Great mom and pop shop just off interstate. Support local treat yourself and get some great coffee and pastries!
My husband and I love it here! Great coffee, with an extremely friendly owner. We come as often as possible!
Amazing coffee! Organic and fair trade beans! The owner is so sweet and will customize your beverage for you! Great gentle jazz. Couch to rest and read while you drink. Super stinking cute
Adorable coffee shop, hooked me up but customers beware this place is ONLY CASH, I found out in the grogginess of the morning hours (didn’t have coffee yet, so I didn’t notice the sign telling me it was a CASH ONLY shop) I found out the hard way! lol! The minion collection gives the shop a personal feel but don’t ask cuz they ain’t for sale! 😉
Enjoyed my “Milky Way!” Cute Place
Nice little coffee shop. Clean, good variety, friendly staff. Runs about the same price as your normal Starbucks. No wi-fi, which is why it got three stars. But I suppose that’s why some people might give it five stars. The coffee itself is very good. I would recommend the Vietnamese coffee.
Only 3 flavors
Not worth stopping
Open sign was on but there was a sign on the door that said you would be back at 1pm (2hrs later)
Coffee is super bitter. Would drive on past.

Love this place and I am SO glad they chose Burlington as their home! No more having to drive all the way to Denver for vapes for this girl! The worker who’s been in there every time I’ve went so far, Shandi, is an absolute doll. Love her so much and we even got a chance to chat the last time I was in there! After just my FIRST visit to the shop she heard me wishing they carried Gummy Candy Elf Bars and the very next time I was in there, there they were!
Very knowledgeable about there products. Great with customers.

Good stop, almost everything is available.
Very clean. Had good coffee. Lots to choose. Nice staff.
5 minutes your stuff is gone if you put anywhere, went to washroom for 5 minutes and coffee mug is gone, and manager doesn’t even care to note down for the theft, cameras are there but don’t know if they care, no trust
After running out of smokes I happened upon this store so as I fuel I cut a efs check for 50.00 to have them cash bad move the manger calls in the check mistake one then trys to run it thru the register now he could not cash it but that didn’t stop them from charging the check cashing fee I see now why they don’t do money orders. Needless to say back to Pilot I go!!!!
…if you guys need an oil change or any maintenance on truck forget this place …you just gona waste 2-3 hours for nothing…lazy people….nobody in bay for 2 hrs still waiting….I left after 2.5 hrs waiting….then they came out to get me once I started rolling

Food was hot, people were nice and the order had no mistakes.
been awhile since i had a spicy mcchicken
Asked to get my drink and the morning manager said he will bring it out with my food . Thought that was rude I wanted it for taking my pills before I eat . He didn’t have to be rude bout it .
Service
Nice staff and fresh food. Had to wait a bit for the egg on my sandwich, but result was a hot and fresh meal.
Came at 10.40pm on 9/15/23 saw workers sitting at table. But no answer at drive thru. Very poor service! Tried calling, and they didn’t pick up!
Nasty
They do not sell ice cream anymore

Friendly staff, clean room, I am very comfortable, thank you.
Is good .is quite and clean
Basic motel at the right price. Adequately clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Much needed and comfortable night’s sleep on a cross-country road trip.
Bed and room clean. Bathroom was clean, the shower was hard to adjust. If another room turned water on your shower went from one temperature extreme to the other. Stayed there 1 night. Stayed elsewhere coming home.
A little pricey for a small room, But clean and honey.
Very friendly room was larger than I expected fulls I’ve mini fridge. A little dated evidence of some recent updates. Well worth the money. Pet friendly. Sat in the RECLINER reading and fell asleep
Terrible, close to caving in, but new owners may make improvements.
This place is a dump, the reviews for this place that are more than one star are fake don’t stay at this place
It was alright. The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly. The Chinese restaurant next door is really really good. As for the room, it was dated, but pretty clean. We stayed here because its pet friendly. There are a few people around that live here full time. I might not stay here again, but it was a welcome stop after driving all the way through Kansas.

