How refreshing to work with a completely customer service based company in today’s climate! They made an error, and corrected that error by going above and beyond my expectations. Wow. I came home from college and needed my marching instrument fixed, and Jim was incredibly helpful and curteous, even going so far to change my appointment so I could bring it back with me on time! Repair was fast and my instrument was returned in perfect condition!
The store was easy to find, they had everything we needed conveniently, and had excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, they never called or emailed me back. I waited almost 2 weeks to schedule a repair with them after they visited my son’s school.
I guess they have enough business.

Nice lady at the counter who was one of the owners polite and friendly. Place has a cool little vibe to it and lots of old items. Just really need it was also cool seeing the 96 Rock paraphernalia from the day. Brought back memories saw a lot of people walking out with those items. The place had great energy so much that I joined the army while visiting there….the KISS ARMY! Big selection of cool patches. 4 stars because a little guy that appeared to work there was just sitting in a chair near the cash register was just looking/staring at people and not engaging….kind of uncomfortable. (if he has a condition I apologize in advance) we will go back though.

I wish more music stores were like Guitars-N-More. The people were all very helpful and friendly. They gave me an amazing deal on a sweet ltd flying v and an Ibanez amp. Best expeience I’ve had with any music store. I’ll be doing all my business there in the future, and I live two hours away!
My experience with these folks is that they are in it to help musicians. Surely running a music store (or any retail store) has some unique challenges. However, these folks are VERY receptive to any suggestions and are giving a nice flavor to the downtown area. Very positive VIBE. Stop by and talk with the owner. Very generous to the DDA and the city. Good citizens.
