Nicest guy ever! We took my son’s guitar in to fix a string that had snapped. He fixed it right there on the spot. Also gave us a referral for a music instructor. So nice and helpful. We will be back!
The customer service is out of this world. Brandon worked closely with me to make sure my build worked perfectly. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you!
i have now bought my 4th used halo guitar and i get more impressed every time 3 early models with the name stenciled on neck and a 2014 reaper custom . i absolutely love each one they all sound incredable and play great. unless you ended up a fluke.you will not go wrong with a halo guitar i have not yet. and would love to purchase another model when i can afford one so thanks halo for a great product. and have a long and profitable future.
Neck pickup broke on my custom guitar I ordered. Pickup broke away from the baseplate. Was told I’m under warranty and they would send a replacement and pay for it to be installed.
I’ve been patient and understanding but they decided to ghost me anyway. 5 months and no responses to any of the messages I’ve sent inquiring about an update. Only sent 3 messages over the 5 month period.
The guitar is multiscale and was routed to fit their specific custom sized pickups. I ended up buying a completely different set of pickups and had the guitar routed to fit them because it’s been long enough for it to be insane to assume that they actually have plans to send a replacement.
Last guitar I’ll be buying from them.

I have tried out a lot of different music classes in bay area and Ms. Diane(关老师) is really the best of all! She has a lot of experiencing not only in music but also teaching kids. My daughter has so much fun in class and actually learned a lot! The class is very well prepared and planned. We love Ms. Diane!

Teacher Yang is a professional and patient violin teacher, and my son loves her so much!
I have been a student of Ms. Yang’s for four years. She is an excellent teacher, and trains you to play at the highest caliber. I love studying under Ms. Yang and she has taught me all the skills I needed to become the concertmaster of my high school orchestra. Her studio is always clean and neat, and the environment is professional.
We feel fortunate that my daughter has the opportunity to embark on her violin journey with Ms. Melody. Ms. Melody is very professional and super responsible. She emphasizes fundamentals for beginners to ensure that the students are on the right track from the beginning, which is undoubtedly the most efficient and solid way of learning. Ms. Melody explains things clearly and vividly, easy for kids to understand and follow. She knows how to motivate young kids. When we practice at home, Ms. Melody will check on us to see if everything is on track. She even took time to record videos to correct my daughter.

I have been working with Sarah for two years leaning harp. I very much enjoy learning new songs from her. She knows where I am in my learning and challenges me to do more. The songs are fun and I have a great time learning to play them in variety of ways as I get better. She even encourages me to sing so that I can sing and play harp at the same time. I appreciate that very much!
The proximity of the music school is very good right here in Cupertino. I look forward to learning more music and songs from her.
My Daughter has a friend from school who recommended Be Natural Music for Lessons. We scheduled our Lesson and we both fell in Love. As soon as entering We were warmly greeted by staff and My daughter loved everything about her teacher! Which warmed my heart because my daughter has a very shy demeanor. She is excited about her next lesson, Thank You again Be Natural Music!
My daughter is a senior who is homeschooled and has no prior guitar history, so we were so happy to find in-person guitar lessons. We have been going here since 2021 semester started and my daughter loves it! The staff are friendly and patient and have really done a great job in their teaching. Within a few lessons my daughter was playing songs comfortably and loves practicing at home. I would encourage anyone to bring your child here for music lessons and see their child’s inner musician flourish!
Thanks again!

Legitimately one of, if not the friendliest record store I’ve ever encountered. They offer such an awesome array of music and not to mention have the best customer support and communication. My order was packaged very securely and arrived in a timely manner. So good!

I had piano group class with Ms. Sue. She is such a great teacher. For someone who did not play any instrument before, Ms. Sue not only breaks the details down for me to understand but also manage to make the classes super fun. She also teaches the multiple ways to play a song. I will definitely keep playing even after the class ended. It is never too late to explore music.
Besides the friendly people and good supplies of music books, I strongly recommend Yamaha music programs at this location. I am sharing specifically my experiences with the children piano lesson my 6-year-old son is taking, and the adult entry-level lesson I later signed up with, both taught by Teacher Sue.
First of all, I signed up my son because of the recommendation of his classmate. After the first trial, we fell in love with the teaching of Teacher Sue. She is very kind and patient with the children. She is fun, and her materials are lively, enriched with CDs, pictures, boards, stories, cartoons, videos, dancing and signing, e.g. She simply captures the heart of my son, and makes the lessons so much fun for him. I enjoy a lot sitting through the lessons with my son, too. “Making the piano lessons enjoyable to them” is her goal as she shared with the parents. And she demonstrates it in every one of her lessons and her homework assignments. Of course, parents’ involvement in their practices plays a crucial role, Teacher Sue makes it easy, too.
I signed up her adult piano lesson for myself as I saw how enjoyable her teaching is. I took some piano lessons when I was young, and couldn’t enjoy it. That turned out to be a life-changing decision I made as I looked back. I have been learning so much about music and enjoying playing piano so much that I couldn’t ever imagine.
Thank you so much, Teacher Sue, for your diligent teaching, patience, encouragement and inspiration.
Great teachers. They are really good at teaching kids.
okay music store :/ i know the people there which is the only reason why i gave it 4 stars. They have expensive music books and reeds. They do not have a large selection of instruments to buy. they are a Yamaha store which is how i got my brand new ycl 200 for $300. Honestly, don’t consider buying from here unless you want beginner yamaha instruments.
Provide music instruments and class
Glad to see the obvious progress of my kid playing the piano. The teacher is nice and professional.
Teacher Zhuang refused to teach me Guzheng after my first tryout class. At the end of the class she suddenly threw a fit by making excuses to ditch me. I felt I didn’t do anything wrong in this whole event. I arrived earlier than the set time and didn’t mind waiting as her earlier class went overtime. Being the only student in the class, I tried to learn at my best and be respectful to her and the teaching assistant. The drama came at the end while she was harshly criticizing those who were short of commitment in learning an instrument. She continued with excuses of unwillingness to teach me in the future, and she even asked the TA to find me another teacher in the studio. I thought that perhaps it was my answers to her questions during the class that made her think I wouldn’t be a long term student. This was the first time we met and she didn’t even know me. Teacher Zhuang may reserve the right to refuse service, but it is not acceptable to insult people by using a rude and biased manner. I cannot speak for those young students who are learning piano from her, however, be warned if anyone is in my position.
Visited the location and requested a schedule for my kids, but never called back
I rented a clarinet, then bought it outright (most of the rental payment was applied to the purchase price). Great store and great guy!!! Indulge your musical passion!!!
Great music store with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Cupertino’s for your music and instrument needs.
Was soooo nice in tuning my beginner violin for free. Told me so much about the violin while tuning and now I can tune on my own. Best store definitely recommend.