Fantastic shop. I’ve been in and out of many music shops in my life time and this is one of those shops truly keeping music alive. The people that work here are knowledgeable and passionate about music through and through. With a good selection of gear and equipment available in house you can’t go wrong going here. If you are looking to sell your instrument they also do that as well. I don’t just highly recommend this place, I urge you to go and appreciate this upstanding location of music!
Don, Sandy, Connor, Darren and everyone else down at Jensen are incredibly nice and helpful. They run a tight shift and no guitar is off limits. They have an incredible selection of new guitars from all quality levels and prices and have some awesome rare used gear.
Gave me incredible advice on a PA system, had the entire line up of products for me to choose from and the unit I picked was on sale for a great discount. In addition, I now have a discount for another future purchase and I will definitely be spending my money at Jensen again.
Good people knowledgeable, highly recommend
They have more than just guitars they also sell wind instruments and string instruments
We love this place. Kids do lessons here and the teachers are great. Friendly staff.
I walked into this store today for the first time, didn’t even realize it was there before (I haven’t lived in longmont for almost 10 years but I visit family there frequently) so I thought I’d check it out. I came through the door to what seemed like the owner of the shop having a conversation with one of his employees. They initially acknowledge me and quickly said hello before going back to a heated conversation about what seemed to be the employees incompetence. This is a very small store, so I was inevitably able to hear the entire conversation whether it was of interest to me or not. I picked up a few guitars, played one or two, and I made a full circle around the store checking out the inventory before I walked out unnoticed after 10 minutes or so. Not once was I spoken to, but I was able to gain some insight about the employee and his peremptory store owner. It appears there had been a customer service issue and the employee was unable to accomplish something for a customer due to his lack of knowledge and confidence with the point of sale system. The manager then proceeded to train his employee as he made several comments about the store computer being nothing like his at home and that he didn’t understand the system. As a retail manager myself, I have an above average understanding (at the very least) of what good customer service in a properly managed business should look like. I’m writing this review less in distaste at the fact that I was not engaged by either of you in your store, but because I am a supporter of local businesses and I enjoy seeing them thrive in my hometown. Employees should be coached away from the vicinity of customers, and EVERY customer should be greeted and engaged if you expect your business to succeed. I didn’t need to hear your conversation, but I did, and my advice for you would be to let that particular employee go – he is old and unable to adapt to the point of sale system you have in place, and he doesn’t seem to have a basic instinct for customer service.
Nice selection but not very good customer service. The cashier seemed more interested in planning his next ski trip than helping us out.
Edit: I did not review the wrong place. We watched the cashier playing around with Google Maps on the store computer (maybe not skiing, but definitely not work). We spent about 15 minutes there and he never greeted or acknowledged us. We had much better experiences at Larry’s and Guitars Etc.
Sad to see such poor customer service.
12. Music Go Round
Address: 2925 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525 , Burlington , Colorado , United States
I purchased a used Tama snare drum over the phone from Musicgoround in Ft. Collins and had it shipped to Connecticut. I dealt directly with Brandon Barrios who went and got the snare for me and answered all my questions over the phone. He gave me a fair price and was both helpful and professional. The snare was shipped quick, well packed and the shipping costs were fair. I rebuild older Tama snares so when this one came in I took it apart for inspection and cleaning. It was at this point I noticed that the lugs had deformed under years of tension and would have to be replaced. This is an issue that could only be noticed by disassembling the drum. I called Brandon and explained the situation to him and he made things right then and there on the telephone. Well done and thank you for the good work.
Had a very good time at the store, and the employees were very nice
Nice service, but if it wasn’t clear enough yet it’s mostly just used gear and selling used gear, nothing else really.
I went in tonight around 6pm to pick up some bass strings. When I walked in, I asked for recommendations on bass strings, as I’ve only bought guitar strings before. The man working there didn’t even come fully out from behind the counter to assist me and made a rude comment when I jokingly asked “What strings does Geddy Lee use?” (The bass player from Rush.)
Honestly, it’s not about the bass strings, the inability to walk fully from behind the counter, or the rude comment and attitude. It’s the fact that I’m trying to support local businesses, and EVERY TIME I go to this store, I’m treated as if I’m an inconvenience.
