Great people!!!!!!!!!
You won’t find any better .
Been doing business with them for years , they will help you any way they can .
Customer service was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great knowledge of product
Might be a great music place but I wouldn’t recommend them for your media computer needs. Ill informed and try to cut corners that don’t need to be cut.
A great place to go. Pretty much everything you need. Very friendly
Nice and helpful clean store
Not real friendly during the day.
Fast Friendly service. Great sale prices in buggy’s ,!!
Good deal
Went shopping at the family dollar today . Found multiple clothing items that were marked for 80 cents. When I went to check out the store manager scanned the clothing and said the price was 4 dollars per item and would not sell at marked price. So I left with out the clothing. I think the store needs to recheck there prices on all items. Also I think they should have sold me the items for marked price.

On our way home from vacation we saw this cool little vintage and Shabby Chic store on the side of the road and had to stop in. The owner was super nice and there is a great selection vintage, farmhouse, & other cool stuff! Make sure to stop and check them out!
Kathy is such a sweet lady and she has some adorable finds. Stop and take something home worth chatting about.

Love this store. LANCE is a real lover of music and ot shows. It’s nice to have a place that doesn’t feel soulless and corporate. If you’re in the tri County and looking for instruments, advice, gift ideas. Try here!
Great place. Great people. Quality service.
Great place Tracy and Lance are great, been very good to me over the years, THANK YOU BOTH. KENT COOPER.
Lance and Tracy are nice folks. They have a good selection of strings and accessories. Neat place for obscure instruments.
I have all my guitar related stuff done here – repairs, re-wiring, set up, string change, changing pots, swapping pick ups. Neil Young the repair man is just great. All the staff are very helpful.
Art’s is the best music shop you could ask for! All the staff are friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They have repair technicians in-store who specialize in almost any category of instrument. The repair process is incredibly easy and feels like taking your instrument to a good friend that you trust. I came in for a minor repair and was able to have it repaired and returned the same day!
Great staff, very helpful, quick in and out service. Easy to find!
Not a happy place , they hardly acknowledge your presence. Put a guitar on layaway and the girl behind the counter was extremely rude when I came in to make a payment, I forgot they charge 15.00 if you want to use a card and I said sounds like it a tax scam . She said I didn’t have to come there, my layaway is Seven hundred dollars, maybe a little respect would go a long way. Last purchase I’ll make with these people.
Update : okay I went back today and my experience was much better.
I definitely over reacted on my last visit, I still feel a little slighted by the girl saying I didn’t have to come there.
That said Art’s is a fine store .
They have great inventory but are very over priced. I went to get some 20 dollar mallets and they coated 50 in there
Taken advantage of! I purchased a trombone for my son, Feb 2019, as he was in the school band. For irrelevant circumstances my son is not continuing band. The cost of the trombone was $1100. Six months later I take the trombone back to Art’s Music store to sell it back to them. The store manager told me he would give $90! The trombone had been gently used. I didn’t expect that low of an offer. I feel as though Art’s Music is taking advantage of the fact that they are one of few music stores in the Montgomery area. My son will continue in playing music but we will NEVER spend another $ with Art’s Music. Parents please shop around and know who you are dealing with!
I hate this shop. I have paid an exorbitant amount of money for this stupid clarinet that my daughter plays at school. It’s hard to set up payments. Do not like!!!!! Uggggh, I cannot wait until this is over
I will never do any business with this place again I have had enough

I took my trumpet in to be cleaned and repaired. They did a good job and finished quickly. Staff is very warm and friendly. Cleaning and repair work were professional. Glad to have my trumpet back in good working order and shiny as a new penny.
Exceptional repair shop. Knowledgeable staff. Good inventory of guitars, keyboards, and band instruments. Good selection of brasswind mouthpieces. Highly recommend to my friends.
Repair service is reliable, but prices for band instrument rentals are twice what Playground charges ($99/mo vs. $45/mo. for the cheapest option on my daughter’s french horn), and Art’s does a hard credit pull. Playground is fine with having a credit card on file, no ding on your credit score for a hard pull.
Excellent Service…
Very pleasant and friendly environment with caring and helpful staff that go the extra mile to help, looking forward to doing lots of business with them
Very very expensive
Rude, rude, rude! If this place is your LAST RESORT….well I personally still wouldnt go back there. MIKE’S MUSIC IS SO SO FRIENDLY, helpful and HONEST….it just blows when I need to go to Arts. It may be about the oldest music store in Dothan-AND THEY’VE ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY BEEN RUDE- even 30+ years ago when I was in band. Skip Art’s & go to Ross Clark Circle & take a left…MIKE’S MUSIC is right around the corner. Personality, HELPFULNESS, service & Friendliness is 90% of why I repeat my business Anywhere I go…
My child has had his instrument on the repair shelf at scoggins middle school for 3 weeks (I even called arts) and no one has been there to repair instruments. We are charged extra for insurance through art when financing these instruments. So why are you people not going out and repairing them on Wednesday’s as promised? It’s just a lie to get more money out of the parents. I’d advise everyone to elsewhere and avoid this company if I were you .

Omgoodness we stepped back in time with this 50s-style diner! The hot dogs were fantastic and they even have glass-bottled coke. It has a checkerboard floor with red furniture, old timey jukebox and lots of awesome Elvis props. They even play 50s Rock-N-Roll music! We finished our visit with an ice cream cone and sundaes for the road! Will stop here again!
Yummy ice cream!!!
Nice selection of hand dipped icecream. Hamburger and hot dogs are also available. Very tasty interesting decor and as a added bonus is the adjacent shop of classic items of years gone pass.
Enjoy the atmosphere, the conversation and most of all the cream…
I had cheesecake.
Hubby got a vanilla malt, with his lactose tolerance self

I highly recommend this place for you instrument owners out there! If you have guitar problems or such, this is the best place to go. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Stopped at this location to get a part to repair my guitar. Very professional and helpful. Owner was very nice and went out of his way to find me the right part and gave me an excellent deal. Highly recommend this business to anyone.
Been going to Andrew for years. He knows his stuff, is kind and super helpful.
Yuan is such a wonderful piano teacher! She is very kind, very patient and very good with kids, my son loves her! She has love for kids as well as for piano, which makes her so awesome!!
Yuan includes music theory as a part of the piano lessons, further enhancing the learning experience.
We love having Ms Yuan as my son’s piano teacher. She is very professional and good at what she knows. She communicates very well with my son and I and have been very accomodating and flexible during the stress of Covid season. I highly recommend her. She is an excellent teacher.
