I got a venti iced white mocha with sweet cream extra caramel drizzle and soy milk, it was a drink I saw on Tik Tok 100 out of 10 definitely recommend, though I do prefer if you do get this drink to get extra ice.

Drinks were perfect…but they heated up my brownie after I had said no. Needless to say my hands were a mess while driving. I was not happy.
The employees informed all drive thru customers of technical difficulties, so only cash and starbucks app payments accepted. The car in front of me not only did not listen but staff allowed them to sit at the window for 10 or more minutes so they could upload debit card to starbucks app. I know this because after 10 plus mins, they left with no drinks, and an employee apologized for the wait and explanation of what happened. I know it is not the employees’ fault, but in this case, the employees have the right to say please go into the store to finish transaction or go back through the drive-thru line. They warned about their system being down, and therefore, the customer was wrong for allowing everyone’s time being wasted.
please update your hours on the starbucks app if it says u close at midnight but when u arrive you’re told it closes at 9pm..such an inconvenience

High prices. Especially if you don’t pay attention. The first time I went there, I felt violated when I left. The employees were watching me close, like I was stuffing things in my pocket. (I have long hair..not popular in these parts) I was hungry, it was breakfast time. While looking at breakfast fare, I noticed the breakfast sandwiches were $2 ea., or 2 for $3. It was hard concentrating on my choices, while being scrutinized. I tried to break the ice by chatting the cashier up a little. He wasn’t having any part of it. I had just moved to Cabazon, and wanted to establish myself. Good luck. So, still trying to show that I wasn’t a threat, I managed to pick out 2 sandwiches. Now, I always figure out the total cost before approaching cash register. Especially when I’m on a budget. The guy seemed very uncomfortable, as he rung up my breakfast. Surprised by HIS total, I did a quick recount. He was, of course, not giving me the reduced price for buying 2 sandwiches. When mentioning the problem to the gentleman, I could see the ready made look of confusion, then his feigned look of surprise. And then, acting as if he were doing me a favor by correcting his “mistake”. I got out of there feeling like I’d just been totally disrespected. Anyway, as there are only 2 stores in the area, returning was inevitable. . And just as suspected, all cashiers played the same “trick”. Eventually giving up… . Now the last time I went there, a new guy, around 30, tall with a shiny smile, was standing around, not working (management I figured). GLARING at me. Not even really concerned about me stealing, but intent on letting me know I was was being heavily scrutinized. To the point that he was actually leaning forward, with his chin sticking out. Heck with that noise. Here I am, having to eat breakfast at a Circle K, which is bad enough, I had to observe these guys ripping off the people just passing through town on way to points east. They steal from their neighbors too. THEN, they are so comfortable doing this, they have the guts to harass someone unfamiliar to them. And accuse THEM of being a thief! No friendly country store here. Just go a couple miles further, try another. . .

The two ladies who work at this location go above and beyond and are extremely knowledgeable about sizes and comfort of all the sneakers in stock. This store was stocked with 4e width first time in years my feet feel great in a pair of shoes that fit, plus they had buy one get second pair 1/2 off, can’t beat it.ty again
When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The store was nice and clean and it didn’t take long to find the shoe I liked. I got the Trail Running Course EN Sentier shoe. I loved how comfortable the shoe was and I am really happy about my purchase. I will be returning here again.

We shopped here today and expressed concern that there was a young adult in the store not wearing a mask, which is now MANDATORY in California. My husband said something to the young man, who ignored him, so he asked the employee working at the cash register to enforce the mask rule. The male employee at the door told us that making this man wear a mask was infringing upon his rights, and if we didn’t like It, we shouldn’t be out shopping. The only reason I gave this store one star was because we like the NB brand and bought 2 pairs of shoes. It’s unlikely we will shop here again. BTW, businesses throughout the Desert Hills Premium Outlet have signs posted, “ Masks required.” Shame on NB for not enforcing this important mandate.

Lui was the worse sales person I’ve ever encountered. Lui initially was not motivated to help my husband make a custom sunglasses order, but after he did, I later decided that I did not like the frame color. I asked him to change the frame color and that’s when Lui became unhinged. He refused to change the order and insisted my husband purchase the custom order he made. I said that I didn’t like the glossy black frame and chose an grey color instead. My husband also agreed to change the color as well. I told Lui that a customer can change their mind but he insisted that my husband wanted the black and refused to make any changes. I was in disbelief at his refusal to help and not listen to us. My husband became frustrated and a dispute ensued. Lui still insisted that my husband wanted the color black and expected him to make a purchase since Lui spent the time making the custom order. I’ve never interacted with anyone like Lui before; unprofessional, uncooperative and inflexible. Poor Alyssa, she was in training and witnessed this situation.

When I visited this new coffee shop I ordered a hot chocolate for my kid. The baristas offered whip cream and rainbow sprinkles which my daughter loved. I got an Iced vanilla latte. The make the vanilla in house and its delicious.
They have lovely relaxing lofi music playing and a chic minimalist decor. It was busy but the baristas handle themselves with grace. They are very friendly and warm which is another reason I’ll be back.
Glad to finally see some coffee variety than burnt Starbucks. There’s actual flavor in the coffee that you don’t need a quintuple shot of caramel. My only qualm is the freshness of the coffee considering fresh roasted coffee may sit on the shelf for more than a month. And considering the area where people want a quick fix, I wouldn’t want to buy old coffee. Customer service on point, Lara was sweet and informative. I wish Reborn success in it’s new location!

I was sold a shirt with a permanent stain in the sleeve that males it look like it was stepped in dirt and REFUSES to wash out. The staff were friendly in finding what I wanted however and for that I will still rate it 3 stars.

