Staff was great. I explained what I needed and they found the correct guitar that my son needed for class.

REVISION: after I brought this review to the attention of the management, they gave me a $15 credit – but the policy is still in place so be aware of this.******
I really like the teachers here, but the business itself, I am very disappointed in. Last week we received a call shortly before our lesson time that the teacher was ill and the lesson was canceled. No problem. Tried to reschedule but I am very busy right now with my work and extremely limited in my times that I can bring my daughter to the school (this is why we chose Saturday mornings, it’s the only time I have right now) Much to my chagrine, I was told that even if I could not reschedule the lesson, I would still have to pay for it – no credit given. The school tried to tell me it is a viable option to simply have two hours the next week, or to schedule two lessons a couple of days apart, etc. A few seconds of consideration will tell you that is not the same value. It feels like Music Showcase cares about its weekly lesson fee more than it cares about having a happy, loyal customer – and trust me, I am not very happy or feeling inspired to be loyal. I recommend that you find somewhere else to take your child.
Lori was the best!!! Shouts out to Lori!!
My friend has taken his instruments in here for servicing and he’s only said good things about them.
Watched me play like a vulture and made me feel uncomfortable, didn’t allow me to unlock the nut and fix the tuning on a guitar with a Floyd rose, the Tremolo arms on the guitars were taken off and after asking would not allow me to use one with the guitars, and selection was limited. Overall: horrible experience. Might as well go to any other store that allows you to try out the guitars how you normally would before you purchase them. Do not spend your money there.
This is one of the worst music stores in Florida. They are completely untrustworthy, the instruments are ridiculously priced and very bad quality, and they don’t listen to you. I went here to get a bass rosin, rock stop, and essential elements book for my class. The rock stop they gave me broke the first time I used it, the cover on my book fell of after the first month of having it, and after repeatedly saying that I played the bass, they gave me a violin rosin. I highly do not recommend this place. The worst part is that all the items I bought were all over priced. And when I asked them how much it was to rent a bass, they said between $800 and $1000, when at the Violin Shop it’s only $150-$300.Go to the Violin Shop or Roydon. I will definitely never go here again, and I hope you don’t have to.
Didn’t fix my instruments at all had to send back TWICE then they gaslighted me into saying it was fixed the first time when it was not please do better sent a bari and a tenor sax they both had to go back TWICE

I brought in my martial (valve state 100) and they did a fantastic job, picked it up a week later now they’re going to work on my ( Echo Plex ) that’s next in line thank you Bruce and Dave the technicians.
Bruce fixed my Fender Twin and it sounds great. After it started smoking I thought it was going to be a loss but he brought it back to life.
Fixed my DJM mixer up nice. Love these guys. Real professionals. Club audio go-to!
Great service
Have brought my P 200 in for repairs and tune ups several times over the the past. Reliable and economical. Outstanding service.
I am a faithful customer, but I sure wish you guys would have posted on line or left a Voicemail message that you wouldn’t be opened on Monday July 3. I rode all the way in from St. Pete Beach , got to your shop at 10:15am only to find you closed. Waited around 15 minutes and even phoned from outside. Phone rang and rang. Not even a message to warn that you were closed. I wasted 2 hours and rode 80 miles round trip.
Horrible experience!!!
I first took my vintage Fender Princeton Reverb to them to completely refurbish it. It had not been serviced in quite a while. I ended up paying over 400 dollars. I told them that I HAD to have it back in 3 weeks. I had to call and pester them to get any information out of them. I ended up paying more to have parts shipped overnight. I got my amp back just in the nick of time and everything seemed great. Then less than one week later, I show up to band practice and the amp won’t turn on. Then out of nowhere, sparks flew out of the back of it!! That’s right, SPARKS! Wtf, right?! I took it back and they repaired it in a few days. The amp still has a buzz.
Then I took my Fender Hot Rod Deville to them. I was having some issues with it, so I purchased new tubes prior to taking it in to DAI. The owner, Bruce, called me and told me what he thought was going on and said it needed new tubes. I explained that I had JUST purchased new tubes, but he insisted that they were bad. I am pretty sure he was full of crap. A few weeks went by, using the amp multiple times a week. Last week, I noticed that the reverb wasn’t working. I thought “dude, what the hell? I have to take my amp back AGIAN???” I live an hour away from this place and I don’t really use the reverb that much, so taking it back wasn’t a super big priority. But then last night, I played the amp for less than 20 minutes before it started making all sorts of farting noises. I tried different cables and guitars to confirm that it was actually the amp that was malfunctioning. It even makes the farting noises with nothing plugged in at all!!
These guys are clearly a bunch of amateurs, despite what their website says. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AMPS TO THEM!!!
Brought in my Studio Monitors for repair after I blew a speaker. After their “Expert diagnosis” they replaced the tweeters. 6 weeks and $350 later they returned them to me with a blown cone and a busted LED. I called to tell them the repair was not tested, diagnosed properly, and unfinished. They said, “let us get back to you…” Never heard from them again, big surprise there. This place sucks!
said they had to wait 3 months for a switch, seamed annoyed anytime i would call to ask for the status of my broken amp.
Awesome place for jamming on Tuesday nights….
Just picked up my Les Paul from repairs done by Marty at the Vibe. My Guitar now sounds great after Marty did some wiring work on it. Strongly recommend this Place for any repairs…..
Best music store the SE and the entire world visit and be in AWE
Awesome store! Great prices and great owners.
Doti and Terry are wonderful! I love family friendly small businesses.
Been there 3 times at a normal hr after work at around 3-4 pm. Every time door was locked 2 times saw someone inside who did not come to the door. I was ready to purchase a new guitar with. Cash in hand each time. Also get my drum kit repaired. So willing to spend quite a bit of cash. So disappointed. Closest store to me. My money went elsewhere.i will not step foot in this place if the doors are open.
We have left three voicemails in the last week to see about music lessons for my child and not once have they returned a call. No one ever answers the phone. Doubtful they can stay in business with these practices. We won’t be calling again.
turned away because i refused to wear a face diaper. when you want to return to reality, I’ll happily come in for a guitar lesson. Thanks.
Many instruments, equipment, cables, amps and other gear instock. I picked up some strings, a new capo and a small part all for a good price. I will be back to look at G&L basses when I’m ready for a new one.
Everything!!! Customer Service, Safety with the Pandemic, Great prices on everything from the new guitar for our Son for Christmas to the tuner to the guitar pick… this is a One Stop Shop with a Family feel that I will recommend to anyone looking for a Premier music experience 🙂
I love this little music store! Owners are very sweet an know there stuff! They offer many maintance services an always do a great job. A gem in the rough.