At Guitar Center, I’m always treated with respect and courtesy. It’s making it really hard for me to want to keep supporting this business when I know that I’ll be treated better somewhere else. A small dose of customer service goes a long way.
If they pretended they were happy to see me just once, it would make a difference. I wear the store’s t-shirt, for crying out loud.
Good deals and knowledgeable staff .
Mr. Brandon Barrios:
I went to Music Go Around today on purpose to give a local business my money rather than Amazon. I left right away, however, as your shopkeeper responded in an unfriendly manner that I was not wearing a mask. I explained that we are an asthmatic family and his ungenerous response was, “I’m an asthmatic, too, and I’m wearing a mask.” It is your prerogative to wear a mask and force your customers to do so, but it is also my prerogative to take my business where I’m not forced to wear a mask that hinders my breathing and does little to nothing to stop the bad flu called covid-19. You just lost the $500-$1000 I was prepared to spend.
Good music store but don’t sell them your musical instruments – they value everything on ebay and offer you less than 10% of its value. Offered me $50 for a very old German violin which I sold on craigslist for $800 which was about the value of the instruments I could see them looking at to compare against on ebay
A little pricey for used

Spotlight is a great store! The owners are always there to greet you with a smile, remember your name, and thank you for your business! Rob’s knowledge and the way he explains things in easy terms make buying an instrament from them an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this store!
This place is awesome. Rob and Jen are so very helpful every time I need something. Great customer service and follow through, quality advice and huge selections. They are hands down the best place to go for any music needs.
I took 2 guitars in yesterday. Mine had some buzzing frets and I wanted a clear pick guard installed on my daughter’s. I went to Guitar Center first. The staff was decently friendly but nothing exceptional. All the staff looked super young. The guitar tech’s name was Alex and he also looked very young. (That’s ok if they know what they’re doing, but my experience here suggests that they don’t.) I was quoted $10 for installation + 7.99 for the pick guard. Fine. But after the “tech” looked at mine, he quoted me $120 for a full fret level and recrown with a 2 week turn-around time. That didn’t sit right with me so I took both guitars and went down the street to Spotlight.
At Spotlight I was greeted much more warmly. The first employee looked at my guitar immediately and said he didn’t think I needed a full fret level and recrown but he would have to get the repair tech over to check for sure. The tech came over shortly thereafter. He found the buzzing frets, pounded them back down with a hammer and adjusted the truss rod. No more buzzing! On to my daughter’s guitar, the clear pick guard was $6 and he installed it for free while we watched. When he was done I asked if he could make the action a bit lower for her so he adjusted that also. I walked out having paid $11.95 for what I wanted done to BOTH guitars when Guitar Center wanted more than that just to put on my daughter’s pick guard. I will never go to Guitar Center for repairs again. I probably won’t shop there, either, unless I really want to buy something that they carry but Spotlight doesn’t. I wish I had gotten the guys’ names.
The staff at Guitar Center is either incompetent or taught to be dishonest to make more money. Either way I’m not comfortable trusting them with my precious instruments. Take your guitars to Spotlight!
nice selection of guitars and equipment ,and associated equipment … of string’s piks & suff!
I’ve got a Breedlove Stage Pursuit, 7 years old, played nearly an hour every day. Prob needs some setup by July 1 for getting back on-platform at Timberline Church. Do you have a tech available (a number of guitar stores – including Guitar Center – say they don’t have one anymore) who could do the work? Would love not to have to drive up to Cheyenne or down to Denver. Thanks.
The atmosphere is friendly, and this is clearly not a corporate chain establishment. Unfortunately, they no longer carry Taylor guitars.
.
Called to ask about violin lessons for my 8 year old. They gave me the number to their teacher. Said she would return my call within a couple days. 8 days later I got a call and set up a lesson. I arrived at the lesson with my very excited 8 year old 10 minutes early. Katie (the teacher). NEVER showed up. We walked away with a very sad 8 year old and a PISSED mom. NEVER will I shop or recommend this store. Awful experience!!!!!!
Flea markets have better warranty support
Cable companies have better customer service
Any Questions?
