This school is a treasure. The teachers are all so kind and make their lessons fun and interesting. My 3 kids look forward every week to coming here. I don’t know if there is any other place like this in town. Love this place!
Benjamin is an amazing music instructor and an equally impressive human being. He has been teaching my son ukulele for several months now, and I could not recommend him more. Benjamin has a love for music and sharing that with his students. My son has made tremendous progress with Benjamin as his teacher. Benjamin holds him accountable and pushes him to be his best for which I am extremely grateful.
My two children started taking piano lessons here about a month ago. TR music is wonderful music academy! My children have already learned a lot in a short amount of time. Jessica is a very patient teacher and is great with my daughter. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the owner is so nice.

Left them guitar to glue the neck, the estimation was way above market, that’s OK. I’ve decided to go to other store but during pick up I found scratches here and there. Lucky me-made a video when I did bring a guitar the 1st time. I am just disappointed- waste a month and no result. They did polish and removed scratches (not all as I found out in another store). Not a bad store with various instruments new and used, I even bought a bass, but I do not trust their guitar master. Rick is a good guy but the master is a 3rd party that occasionally appears and takes guitars home, where I guess and damage mine.
Rick was warm & friendly & it seems to have a nice stock of instruments. Tucked in the corner of the Staples building so it’s easy to drive right by without seeing it. Very little sheet music for vocalists so if that’s what your looking for don’t bother. They have an open mic night every 1st Saturday so I will come to one & see what it’s like.
OUT OF BUSINESS!!!Waste of time!!! Drove over an hour only to find out that there is No Music Store. I called the owner who seemed nice enough, but that doesn’t pay for the price of gas that I wasted looking for something that doesn’t exist (over two hours round trip) Change your google information about your “store “ and let people know that you are no longer in business. I will never be a customer of someone who has no regard for the value his customers time. Let people know that you are OUT OF BUSINESS
Their pricing is ridiculous. $250 for a used Ibanez acoustic that’s missing the electronics? That guitar sells for $350 brand new!! Also, after reading the reviews, I would bet $100 that most of the 5 star reviews were made up by the owner. Absolutely pathetic.
I wish I could shop here, I try to come at night and there closed before posted hours. I try to come on a Thursday at 11am, still closed when posted they open at 10:30. Must not want business.
Absolutely brilliant music teacher, very knowledgeable and wonderful with my child. Takes time to explain everything in a way my child can understand and works with my child’s pace.
Can not do enough to encourage and reassure my child when they are finding the note reading difficult.
I would highly recommend Rachel, she acts professional at all times. With both my child and in communication with us as parents.
Definitely the best teacher we have ever had for out child. 1000% recommend

I’ve waited 28min to get my curbside pickup and I had to call 3x because nobody responded to the email check in. In the past I had another curbside pick up that I had to go inside the store because I had no answer either. Fortunately I was alone that day I could go in, but this time I had 3 kids in the car. Just a heads up so you guys can improve the system you have in place for something you offer. Hopefully next time will be better.

Horrible store.. 30 minutes waiting for someone to greet you and help you. Total of 1 hour to pick up merchandise you order. Items lost no where to be found. No receipt. No refund. LIYH has been life changing for our family. Stephen worked for months with me to find the perfect teacher that fit with our crazy, busy life. Sophie is our dream teacher. She is so upbeat, friendly, professional, kind, and makes me want to practice. I just played for 10 minutes while my boys ate lunch. Having my Wife and I play our piano for our boys I know is enhancing their lives and they are super excited to be four so they can take lessons from Sophie too!
Anthony is an excellent drum instructor. He pushes me to achieve more than I expected. Having the lessons in my home is an incredible convenience. I would highly recommend Lessons in Your Home and Anthony anytime
I wanted to hire a piano instructor to help my daughter get from a good piano player to a great one. Her passion for music has extended from the Bass to the Piano, but she was teaching herself. Daniella has been so wonderful with my daughter Kelly. She has taken the time to get to know her, listen to her, and help her grow in her love of music. I could not be more pleased.

Went to see the band preform at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. It was amazing!
We had Eva sing during our wedding ceremony and she did a phenomenal job. We only did minimal consultation prior to the event, but she helped guide us to a great song choice and went beyond fulfilling our expectations. She made our ceremony so much more perfect than we ever imagined and there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. Highly recommend!!!
I have just take my brand new B&S Challenger II for Chris to fix a dent that was in a trick place , right at the bell crook curve. It was my first time at CK and Chris was really amazing the way the dealt with the issue and also a very nice person. He took care of the issue for me in a little less than an hour and i was happy again. I would highly recommend any one with a brass instrument issue to use CK Brassworks.
I highly recommend Chris! I called him on a Wednesday afternoon for my son’s saxophone. Chris was able to squeeze us in immediately and got it fixed within an hour. (Dent removal and pad replacement) Great price and a wonderful experience all around.
Amazing guy, top quality work for an incredible deal. Honestly wouldn’t get repairs from anywhere else.

