It is the few Walmarts that carry more flavors of sparkling water. Like Pina colada and strawberry daiquiri.
This certain location is pretty alright, store isn’t too big so not too much walking around. One downfall is that they down have liquor here.
It was a Wal-Mart. Useful but never extrotrdinary.
One of the bad ones
I truly do not enjoy the way wal-mart employees act more like jail wardens and detention officers than customer service reps. They practically breath down the customers’ necks. Also, the store is never fully stocked with products, especially electronics. The prices are extremely high. More often than not, there is a police cruiser or two parked at the front entrance.
Eek… Wally-mart.

Great store for Jewelry, sporting goods and old time friendly curtious service , great people!!
This place is great here’s an old picture from back in the day
Expensive
Very different kind of store, lol but the people that work there were very nice
Expensive
Unfortunately, a terrible experience, which isn’t common from what I understand. What made it disappointing, was that they nearly ruined the Christmas gifts we trusted them with, and left us with no time to remedy the situation, as they did not have our order ready when promised; we received them late afternoon the day before Christmas Eve. Ultimately, the engraving was far too small & unreadable for our items & we couldn’t gift them to our loved ones as intended. Very unfortunate.
Took my grandma here to get her wedding bands resized and when we dropped it off the two people up front had given us a quote of $75. We were happy to get it resized for the amount and excited because my grandma can finally wear her ring. Unfortunately, and very disappointing, my grandma went to go pick up the ring 5 days later and the worker on site said that she shouldn’t have gotten an estimate at all and in order for her to get her ring back she had to pay $160. The workers said the two that gave us the estimate are not suppose to do that. To me it sounds like a them problem and not customer problem. Of course I wasn’t gonna leave the ring so we had to pay the $160. We won’t be coming back here. Taking advantage of elders and felt unfair that they used the ring as leverage.

Love this placed since I was child. Brindley’s rocks!
Bruce and his staff have been servicing my many guitars for over 10 years and have my complete confidence and trust. I highly recommend Brindley’s for their impeccable service, professionalism and honesty. They have a wide variety of merchandise to suit any musician, and if they don’t have it, they can get it. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Super happy with the service I received! I asked for something I had a question on relating to guitar maintenance and they immediately found a product I was looking for and even explained the best way to use it! Tried it out on my guitar and worked amazing! Definitely will be coming back : )
Fix it for the most part. Still feels as if the instrument is leaking from somewhere on the lower register. Still hard to push low notes without struggle.
It was very awesome service but milanos was cheaper books were 8.00 and care kits were10.00 and at brindleys it was almost 16.00 and for book it was 10
They are wonderful people and always take care of their customer by heart.
I had heard so many good things about this place from other musicians, so my S/O and I decided to try it out. We needed our guitars set up, mine electric, hers acoustic. When we brought the guitars in, we were given a sort of turned up nose treatment when we revealed our guitars. Mine a Purple Paul Reed Smith Custom 24, and hers an older blue Ibanez acoustic. Granted our guitars weren’t the most expensive, but we both loved them dearly (Mine was an anniversary present from her, and hers was her first guitar ever). I explained to the gentleman behind the counter what was going on with my guitar (Dead fret on the high E, also needing a full set up, action lowered, set up with 10’s.). My S/O explained that hers needed a set up as well. We handed over our guitars, and left with confidence.
A few days later we picked our guitars up, and went home to check them out. It. Was. Terrible. They raised the action on my PRS so high that it was almost unplayable, and the gentleman who did the set up said that he did so to get rid of the aforementioned dead fret, even though I gave express permission to do whatever was necessary to solve the issue while keeping the action LOW. That could have meant a level, crown, polish, replacement etc. Anything to keep the action low. My girlfriends acoustic buzzed so terribly on every single fret on the top three strings after we took it in, she has resorted to buying a brand new acoustic, because this place left hers unplayable. Now most people might say ”well if they messed up, take it back and have them fix it” but believe me when I say that when we saw the condition of our instruments, I would NEVER trust them in the hands of this place again. I really wanted to like this place, but after the treatment we and our instruments received, we’ll go elsewhere. Please stay away for your own good.
After more then 10 months taking lessons a the place, and incident where the owner Bruce, disrespected my 11 year old for just looking at around the store just show what kind of service this place have. Extremely disappointed with Bruce, going back there no more. I’m sure there are other places with better costumer service.
My guitar teacher was the best, so sad situation here.
Communicated with them over offerup. They instantly got rude and snarky when asking about trades. Don’t know if it’s the owner or just a social media person but totally unnecessary treatment of a potential customer

Rusty made it super easy and painless to rent a violin. Kenzi was super fast replacing the string on her violin. Great location!
Estaban was so kind and help me to solve a problem I got. He take leadership and solve my problem so professional, this store is like voy to have you his man serving you he people before selling. Thanks Esteban for your help.
Staff is very helpful and experienced!
Great place to purchase or repair an instrument. Alwayd friendly and provides suggestions based on cost for anything the sale or service. Strongly recommend Music and Arts.
Buena variedad de música
I don’t necessarily have a grievance with this store in particular but the company in general. When my children did not return in March due to COVID there was zero communication from the company as to what to do if we were currently renting from them. I called one day at the end of March to try and return the instrument and they said unless you can make it here by 5 pm tonight we are closing indefinitely due to Covid. They did not offer me any assistance or let me know there was a customer service line to call. I assumed this was a privately owned company. I tried calling today to see if I can return the instrument (we’ve been quarantined since March) and receive some sort of reimbursement due to the circumstances. The guy at the store told me there was a separate customer service number (oh NOW they tell me) that I would have to call to see if I can get a refund. I called and was told I should have called earlier to get my payments stopped and there was nothing they could do to get reimbursed for the months I have been paying for when I couldn’t return the instrument due to COVID and being quarantined. I don’t believe this is great customer service as almost every other company is offering Covid assistance and they will do nothing but keep my money.
Update- they just called me back and said if I return the instrument I could get half of my last months payment back. So I’ve been paying $27 a month for 4 months on an instrument that’s not even being used and they offer me roughly $13 dollars back. What a joke.
Went to the Music and Arts store today to purchase drumsticks and lessons. Couldn’t use my Canadian Credit card or American cash? Very disappointed
NEGATIVE STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!!! I have had the WORST experience dealing with the customer service from Music and Arts. Everytime me or my husband try to call and resolve our bill we get told a different story! NOONE has helped us resolve the issue and it’s been over 4 months now. The amount of money I have paid Music and Arts already, I could have boughten an instrument. NOT worth the hassel and absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!

