Basically I came here to kill some time and see what this store had to offer, the store was much bigger than I expected, they had a lot of different instruments, lots of guitars, guitar amps, dj stage lighting and effects, different types of drums, I even saw quite a few vinyl records. The seems to have basically everything you may need if you are a musician or wanting to explore and get into a new hobby, you are allowed to play with the merchandise or I assume you can, I was playing with a few things and nobody said anything, actually speaking about nobody saying anything reminds me that nobody never acknowledged me while I was here, I would have been nice to have been greeted or ask if maybe I needed any assistance or even a goodbye have a nice day as I made my way to the door. The employees are basically playing with the instruments as well and maybe didn’t even notice I came into the store. I don’t know how this business normally operates, maybe this is normal for this place, I just wasn’t used to that. Anyways, all in all, not a bad place to explore and see if they have what your looking for or simply come to kill some time as I did on my visit.
This place is a big Joke, after going there 4-5 times over a period of time… same old business as usual… workers that don’t know prices of anything especially the RECORDS have to stand at the counter while getting in touch with the owner to explain records pice by pice in detail of their condition and what knot.. after spending 2 hrs of diggin with a pile of 60 albums..!!! It would take hrs.!!!! And when the owner finally shows up one day.. biggest jerk… and acts like your business there he could really do without.. well guess what… ✌ . And good luck with that arrogant attitude, anyone who shops there will see… “WASTE OF TIME”
Mike, the owner, not only leased to me a broken cello (post was not attached), but he also did not provide cello case or stand. Despite the mentioned items, he proceeded to lease it to me anyway for the same amount without any discounts. When I with returned the cello, he discounted $50 from the $75 deposit and only credited $25 because he found the bow broken. I find it ludicrous that he would blame me for a broken bow when he leased a broken cello and without a case, no wonder the bow could have been damaged. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
No one in the store told me about the policy were you only have 15 mins to play everything, so after I was done playing a guitar, I went to play drums because I was looking around and wanted to see what they had to offer, so I could add to Christmas list of things to buy. This guy comes and was really hostile to me, he threatened to call the police on me, just because I touched a drum with a stick he asked me, in a really mean way to put the sticks away, also there was a kid playing everything really loud and he saw him but didn’t say anything. When he asked if I was 18 I told him I was a minor(I’m 16) and apparently that got him nervous, I ended leaving the store. Never coming back. Btw I was really polite and calm with the guy, I was going to tell him that I was going to buy but he never gave me the chance to talk. You’re better off going to guitar center, Sam ash, Duffy rare violins, and Allegro music center.

Don’t be surprised when you see Wayne himself working on your instruments. From someone with over 30 years in the production world I wouldn’t buy or take my instruments anywhere else.
A great guitar shop, run by a guy that really cares and knows what he’s doing. Always with a smile, does great work, and customers become friends.
I ran into Wayne because every store I called told me it would take a week to fix both my guitars and Wayne told me he can get it done at the moment. Very attentive to detail and a true rockstar! His type of service is beyond what I experienced at other stores. He makes sure to leave your guitar tuned and polished. Ready to play! I’ll be going to him whenever possible! Thanks Wayne!
