Great little shop with friendly service and the prices are great compared to other shops around Canton.
Used Jaws Guitars for years now, always really happy with the service. Had Jim order a Recording King Dirty 30’s 7 Series 000, he got me a great price on the guitar and even knocked some off the price due to a very minor chip on the back
Support local
Jim, the owner is well informed and super friendly. A pleasure to speak with. Inventory changes often. Fun place to to go exploring.
As a store, very, very little selection of amplifiers or guitars. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all uptight about customers touching and trying out the gear they do have on hand. May be better as a place for repairs and maintenance, but cannot attest to that.
support your local music stores. professional repairs and great service. These guys give fair prices on trade-ins as well.
I needed a setup for my Gibson Les Paul and decided to give Jaws a shot because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I dropped of my guitar and told the luthier that I was experiencing a lot of fret buzz. The turn around time was very quick and I was able to pick it up the next day. I was told that there would still be some buzz based on my attack, which seemed like a cop out. I asked if there were any high frets and I was assured that there were none. I took the guitar home and played it to find that I was still experiencing buzzing even when strummed lightly. I pulled out the fret rocker to find that several of my frets were high despite what the shop told me. Overall, this was a waste of time and money and I’m very disappointed with the level of service.
Great transaction, super fast shipping. I wish the shop had a bigger inventory,
Super good prices and excellent customer service!!
Perfect buying experience. Rod responded personally to emails very quickly, even in the evening and on the weekend, and was very helpful. The website notified me when the pedal I wanted was in stock, and so did Rod personally. And once I purchased it, he shipped it on the same day, and it arrived in perfect condition. It was a perfect shopping experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Day in and day out integrity and value is how the team rolls at Donleys. I’ve seen Dave Donley take on situations to help the less fortunate time and time again to insure that music gets to the people. He goes beyond expectations as Business owner who always stands ready to serve the music community. .
Kevin is an amazing hands-on owner. He’s a fixture at the place! Raquel is a great singing teacher. I was tone-deaf before I met her, and now I’m belting out some of my favorite songs. I wish I had found this place sooner!
Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with.
Very friendly.
They were very nice.
Donley’s , always, customer service above par but their repair tech did not mirror Donley’s reputation AT ALL. MY 9YR old niece offered to try a repair. I will probably get the same visual “quality” result BUT WOULD SAVE $100.
Horrible, shady business practices! I got home with a mandolin I bought and noticed a pickguard had been attached and removed, leaving small holes in the neck and body of the instrument. I was told over the phone there was hardly a scratch and the instrument was in near mint condition. They flat-out lied. This depreciates the value of the mandolin almost completely. They knew this was the case, and just plain deceived me. Sure, I should have inspected it before I left, but I don’t expect people dealing with musical instruments to be shady the way they are. I’m extremely disappointed and appalled that people in the music industry act like this when so many good people are involved with music. why can people not just treat others how they want to be treated?
Bought a guitar from them. Took it home only to notice that a string’s intonantion was off and the neck was too straight. Took it back for them to fix it only to find that they didn’t fix it at all. Took it back a second time and asked them to fix the intonation only for them to, once again, not intonate it but merely tried to tune it. Ended up having to intonate it myself.
What does it say about a guitar store that can’t even intonate a guitar properly given two opportunities?
These people should not be trusted with children.

Fun place to play some music!
We acquired an electric guitar and amp from a neighbor and David got us up and running for almost nothing in less than 12 hours. Great customer service! Thank you.
I had a bad experience getting my guitar setup and felt like I had been scammed. I was immediately contacted and offered complete compensation by the owner herself. Wonderful customer service. When I went in to get my compensation I also made a new friend. Thanks so much, Ponier!
A few decent music teachers but the management needs improvement.
The owner charged me for items I didn’t purchase and kept my credit card on file without my permission. She said they refunded me but I never received a refund. I had to call my bank to have the charges reversed.
We had our two kids take guitar lessons for over a year. We made our kids attend to stimulate their overall learning capability , Since one of us travels for a living we at times canceled a session ( in advance ) and always paid fully for canceled lessons , no questions asked.
Our kids are straight A students, justifying for us to pay for lessons “wasted “ as no show.
However we decided to end guitar lessons and asked the owner to discontinue charging us over and over again. The manager / owner having bad organization and people skills ignored and intimidated my wife after we finally filed a claim with our credit card company.
Further more he stated that he would only give us OUR money if we delete a bad review. WE DID NOT WRITE A BAD REVIEW AT THAT TIME.
I inquired and asked for a call back on multiple more occasions but no response.
Our music instructor was great but left him for a probable reason. So if you are a common sense kind of a person do not expect much in return in that area. 200 dollars “taken”.