Good place to buy a cable or some other basic stuff but do not use for luthiery. They took my bass with a promise of fixing it in a few days. Several days later they told me they didn’t have the parts and I’d have to wait weeks longer. The best part? One of the employees was checking the availability of the parts the day I dropped it off. They just chose to wait a week before telling me. As I was on tour, I had no choice but to pick it up and deliver it to another luthier on my route. I just wish they had told me the truth from the beginning.

Definitely recommend this place to any one! Kyle was extremely helpful! Best music store in the Springs!
Very cool music instrument store. Music books, instruments, pianos, everything musical. Even mysic lesskns. My skn took guitar lessons from Rick Taylor here, and is now very very good. Thanks Rick!!!!!
Very helpful. Explained all contracts well, good with kids, instructors onsite. Staff helpful.
Great place for kids to get musical lessons, voice lessons and books and instruments. They also do repairs here
Great service, very helpful!
I know I won’t be going here again, I came to get new strings for my violin. Usually I order online but it was a present from my boyfriend so I came into the store. My violin isn’t a fantastic violin but its still my violin. The guy kept trying to push a new violin on me by telling me mine wasn’t worth even putting new strings on. I know its not fantastic but that is just really rude, I came in for one thing don’t try to push something else on me. Usually buying a new instrument is a huge deal and if someone wants a new instrument they will tell you that right away. Most people don’t have the money to drop on a 1,000 dollar violin without thinking about it. I finally got new strings on my violin but I was very unstatisfied without I was treated.
Currently not open until further notice. Note on door. Should have made changes to website to reflect such
Went to exchange guitar string, and wow what an attitude. Now I will remove my grandkids from their guitar lessons school. And take them some where else. Yoga can thank your sales guy at the guitat counter fir these.
16. Monkton Guitars
Address: 1505 W 1st Ave A, Broomfield, CO 80020 , Burlington , Colorado , United States
Best guitar shop around! Dave really knows his business. They did a great
job setting up my bass at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend
Monkton Guitars!
Had my guitar setup done here. Replaced the nut and saddle with bone as well. Just a beginner fender. The difference it made to the sound was incredible! Quick work great prices and solid workmanship. Can’t thank you guys enough.
I bought a ukulele from them and I will be back. I love that they are locally owned and that the owner is incredibly knowledgable. Their products are quality and diverse for everyone from affordable beginners to precious collectors.
Best shop around!
great place to try and buy, they know their stuff and are super nice and willing to help you find what you’re looking for. they have great recommendations and will let you play whatever for however long. very cheap for repairs and guitar work, much cheaper than other places. got my frets leveled/crowned and it sounds fantastic, however they did kind of gauge/scratch the neck on several frets. sucks, but not a huge deal as it’s not a high end guitar and the price was right ($60). again, sounds great but i would be weary of bringing a higher end model in as they weren’t very careful about taping off the neck to avoid cosmetic damage.
do not take your guitars here for repair! simple jobs will end up being 2 hours in labor charges. they will take your working guitar and send you home with a non-working guitar. they will mix up the wiring on the pots. they will give you pots too large so your knobs have a huge gap underneath. unbelievably unprofessional and incapable.
EDIT: The business response is not a fair respresentation. First guitar, volume pots wired backwards. Second guitar, repair only lasted the car ride home. Second fix only lasted the next car ride home. Third fix, incorrect tone mapping and too large of pots. Every single trip a problem. Why would I go back?
17. Flesher Hinton Music
Address: 5890 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80212 , Burlington , Colorado , United States
Went into the store looking for piano sheet music. Found some I liked, but not the one piece I went there for. The manager (?) found what I was looking for on a digital site and was able to print it out for me. Great service.
Cool
Geoff was very knowledgeable and kind when I came in. They don’t deal in used guitars or harps. I will donate the guitar to the school program and probably keep the harp.
The people employees are professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help!
As with any store like this, you can expect them to be salesmen, though they don’t push too hard and don’t avoid helping you find the lowest priced items.
The technicians are great, but I wish they had a bit more enthusiasm.
If you are testing out brass instruments or such, the practice room they put me in had too much reverb to get accurate samples, even with a recording device. I have yet to ask if they had a more acoustically dry room.