A very knowledgable staff that works hard for exactly what you need. Highly recommend.
Awesome and friendly staff , go see the best music store in the area !!!!!!!!
Mike and his staff are the best
Bought my first acoustic guitar from this store. The employee there, Eric, was a really awesome and accommodating dude. Very knowledgeable about guitars and willing to help me out with my 1000s of questions. He told me about what accessories would be good to buy as a beginner and was just a great guy. 5/5 experience great worker and great store.
This place is a great place. They are helping navigate being the mom of an orchestra student and it’s a task! They are so nice about helping me figure out what book I need to get him and what size chin rest he needs. They’re super nice.
Definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Power location.
It’s a good shop with kind staff and great teachers. But it’s missing some TLC. Cello bow options are limited and there’s this huge tent inside that is just in the way
Very low selection of guitars employee was rude
Stood in front of store for 1 hour on Thursday no one there to open. Needed repairs and supplies had to go else where. New management can’t be like this if you expect to keep customers. Music and arts also just opened another “experimental” store dedicated to string instruments. That’s fine, fix your current stores before setting up new ones.
Hi owner don’t reply to this also

The first time I ever visited this place, I expected it to be a lot bigger and flashier. That was back in 2010. Up until 2012 I kept visiting every other musician shop, and have always found myself back at this place. Frankly, I am a loyal customer to this shop. They are the only shop in Phoenix that carries SIT strings (preferred) and I love that they allow the opportunity to stock up on certain string sizes, build your own set, or buy single strings. The employees don’t hassle you to make a sale, and the equipment is always packed up nicely and clean, unlike other stores. Now I’ll say it again, I expected this store to be a lot bigger and flashier, but as I’ve grown as a musician I’ve learned this store is the best, because everything is essential musician equipment, and it worked for me 100%. Don’t buy into big name music stores that hire people to only make sales, go to this shop, and see how knowledgeable their employees are, they practically helped me fine tune every aspect of my instrument, sound, and music theory. They are the best, period.
Exelente tienda y su personal muy amabes y atentos te ayudan lomas posible para que tengas una visita y compra agradable
The best for sheet music
A very nice shop with friendly and helpful staff. They had just what we needed and gave some good advice as well
Good selection, constantly updated sheet music. Well organized
Very good variety. Owner is really friendly and nice. I love it. Pricing is great. There’s a lot of different music books for different instruments.
They didn’t help me they said I had to make 4 other drives to get it
CentralMusic purchase policy of NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS: bought a gig bag/very nice. Also bought, and am now stuck with, Kremona KNG classical guitar pickup: rubber on the plug end is brittle/cracking. I tape-wrapped it BECAUSE NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS. However, I do apologize to you, Central Music, because I should have examined that pickup, should have said “rubber boot has breaks” or something to that effect. But I bought it the day before my wife’s funeral service where I was scheduled to play for a bit. So, I was a little pressed for time, grieving My Beautiful Wife’s passing, not thinking before I posted my comments about Central Music. So, I am sorry if I sounded rude, because that’s not who I am. On the bright side, your shop was open, item was available, product does work, and I wish I could read music better because you have lots of sheet music available and other gear for sale.
No tiene variedad de cuerdas,no ve de guitarras de calidad.

These guys really take the time to make sure you don’t just walk away with an instrument, but understand it. Their work on refurbishing instruments is top of the line. Truly great people!
Best service around the owner is awesome and will really you give him a shot and see for yourself
For several months, I’ve been looking for a Steinberger synapse bass guitar strap extender. They had one, I snagged it. Shipped out immediately. I’m very grateful.
I stopped by Prescott Valley Music looking for someone to repair my flute. Even though they specialize in guitar repair, he fixed my flute within minutes at no charge. I will definitely go back with my guitar needs.
Went there with a friend.
I think all they sell is USED. Even patch cords. 🙁 Totally disgusting and disappointed.
Sadly, and most regrettably, I must report that Russell, the proprietor of PVM, used his prior good business standing to consign, endorse, solicit, directly accept partial payment for, a fraudulently, utterly misrepresented $3k instrument, that is so INTENTIONALLY damaged (a 40” gong, sawn into THREE parts, then poorly soldered back together) that it is basically rendered useless as a musical instrument. He also personally/professionally arranged for its delivery and attested to the instrument’s ‘excellent’ condition (all in email and voicemails, still retained as evidence).
Initially responsive, and seemingly aghast, he and the seller he worked with, and as agent for, now decline to correspond or address this, each saying neither or the other is responsible.
A $3k scam?????
BEWARE!!
Don’t buy vinyl from them
