Great people. They will go out of their way to help you .We needed a mouthpiece for my daughter’s clarinet on a Sunday. Store was closed. We actually saw staff at Home Depot, and told them what happened and asked what time can we come up Monday. We were shocked to hear them say go up there now, and we will fix it! They told us any time we had an emergency like that to message them on Facebook and they will immediately reply with help. We have been working with Ponce for 4 years, we will not go anywhere else! They honestly care about Forsyth counties musical kids! They have showed us they put the kids first in their hearts. They work with parents and actually make it where you can afford to have your child in band! Thank you Ponce!
This is by far the BEST music store in the county. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My children have flourished here and we have had lessons from Sammy, Chris, Eddie, Latrell, Janine and more throughout the years. The family that now owns the shop treats each customer as a friend and my children have always felt comfortable and confident in the space. They have everything you could think of and order quickly what we need. If you are looking for a shop with true musicians with deep knowledge. This is the place. PS the record store at the top is a must visit!
Stopped by with a new ukulele that I bought for my grandson. They were very helpful answering my questions.
Good place for lessons and instrument maintenance. I have had them work on my guitars several times with no complaints. This last time they replaced strings and I was in a hurry and just paid and left. Getting some fret buzz from 5th and 6th strings that I would have noticed had I checked it out before leaving. My bad. Overall they are great people and do great work!
String prices are a little higher than a bigger chain like guitar center or ken stanton. But not much more. If you live in area you’d spend that in gas getting to guitar center. So very fair. Very helpful staff. They are friendly and receptive. Lots of guitars. And unique ones from popular brands. I be digging it.
The staff isn’t the nicest but they do help. I rented my oboe from here and so far it plays well!
The customer service is awful I definitely won’t be back there every again
Had to make a quick stop to grab a few things. I know it was closing time. I was trying to make it quick. When they started harassing my husband reminding him when they close he left and we took our business somewhere else. Customers want to feel welcomed, not reminded how unfortunate you are to have to lock the door right at 5:00.
Alex is super friendly and professional! I would highly recommend!
Alex is a wonderful coach. He provides lots of useful tools for you to use during your practice and warm ups. I have always been afraid of singing solo in front of others and I felt at ease with him on my first lesson. He has boosted my confidence and he is very patient while working through difficult warmups.
My son loves Alex and said he is the BEST teacher! They connected very well. Alex is patient and really made it a FUN lesson. I would highly recommend him.

Amazing place to hear great musicians!! @melophobic_music was awesome!!
I’ve bought multiple records from this cool little shop. If I’m being honest it’s my favorite spot to get albums. ❤️
Awesome place for all music lovers — great record selection and even better live shows.
Awesome music venue for student to hangout. Safe place. Family values are what they seek
This place reminds me of Athens in the 80s. Kind of a dive but a great music venue. Owner is cool and they sell records.
Place was VERY loud
Records are insanely overpriced, owner is very rude.
Absolutely horrible vinyl records shop. Records are not clean, or organized correctly. Way overpriced, as owner doesn’t use the mainstream Discogs system, but Amazon.
2/5 would not recommend. Venue has a big light that shines directly in your eyes while playing on stage and gets very hot and uncomfortable up there. Overall, not a bad place, just wish it was bigger, and that damn light be taken down or at least replaced with something that doesn’t get hot, like an led
6. Entertainment Mart
Address: 102 Buford Dam Rd, Cumming, GA 30040 , Cumming , Georgia , United States
This is the best electronic repair place I have ever been to. They do great work and are very reasonably priced.
I have a vintage (mid-70’s to mid-80’s) component system which over the years has required some maintenance. It was challenging to find a good local repair shop that was familiar with older equipment and could actually do the work. I discovered Entertainment Mart through a Google search and was impressed by all of the exceptional reviews. Brad, the owner as well as repair technician, is every bit as good as all of the reviews say. He has done an outstanding job on any piece of equipment which I’ve brought to him, and his pricing has always been more than reasonable. He also has completed every job in a timely manner. I sure hope that Brad will be around for a long time to come!! I am happy to give Brad my highest recommendation.
If I could rate him 10 stars that wouldn’t be enough. Brad is amazing!! From vintage tv’s to modern electronics he repairs them all. Excellent prices on repairs.

Associate named David was very helpful earlier today and found the product I was looking for in the back of the store
Very good customer service.
Friendly staff. Not very crowded, lots of parking
All of your electronic needs are here.
Yes a great place to shop. The assistant manager was fantastic! Also there is Volta EV charging to give you front row parking and a charge for free!!
Great deals and good open box items. Great service
Can’t get help here.
Horrible service
They replaced my headphones I paid a 2 year warranty for and because they no longer carry them told me they will be shipped to me… Then asked if I wanted to pay to have a warranty on this pair as well. 20$ each time out of my pocket that a product is defective?

My son is learning so much from Mr Hodges. We appreciate him so much! He is very organized and timely!!
Phil is a very rare find. His musicianship is exquisite and his ability to communicate, teach, and inspire truly set him apart. Phil has become one of my favorite musicians to work with in the studio, and my admiration of his abilities has moved me to become one of his students myself!
Phil is an awesome musician and is very good at adapting to my unique style of learning.
