Incredible quality & variety. The staff is amazing. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and downright fun. I drive past 2 other stores and a different STATE to shop there.

Wonderful little place. Excellent donuts, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, and cake pops. Definitely worth the drive if you’re out of the area. All the staff was extremely nice as well.

The shop was adorable but a tad expensive and honestly not really worth the trip for me. I got a special latte of the day with a chicken salad croissant. The chicken salad itself was wonderful the croissant was dry and kinda hard. My husband got a frappe and both of us disliked it greatly. The donuts he got we soft but not the best. If I am in the are I would give it another try but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it again.
The staff was friendly and the shop is really cute with goods made by locals which is cute and homey.
I follow the Facebook page and was looking forward to my first time visiting. I walk in and nobody greets me. It wasn’t slammed busy or anything . The food and store looked very nice and cozy. A couple with 4 kids allowed me to go in front of them since I was alone. That was the only interaction of kindness I’ve experienced there. I go up to the counter and tell them it’s my first time here with a smile. After 2 minutes of silence an employee explains to me what is there and what they serve. Unfortunately he wasn’t the one who helped me. I look quickly at the food display in courtesy of the people behind me . I go up to the register and told her I would like to have a sour cream doughnut . She quickly and rudely asked me how many doughnuts total I wanted. I said I’m not sure yet but I told her I would like just the ones I say. She says again how many do i want and I have to tell her . It is my first time and nobody relayed that to her . I didn’t know you had to have everything aligned when you get to check out . I only got 3 doughnuts. I pay and say thank you and she didn’t say a thing back to me . I then say thank you and have a good one to the guy boxing my doughnuts . Not a word from him either . The only person that acknowledged me was the store owner. I live in Hilliard and our doughnut shop employees have ALWAYS been nice . I’m sorry to leave a bad review but I will not be coming back.

First time, great experience. Second time, pretty bad! I stood in line and waited, ordered $16 worth of drinks, donuts, and food, only to be told the Apple Pay isn’t working (no sign up stating this and the first time I was there I used Apple Pay). The employees offer no other options other than “sorry it’s either cash or a physical card” (again no sign up) and as I’m walking out I see a sign for the “new app”. I ask if I can order and pay on the app, and they say yes! (This wasn’t offered as an option to me, I had to discover this option myself). I download the app and ask how to order the drink of the day (“sorry you can’t”) ok can I at least get the flavor on the sign? Lol then I ask how to order food (“sorry, you can’t”) haha basically 20 mins of wasted time for no coffee, donuts, or food and little to no apology from the employees. From out of town and travel through once or twice a week, I’ll be trying somewhere else for my morning coffee unfortunately.

On this past Saturday my wife went into Callahan Western Wear to purchase 6 bags of ProElite horse feed. On Monday I showed her a Facebook posting from the stores page advertising a promotion of buy 3 bags and get one free. This morning my wife went to the store to ask the owner Kim Mott if she would honor the promotion to which she refused. My wife then asked her to return the unopened bags to which she also refused stating “there are no refunds”. Needles to say my wife was very unhappy with Ms Mott. We have always tried to patronize our local businesses and support our community in fact I remember buying bags of wood shavings from Kim at her home before she became the owner of the feed store. This is now the third bad experience we have had with Ms Mott since she took over as the store owner. The 1st was when she sold us moldy hay and refused to take it back saying that we should have broken the bail open and realized it was moldy before we bought it! The 2nd was when we needed to make an order of wood chips which we had purchased several times in the past from her store but now she wanted to charge a $100 more than any of our previous orders. We got wood chips from another provider who gets them from the same mill as Kim Mott and he charged us the proper price. And finally this situation with the ProEite is the last straw for me! At first I thought that the no return policy was from ProElite so I went on the ProElite website and found 10 retailers local to me and called all of them and I was told that they would accept the return the unopened packages. With that, I have submitted an email to the ProElite company advising them of Kim Mott’s no return policy. Perhaps Kim Mott treats her bigger customers differently. I find it hard to believe that while businesses are being forced to shut down due to these tough times, people like Kim Mott can show such disregard and take advantage of her customers. It is obvious that she is only concerned with my money and has no interest in maintaining good customer relations. I’m not the first person to comment on Kim Mott’s poor business practices, just read her Google reviews and you will find others. Going forward I will gladly drive the extra 10 miles to buy from the fine folks at Hagen Ace Hardware, who have always provided the best customer service and treated us with the greatest respect.
Went in for one product and the girl talked me
Into another one she felt was better. It made my dog very sick. They won’t let me return the one they recommended to purchase the one I originally wanted, out extra money and dealing with a VERY sick pup. NOT thrilled with the girl that recommended the worst product…. Won’t listen to any recommendations they have again.

