You will not find a better place for customer service! The staff members are the nicest people around, will do just about anything to help you – 1st class!, and are super professional. I can’t say enough about this company & the people it hires. I wish every company took the pride and care that this place does!
I’m a fan of these folks. I had a small issue with a relatively inexpensive item I had ordered. You know, the kind of issue that you debate with yourself whether or not it’s even worth the time to phone the store and discuss. I decided this problem was worth a quick call and promptly landed myself on the phone with the store manager in Montgomery. This gentleman treated me as if I was the single most important customer he had spoken with all month. I honestly left that call feeling like a champ. Not only did he resolve my issue immediately, he did it with such care and concern that I guarantee all of my future purchases with Quinlan and Fabish will be money well spent. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I received incorrect information from Quinlan & Fabish at Crone Middle School and they won’t honor what was told to me. Very over priced. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
Edit: They ended up honoring the verbal price I was quoted.
Went to my daughter’s school for “band info” night. Even with Covid, they had the kids trying out wind instruments (I REALLY hope they cleaned them properly between kids). She liked the flute and I was presented with an “agreement” for 4 month trial of $72 (reasonable) and then $40/mo for 2.5 YEARS. The guy (who never even introduced himself) tried to put an “agreement” in front of me; told me it wasn’t a purchase contract (really, then what would it be with a total price of over $1,000 on it? That price and my signature makes it a …contract…).
I hit the brakes; no way am I paying a thousand dollars for anything my kid needs to keep safe, clean and protected… He actually got an attitude, huffing and ripping up the paper. This is thru the school so shame on them too but I walked in for a 10yo to try an instrument so she could join band with her friends and found myself with a washed-up-car-salesman-trying-to-sell-me-a-timeshare feeling. Oh, and lets not forget the “book”, “music stand” and “cleaning cloth” that were…you guessed it…EXTRA $!
I LMAO all the way to the car.

Levi is an amazing music teacher. He is knowledgeable, passionate, patient and one of the most timely individuals that I have ever met! I am an adult learner (drums) and he made the whole process very unintimidating. He was structured in including an assignment with each lesson and open to including my interests and answering any questions I had. I would totally suggest Levi for those interested in taking lessons. Very likely I will reach out in the future for lessons on another instrument. Wish I could give 10 stars!
An outstanding Teacher! Levi is putting in all the work to make this the best possible experience for you. He’s got a super great teaching method that is catered to you and easy to understand and learn from, all while having a super friendly smile on his face. 10/10
My son (8) has been taking piano and drum lessons with Levi for over a year. My son always looks forwar to his lessons and has learned so much! Levi is patient and makes lessons engaging for kids. Highly recommend!

Nice little store tucked away in a place nobody would ever think a guitar shop would be. It is full of vintage and newly made (Guyatone) guitars, basses and amps. They have so many guitars for sale! If you can afford vintage prices, do shop here! (They also have a Reverb page, iirc)
Very unprofessional. Nate seems to act like a know it all, but could use a few lessons.
Made my first purchase, but unfortunately it turned out the item had been listed with an incorrect price. Was disappointed, but I was notified and the refund was issued quickly at least.
Update: Had a representative reach out a week later attempting to buy off my review with an undisclosed discount. When I explained that I could not in good morals accept that as the review was fair and the time to do the right thing had come and pass they explained that they could not afford to honor the mistake ($50 difference), all the while offering a discount which could well add up to the same amount, or more at the end of the day making the explanation somewhat nonsensical in that case. It’s an unfortunate circumstance to be sure as the mistakes keep snowballing and I very much enjoyed everything I had read and seen from them prior to this.

Excellent piano tuning. Jerry is prompt and friendly. Reasonably priced. This is the second time he’s come out for this piano. It was a free piano that hadn’t been tuned in years. It sounds great now.
Jerry arrived on time and did a great job for a great price. I put off getting my piano tuned for years and was deaf to how bad it had gotten. He went through twice to get everything tuned as good as possible and I noticed a big difference not just in tone, but he also fixed an issue with a sticking sustain. Piano sounds great now and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely go to Jerry again for future piano tuning.
Highly recommend! Excellent service and perfectly professional! Jerry also plays an outstanding concert after the tuning. This was our second time using Mosher Piano and will continue call them for future tunings. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks again Jerry!

Comfortzone audio gets a number clients with amplified instruments and/or vocals. Our group came in with instrumentals, all acoustic, and an unusual combination to boot. The saxophones are a big challenge in particular, and our group has players with a wide range of dynamics and complex timbres.We picked Comfortzone because I was confident that they had the experience and resources to do a good job with it, and we left our session with all our goals accomplished and four fine recordings.

This place is so cool not too long ago I called up this recording studio in my area and got a hold of the owner John right off the bat I knew he was good people i have had the opportunity to both record as a musician and also have Done some engineering at this cozy little place of creation my band is super happy with the quality of sound we got in there Notably the drum sounds especially this live room is the perfect size for nice and tight but still open Drums sounds John is extremely knowledgeable and helpful engineer he’s constantly upgrading his studio and coming up with creative ways to make the experience better not that it is an already great we felt very comfortable in his place it just has that unmistakably good vibe about it right upon entering the control room is really cool too small but I was impressed with the clarity and detail because of the well treated space I was able to get the full benefits of what his speakers have the offer was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this recording studio for any band or engineer to do some work at and I will definitely be going back

Very friendly and welcoming place. Had an issue with a repair but they corrected the problem. Took more than stop to resolve the issue, so 4 out 5 stars. Would still recommend and will continue to shop here.