I found the store last year and bought a guitar. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are good people. I started taking lessons there too
Variedad de mercancia relacionada a la musica.
Great local shop for the area. The owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend you stop in.
Small store, large selection of music equipment also lots of drum hardware. Staff is friendly. I always go there for the little things… connectors/ converters, Picks , etc.
Very small store, but the lady behind he counter was very friendly and helpful.
Woman who worked was rude to us
Ditto to Sara’s review. I’m looking to buy a new nylon string acoustic so I thought I would check out this shop. The lady ignored me. She probably knows nothing about guitars since half the shop is dedicated to picture framing. Still no reason to diss a potential customer. They had some cool guitars, but so does Guitar Center. Guess who will be getting my money.
They sell frames and guitar lessons. Their gallery of five guitars that appear to be the same is pitiful. Really nice frames though. It’s a gallery of frames.

I cant begin to describe how wonderfully amazing this music store is. Juan the manager answered all my question and helped me purchase the best violin I’ve ever heard! I have to tell you whoever hired Juan, knew what they were doing because Juan is 1 in a Million! I’m never going to any other music store and I advise others to do the same.
Recently I visited music and arts for the first time. I was instantly greeted by a big smile and felt really welcome. The employee I spoke with, Luis was super helpful and asked me a lot of questions about my violin playing that really helped me figure out what I needed. He gave me his business card so I could call if I needed anything else. I will definitely be going back next time a need anything for my violin!
They are an amazing place to go for beginners and every time I get welcomed like it’s my home. The names that I have gotten so far is superstar, and prodigy which is very nice of them to call me that and I have had and am having a wonderful experience with them. Thank you music And Arts center for my amazing experience!!!!
This is a great little place with friendly helpful staff. While the selection is somewhat limited the pricing is decent and they do have a good variety for the space they have. I would definitely do business with them again.
Good customer service
Nice, small music store, friendly staff with a variety of guitar options. The location of the store however is atrocious as Regency Square Mall is a very poorly designed store layout and to make the situation worse they design engineers created a mall with such poor means of entering and exiting the facility that the patrons get the privilege of sitting in long lines (usually 30-40 minutes) just to get to the 2 main exit roads so you can sit through multiple light changes before you can actually get out of this nightmare. Love the store, recommend moving to a better location.
I been going there for a while my daughter play oboes we use to rent from them untile we start rent from her school but stil go there for her reed every three four week every time good experience untile today so mad and disappointed never going back there reed was not working 17 dollar the lady won’t exchange it to me and give me 5 dollar discount where the reed I took was broken too went back said I didn’t open it broken they like oooh give me another and charge me 11 dollar what the hell there is sweet girl there was helping me when she saw me getting mad she like I don’t know why she charging you it was broken the box was open like what the hell didn’t argue just left am so disappointed sooooo disappointed I use to go there aloe not anymore time to find another store
Complete garbage
They take your money but there is no one except the store to handle complaints against the store. They give you the cooperate number that only handles rentals so any answers or complaints is handled by the store manager who blames everything on cooperate who says they dont handle the store

First time visiting today- and I would stand in that long line again!!! It was fresh and delicious! Staff was very busy and did their best to get people’s orders in and out. Two thumbs and two big toes ups ! I can’t wait to try their cheddar bagel and pumpernickel bagel next time!!!! Thank you all so much
Delicious.
Great people and food.
Great bagels, reasonable prices, and nice staff! 4 stars due to the limited hours and lengthy waits, which can be avoided if you get there really early.
Garlic bagels are good but need more on top, and the bottoms tend to be a little burned.
Yum!
I’m sitting here eating a stale bagel on 07/02
Stale bagel every time I decide to give this place another chance! Coffee is never satisfying. The only reason I keep giving it another go, because it’s the only bagel shop close to my home. Einstein bagels are really fresh.
Be sure & order your bacon crispy, it’s raw unless you order crispy then they charge you $2.31 for crispy bacon. I had already paid for a bacon egg bagel. Won’t be back