Lewis Music is great. Mary is just as sweet as she can be and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. My son takes clarinet lessons here because the teachers are top-notch.

As a local musician, the inventory is average…I would love to see more selections. However, personal service is very good and will return often for strings and guitar accessories.

From Adinas excellent customer service to the professional instructors, Music and Arts at the loop is 5 stars hands down. Not to mention the wide variety of instruments, services and tools they offer. I love this store and location!!
I took my flute in to get a key repaired. They quoted me a price, and I left the glue with them. After a couple of weeks, b they came back suggesting that I repad the whole flute for $400++. After some arguing and wasting my time, they agreed to the original quote and repaired it.
In store service is perfect but online customer service takes forever. Order status not always exact they will say “preparing order” while the item has shipped. But at the end you will get your item

Basic place for instrument classes, Limited of anything musical as far as hardware. Staff was not knowledgeable about instrument names. Go to Guitar Center for all your music needs. Otherwise, Very clean store in a great location.
In my experience, this company does not excel in customer service. They appear to lack the necessary skills to engage effectively with customers and often fail to pay attention to their needs. My daughter had a particularly frustrating encounter where she felt her time was wasted, and it seemed as though they never bothered to verify that they had the correct information for us. Given these issues, I cannot recommend them.
Visited this business with my daughter. She wanted to purchase a guitar. We did like the selection and the layout of the show room. However, it seemed no one could be bothered to give us a second of their time.. When we decided on what we wanted we literally had to get an associate to answer some questions. It was like pulling teeth. We did end up buying two guitars. ( Cuz hell I used to like it too). I asked if there was a veteran discount. To which no one at the front of house knew or not. No attempt for add ons or accessories. All I’m saying is if you want a cold experience this is the place for you. Not really digging their vibe .

While researching 65-inch televisions, I had several questions regarding technology that did not exist when I bought my last television. The Samsung factory representative at the Davenport Best Buy was able to answer questions and explain/demonstrate the technology in a very understandable way. He was professional and patient through the entire process.
This is a dangerous place for me to go. I have made many purchases here over the years and have always been treated well. When I have had problems someone always took charge and worked to make things right. In the end I have been very happy and go back too often looking at new gadgets and games.
After reading others reviews I would like to know what specific Best Buy location they were talking about because at the Grandview Parkway Location in Davenport, FL I always get good service, I appreciate that employees are not bugging me but are easy to find if you need help. Selection is quite good but not complete, people must need to understand that a brick and mortar store cannot match selection at an online store. I almost never ask for advice because I pretty knowledgeable when it comes to electronics but I do understand that others may need it and some complaints come to that when setting wrong expectations in regards a product. Overall I love my local BB.

I’ve honestly never had an issue returning something at Best Buy. Especially if I have my receipt….15 day limit or not. This person and their supervisor looked me in my face and said that they would not give me a credit. Mind you, bought with best buy credit card, have receipt, and packaging. One seal on the bottom is open…. which I’m 99% sure I didn’t cut because I never took the item out…

Then I told him to look inside and tell me that I ever touched it. He agreed I didn’t but still said that’s against policy ….then why the f*** did you look inside. Rude and terrible customer service knowing the person spends money in your store and was planning on putting that money back in with a store credit. Tapped boxed ALL the time in the store….
Katie did a fine job when hired as a singing pianist for our private holiday party. She provided excellent piano and vocal skills as well as being quick on her feet for guest requests and leading them in sing-a-longs. She presented herself very well, was courteous and easy to work with, and definitely helped make our event a success!

Never thought we would run into a racist Walmart cashier and manager. Brother and his family and my family down from Canada. Brother went to buy 12 bags of groceries and an 18 pack of beer with his 2 babies and brought along my 16 year old adopted sister (who happens to be native Canadian). Cashier told him they all needed ID. When he told them this was his sister she asked her for ID. He said, “This is my 16 year old sister, she is helping with the babies, she doesn’t have ID.” Cashier said, “She looks old enough to buy alcohol.” They called the manager and she comes out out and tells him it’s state law when there is a minor present that alcohol can’t be sold. Again he reiterated that that was his baby sister looking after his babies? They left without anything as they were so disgusted. Lucky I wasn’t there.