In my 20 years of life, I have never experienced a more courteous service. Jack was the employee who helped me today, and he was kind, patient, and respectful. He assisted me with my guitar problems and was quick to act with his knowledge. Jack is one of the most kind-hearted man and positive worker.
I would absolutely recommend it, and I think all should check out their instrument selection.
My daughter has taken guitar and piano lessons at The Music Center. They are so knowledgeable, talented and incredibly kind. They care about each student and are their biggest fans. I would never send my kids anywhere else.

It’s always fun to come into Brighton. They are having a sale. How much are items? Good question. You need to read the pricing guide then, calculate the price according to the color code on the tag. Ugh .. so cumbersome. It would be great to be able to choose an item and know exactly what the price is. With COVID still causing problems, why would I want to use the calculator they have out?!
Good deals but had to wait a very long time to check out today. That was very unusual. For some reason both registers couldn’t be used at the same time. That was a bit irritating.
Annoying… one person wouldn’t stop talking when I was trying to shop. Another I asked a question too acted as if I was bothering her. Prices are really over the top for what they are selling.
I bought a necklace while traveling through Cabazon when I opened it, it was broken. I returned two days later when coming back and was told all sales were final, even though it was broken. The manager commented that even employees could not return merchandise, as if this was going to make it better. I have been a Brighton customer for 20 years and stopped here many times but will not go back. When I voiced this the other employee said good. Because I was unhappy and I felt the manager should make this right I asked to speak to someone else and was given a customer service line where I had to leave a message. Don’t shop here not worth it.

They sell, rent and lease to own instruments for beginners to experts that any musician could afford. They also repair and do maintenance at a fair price. 10/10 should make the drive to check this place out.

I purchased a Carly Simon album from here, when I got home and played it it was not even Carly Simon singing!!! It was some man singing the songs from her album. I even checked the album sleeve and the record itself and it says Carly Simon on it. Very disappointed and customer service was not great.

i got my bass back and it is worse then when i took it in. when i took it in the g string was buzzing on the first fret now it is buzzing on first, second, third and 6 fret on the a string. when i took it back they didn’t give me a refund and we were going to have to pay 60 more dollars on top of the 50 we already paid. When i was there he sat there and called me a liar that there was no buzzing and that the strings were supposed to buzz which they are not supposed to.The entire time he was saying stupid stuff and was really rude so i ended up walking out and having my dad try and help and he got the same thing i did. We talked to my uncle who has been playing music since he was 9 and he said the same thing that what happened wasn’t right and the problem with my bass wasn’t supposed to be there. The old man also messed up the nut on my bass when he put it on because its not centered and it needs to be. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE BAD!!

I had 2 instruments left for repair. And one French horn looking to sell to them.
The clarinet was not fixed at all. Still the same problem. They told me to wait for all instruments to be completed to pick them up.
The hofner bass I tried getting repaired, it was a challenge, unfortunately piece needed was unable to be replaced.
I asked them if they would like to buy the bass. They said yes. – Sold the bass to them. Apparently, I’m suppose to know their employee rules however I am not an employee, Glenn called me later saying he was investigating my bass purchase.
Paid for the clarinet, I am not a clarinet player so I had no way of checking it.
As soon as the clarinet player Received it, who was not located in CA at the time, she only took one glance and noticed the problem was not even address not fixed. Long story short Nothing was fixed. And they kept my French horn without telling me yes they would sell it or not. I just got off the phone with Glenn and it was going no where instead he was immediate to pointing the blame in my direction. Poor business ethics.

I tried several times calling the establishment, my messages were not returned. The French horn was not in lieu of payment, I wanted to inquire about an appraisal. Instead, they kept it after it only being there for a week. No Return phone call after someone looked at it. I went back for my belongings, Instead the man repairing my bass was interested in purchasing my bass, I agree since it was not fixable. So I sold it to the establishment as stated to me. I did not seel the bass $350. I have a receipt from Yucaipa Music for $200. It was my FULL intention to gather my belongings. However, due to the part needed for the bass, it took quite some time to locate it. I went into the music store SEVERAL times to check on the work being done. I even played it. Each time I was at the store , the owner Glenn was never there. So because he wasn’t there, he thinks I abandoned it. This is simply not the case. Due to his constant absence from work, he obviously does not know what goes on under his own roof when he is not there. I have Receipt proof , they paid me $200 for my bass NOT $350.

If you like music you have no option but to visit this record shop that contains 40,000+ vinyl albums. While classical and jazz are the bulk of the volume, they have some interesting R & B, a great soundtracks section, country, rock, 50s singers and crooners, etc. There are some real finds in the store. It’s well organized by musical genre and alphabetical. And the 4 discs I purchased were in incredible condition for 60+ year old records. And the gentlemen who owns the store knows his stuff. Make a list of what you are looking for before you go and you may be rewarded by a few original pressing discs that you’ve had on your radar for awhile.
Great collection of all types of vinyl run by a very exceptional lady.
A treasure of wonderful items, however don’t go there expecting the latest Kings Of Leon or Parquet Courts. This is all vintage. The pricing, also, is sometimes a deal, sometimes inflated by what I’ve found online. But the character of this store, and the wonderful man who is himself a great character and knowledgeable, make this a must visit. Just choose a random vinyl, take it home, and enjoy your adventure.
Very clean space but only classical and jazz, and the jazz is more than half late 50s, beat copies, thrift store fodder. Worth a stop if you are in the mountains.
Art knows his stuff, but don’t trust his prices. They are typically double or triple what they should be. Nothing is marked. Don’t let him fool you.
