asked me if I am available on Friday or Saturday for delivery? I told the person that I took a day off for this and now you are telling me that there will be no delivery? At this time I asked the rep to speak with the Supervisor. She said there is no supervisor available at this time and that someone will call you back within 24 hrs. I asked the person what is the name of your supervisor and she said there are Several supervisors but no one is available to speak with you.

Then I called the sales person at the store and spoke with someone who said I am sorry the delivery is set for today but they are unable to get a truck for delivery. He promised me to get this escalated. I asked the sales person for compensation and he said that he can only escalate the call. He is a Sales person and the problem is with the Warehouse. I hope to get this resolved soon else I will cancel the order and NEVER return to that store or any other Best Buy store EVER!

I will keep the consumers posted of my horrible experience. So, for now I am sitting on a pile of dirty cloths and also used one of my vacation days for nothing. What a total WASTE..Thanks to Best Buy (NOT).

So I have been very busy trying to get the delivery status update and believe it or not, No one is able to provide me with an update. One of the customer service representative told me that this is a common problem there and it might take Days to get that fixed.

I have sent emails to Melanie Cornell (VP Sales) and Hubert Joyl (CEO) but unfortunately NO response from their esteemed offices either. I have made a total of SEVEN calls and the customer service rep would put me on hold for 10-20 minutes then disconnects the line.

I am planning on taking this case to BBB. Guys NEVER EVER go to Best Buy and especially this store. I am regretting and having to deal with a lot of Stress and uncertainty. Once you pay them, No One cares! They have ZERO Customer Service.

36 hours later my issue is still UNRESOLVED! I will continue to provide you with an update. The Store Manager is no where to be found. The sales person said “Delivery issue is not our problem and we are short on staff” the person hung up the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Guys, Obviously I gave ONE star but their system is changing it to FOUR stars. This is very interesting. I kept changing it to 1 start and the system keeps changing it to 4-stars.

Finally the Washer and Dryer were delivered earlier today.

I sent an email to the CEO and the VP of Sales (none of them returned my calls or emails) so far, how ever I sent another email to inform them of the delivery and now asking for the compensation. Let’s see how reasonable they are in responding and offering me reasonable compensation.

I wish I could say good things about this store in Bloomingdales because I love bestbuy… I had an absolutely horrible experience here with my online order. Said 1 hr pick up & turned into 13 hrs of wasted time.

Don’t go to Blooingdale for car audio installation. They have no idea what they’re doing and they don’t have an install service anymore at this location. Hopefully they will in the future, but managers were very dishonest about not having an install service or anyone capable of answering specific questions on audio installation at this location. Go to Downers Grove location, they know what they doing there.

We have rented from here for years. (Violin, cello, & clarinet) The instruments have always been top quality. Customer service has always been excellent. Repairs are always done well and quickly. They have always had a loaner available during repairs, which is nice. I would recommend this store!

The worst costumer service . Jeff ” the worst manager” I have seen in my life . He is a very big liar. He doesn’t know haw to treat the costumers. His phrase was I am the boss. My daughter has been doing piano lessons for two years there, never had a problem with any other manager . But Jeff is the worst employee over there, He thinks he is the boss he can make the rules.

Thank goodness for the skilled instructors! I wish EVERY SINGLE CALL WAS RECORDED. Honesty is no longer a policy here.

Just came back from doing a clarinet rental, one of our worst experiences. Took more than 30 minutes for what was a 5 minute job. Made me sign up online for an account and do partial payments there and partial payments in the store. Store front desk seemed too busy with their office work to help the customers in the store.

I love Half Price books!!!! I am rarely disappointed and the personnel are friendly, fun, and professional at the same time. My puggle, Lucy, is always greeted with open arms and and loves all of the attention that she gets.

I went to sell some old books. Although the prices are great and people are very nice, you may want to sell your books separately on your own. For 20 books total of about $200, I received $13.00

I love this store for books!! I come here alot. I would have rated it higher, but two things always get me when I come here is the very strange characters who shop there. Some of the people are also very rude and just stand in your way so be aware of that. The other thing is the workers are hit and miss. Some are really nice and helpful especially with ordering books from other stores which I’m so grateful for, but some of the workers are unprofessional. I’ll hear some of the conversations they have and there very inappropriate. All in all a great place, but like any place it has its flaws.

A small music shop avaliable at Stratford mall best to come here if you are in need if repairs, instruments are avaliable with great selections ranging from pianos, ukuleles, guitars, drums and, some maracas if you in ever in need. Overall a nice place however, some of their staff is not as helpful as some others may be

Brand new store opened up, came in to check it out on Saturday. Got to store at 8:45 PM. Supposed to be open until 9 PM. Doors were locked and a girl sitting by the register said they were closed. Needless to say, first experience was terrible. I dont know if I really want to come back.
