Edit: It’s a year after my previous review and I just had my piano tuned again. Once again, excellent service. My piano is not a great one, and they have it sounding like a million bucks!! Pleasant and easy to work with, always professional. I am very pleased….yet again!
I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by 88 Keys. They moved a baby grand piano for me, tuned it, and came back to do some minor repair work. I have also used them in the past to tune my other piano. They always show up when they say they will, they communicate well, they are polite and considerate, and most importantly, they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
We found a beautiful old piano that needed to be moved and tuned. Everything about 88 Keys Piano was amazing. I emailed to ask questions and for a quote and Marina answered more than just promptly, almost instantly. She was very helpful in helping to set up the move. Then Jon and his sons were phenomenal the day of the move. They made piano moving look easy. They were kind, informative and efficient. They also tuned the piano as well as fixing a couple things. They were awesome! If you’re looking for a mover or tuner in the area, do NOT go anywhere else. A-1 Family business. If I could give more stars I would. I can’t recommend this company enough. Bravo!