They can order sheet music and products, and have all the basics and many accessories for band musicians.
Like always the services people were just great.
There’s parking at the new location. Really reasonably priced supplies. Not the best selection for buying instruments though. Since their relocation, seems they’re putting more emphasis on instrument repair. Still probably the best music supply shop in the area
Went in to check out acoustic guitars earlier today. Got an important call as I was about to tune a guitar I was checking out and the guy behind the counter just starts blowing into some sort of wind instrument seemingly deliberately because taking a quick phone call. So I hung up the guitar and just walked out.
But the guy who welcomed me when I walked in seemed nice.
Just terrible experience! Purchased a new wood clarinet 5 months ago. Found out it was cracking, unfortunately happens if not taken care of, but not in the first 5 months.
Took 2+ months to fix, when we finally picked it up, some old guy in the store started telling my 16 year old daughter about keeping it greased every six months- lecturing her because it was so dried out! Finally stepped in and told him…we bought it here less than 5 months ago…in other words, you sold an old dried out clarinet for $2000.00. Will never ever step foot in this store again d/t the service dept.
Ordered a used king trombone. Was in really good condition. No surprise damages or anything, I’d order from here again
We were looking for a professional Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone online for WEEKS, when we came across this store. We were able to get the Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone used (but in impecable condition) for an excellent price. A new Getzen 3062AFR is very expensive, so we eagerly bought it. As we purchased it, Gina was very helpful and gave us photos and a thorough description of the instrument. As the product shipped, we were frequently updated on where it was on its process. An amazing store.
Gina is a consummate musical instrument expert, especially when it comes to Flutes, Horns, and the litany of Brass Band instruments. I reached out via email to her business after hours and received a return phone call immediately and she proceeded to run me thru the gamut of her Saxophone collection on hand and educated me on each and every one I inquired about and lastly she offered an a phenomenal deal on a mint condition Sax that I would have been foolish to bypass. To top it all off she had the instrument overnighted to me (unbeknownst to me). My inspection proved that she was spot on in her description on the instruments condition. I can’t give enough accolades to Gina and her team. Thanks a million Gina!!!

Amazing. These guys have been nothing but fantastic to us. We rented my son’s cello through them since the school had their flyer in with orchestra sign up information, and I haven’t regretted it once. They have cheaper rental prices than other local places, for one. When my son’s cello broke, they repaired it quickly and very, very cheaply, and they also hooked us up with a brand new case because I couldn’t afford a new one to replace the soft one that had come with it. When his bow broke, they let us know the cost of restringing or purchasing a new one, but then sold us a refurbished bow at a quarter of the cost.
My trumpet from 20 years ago needs some love, and I will be taking it to them.
So darn nice.
Very knowledgeable on many instruments.
They had a book I needed.
Even though the state has been opened up, they still are trying to force people to wear them. Zero stars. I guess spending on small businesses is out. Amazon it is, which is a shame, because I’d prefer to go to a local store.
They had my flute for 3 weeks to tune it up and replace the pads. My flute has not been playing well and after my band teacher looked at it, she noticed that none of the work was done that was supposed to be done.
This old man SCREAMED at my kids because they sat in a chair!I hope he get fired FOREVER!
20. Affordable Music
Address: 104 Village Pl, Dillon, CO 80435 , Burlington , Colorado , United States
Everyone was super nice and helpful. The store was a little hard to find, but the rest was easy. I was afraid I’d have to drive to Denver to find a good music store, but these guys were much closer!
I’ve reserved a few new release albums over the years, a great service! Nice selection of used cds, and of course new stuff too!
Great store, lots of music, plenty of stringed instruments.
Limited selection, average prices
Surprisingly good 45 selection.
Owner is a racist. He harassed my friend for shopping while black , four times AFTER he bought a CD. We went outside and had to show the police his recite.
Great place to shop if you are worried someone is impersonating you. Don’t shop there if you are black, he might call the cops.
Sells broken products. Very expensive.
Terrible customer service. Was out of town for a wedding – asked about return policy and he went on a rant about him being a small business and how he would only give store credit. He was very condescending and unprofessional