Roasted Rooster is easily the best coffee we have had not only in Callahan, but in all of Jacksonville (and quite possibly beyond)
They also have more sugar free and dairy free options than other coffee houses! (especially Starbucks)
My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is honestly their ambiance… it is a beautiful location but they still kinda treat it like a food truck. (Walk-up and take out) I would love to meet clients here or to sit and get some work done but they desperately need tables and chairs- not just waiting benches… maybe even some coffee house music and a few more pastry/ breakfast bite options.
The coffee shop was cute and people were nice but my husbands Americano was almost $9 (he added one extra shot) which is the most I’ve ever seen for that drink, also they gave me a different drink than what I ordered. We don’t mind paying for good coffee but the prices were unusually high here.
Had to repeat my simple order three times. Milk wasn’t even steamed properly. Was left under the wand which resulted in a watery consistency. I want to love this place as a local to the area but I really feel like the drinks aren’t made with any attention to the basics.
Nobody answered the phone when I called to figure out where this place was. And their address on the website took me down a single road and to nowhere. Sadly I already paid for my coffees and everything. This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Now I lost my money because i don’t know where it is and nobody to help me..

Awesome store with a TON of nice guitars at a reasonable price. It’s the only place I’ll buy locally at the moment. My only complaint is, they “open at 10 AM”… for them, that means between 10 or 10:30 AM. They’re late

Worst shopping experience. I felt like I was invisible yet I was the only customer in the store. I expected a small business to be very warm and inviting however I did not get that feeling. Upon walking in I noticed I was the only customer, so I stood there watching four employees talk amongst themselves. Not one of them said hello or asked me if I needed help. When I approached them I asked where drumsticks were and they pointed and said, “over there.” When I finally made my purchase the employee did not say “thank you for coming in”, or “come back and see us”, so I guess I won’t. George’s Music will be my music store from now on.
I walked in the lady was on the phone I mean that’s alright. A little kid was running around which I don’t think is a good idea. After the lady gets off the phone she just looks at me until I speak. I ask for a book for trumpets then out of nowhere a man just says we don’t have trumpet books never said hello just say try Music time and gave me a card.
I was really rushed the first time. And I purchased sound system now I am happy with it

Jerry is a very personable and knowledgeable in his passion for teaching, playing, sales, and repair of guitars. Mostly acoustic guitars. If your looking for answers, this is the man to see. I would recommend Jerry without a doubt.
I had a great experience at Jerry Lee’s Music. Everyone I met in the store was friendly and helpful. Jerry provided professional and honest advice on my purchase of a new Breedlove. If you like guitars combined with personal service, I recommend Jerry Lee’s store.
I can quickly see this music shop becoming my favorite in the area. It’s a small shop, but the selection is pretty good and Jerry is very friendly and knowledgable. The laid back atmosphere makes this a really good place to come try out instruments and explore. Music lessons and a recording space are also offered at this shop. I don’t have experience with either, but judging by the quality of service I received as a customer, I’d be willing to bet they’re both pretty good choices for anyone wanting to learn something new or lay down some tracks.

Red beans and rice were tasteless and watery. Chicken lacked flavor as well, as if not seasoned. But place was clean and had the best customer service I have seen at any popeye’s in 6 states.

This location has to be a disgrace to Popeyes corporation. Always out of chicken no matter whether it’s around lunch or dinner. Staff rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. The chicken in Winn-Dixie’s deli is better and that is just sad.
This Popeyes has made it to where I will never go to another Popeyes again. I have sat in the line for well over 30 mins with only one person in front of me more than once. The laziest bunch of workers I’ve ever seen. Seems to be a trend. Shut this place down.
