My Millennia Media HV-3D exhibits an unusual problem in channel 5 in which the signal randomly drops to next to nothing. Yesterday, I contacted John (via email) about this. He suggested the fix. I contacted Pearl this morning. She is sending me a new board. I’ll send back the old. Then, it occurred to me I’d asked for channels 6-8 to have elevated gain for ribbon microphones. So, I called back and spoke to Nathan in tech. He asked whether we were tech/soldering savvy. Yes, we are. Then, better still, he offered to do the work there and send the new board! They are sending it 2-day air. Also, I asked what was the Allen wrench size for the knobs (1/16″) and whether they could provide a tech sheet or “how to” re installing the new board. They will.
This is excellent service!!!

Bad Experience dealing with this business . They don’t answer phone calls or not even communicate properly to solve a problem. The Owner has bad attitude and does not respect . Fast judgments and fast actions which gets him in trouble most of the time.

The barista was nice, the iced mocha was ok. Since I went during Covid, I would have preferred to see masks on. Parking is awkward. Next time I go, I will try a different drink and see if I can up the stars.

Was hoping to grab a coffee here but neither of the baristas were wearing masks while they were making drinks and helping customers, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I wish I could say I enjoyed it since I’m a local and I want to support local businesses but when you order a bagel with cream cheese, you expect a bagel with cream cheese. Look at the photo I posted and you’ll see the small amount of cream cheese they put on my bagel. In addition to the lack of cream cheese, we asked for our bagel to be toasted and it wasn’t. It was cold and untoasted. Shameful but oh well, I definitely won’t be coming back. At least the cheese danish was decent.
Disappointed. I came to your caffé based on a recommendation for a bite to eat and some espresso, only to find out that you are “not making sandwiches today.” Wait, what? I imagine selling food is a big part of your business model – evidently you are making enough money to turn away sales. Overall service was what I would expect and my large vanilla latté was good. Left feeling hungry.

Robert has been giving guitar lessons to my two sons for the past 5 years, and recently he started giving piano lessons to them as well. We are very lucky to have found Robert as instructors. Robert not only knows music and his instruments, he is also an excellent communicator. Robert really knows how to connect with his student, is not afraid of challenging his students, and he is all about helping his students develop their own talents. He is responsible, reliable and his fee is very reasonable. I strongly recommend you check him out if you are looking for a music instructor. Robert’s studio is amazing, filled with different types of instruments that student can try out their interest. Robert also record music’s for his students and others.
Robert is a great teacher. I learned to play the piano and guitar with his guidance. Would definitely recommend.

By far the best place to buy beading and jewelry making supplies. The shop is tucked away in historic Diamond Springs. The shop is owned by a very talented and knowledgeable young woman. There’s a really cool virtual tour of the shop on Google too. You need to check this place out.

The owner takes great pride in the shop. It’s long been regarded in the community to produce great musicians. My son absolutely loves taking piano lessons there. I highly recommend it!!
Great guys over there I’m a beginner and went in there looking for an affordable acoustic guitar they really helped me out not knowing to much abt guitars and helped me pick a good one still on the lower end price wise I will definitely be back and they are really nice and funny guys

My wife & I positively love this place. We probably come to Solid Ground at least once a week. They have a great selection of craft beers as well as a very nice food menu. Lots of indoor seating as well as misters for those who want to sit outside. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

The perfect combination is happening at Solid Ground Brewing and Winery, when a winemaker and brewmaster collaborate. they are pushing the boundaries of beer using wine making techniques. Such as, barrel age projects and blending wine into beer to create harmonious hybrids. Their 2022, Ria won a double gold in the San Francisco Chronicle wine competition and best of show at the international canned wine competition.
The brewery conveys a log cabin feel with high ceilings, tall tables and a brick tap wall. The chicken sandwich was tasty, but the shoelace fries were my favorite. This could be a good date spot if bar games were available. There is live music on the weekends, which might make it difficult to talk if you were on a date. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Unfortunately the food here has gone downhill and I’ve downgraded my review to 2 stars. The burgers are now a pitiful paper thin beef patty, no lettuce, no tomatoes, a puny squirt of sauce. I used to love the burgers. But now I won’t be going back. Sad.
Beer was beer. Poor food selection. I ordered a sand which which consisted of bacon and avocado and it took 45 minutes.

I love Walmart BUT I have 1 complaint “they don’t have enouph associates at the registers to check you out in a timely manner”! That is my only complaint with Walmart.
Pharmacy is great . The general store checkout is slow and needs double the number of checkers both morning and early afternoon. The self check is inaccurate and won’t take personal checks.

I’ve been going to Nicholson Music since 1986 and I have never been disappointed in the services provided. I’ve found the current staff to be extremely professional and willing help. I recently had my 1983 Ibanez worked by the Luthier Andy and he did excellent work. Basically, he completely transformed the playability of the guitar with his attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store and their repair shop.
My daughter has rented her cello here for the last 3+ years and now takes private lessons through the store. I cannot say enough about how happy we have been at Nicholson’s and we certainly plan on continuing.
My daughter says when she gets a few years older she wants to work there because it is such a happy place!

I haven’t been to this shop in years. Came in recently to look for a specific book. The staff was friendly. The layout of the place is a bit awkward. There is a back section with sheet music but it’s not very apparent at first. Ask anyone at the desk if you need to find it. The sheet music selection is very small.
They had a good collection of guitars, bases, and other stringed instruments. I didn’t see much in the way of brass or woodwinds. Its in a small shopping complex and parking was okay.
I’ve experienced a good customer service however all sales are final.
I need a stand for tomorrow lesson because mine broke. It is closed on MONDAY the service is good but the prices for rent are high for rented items.
I used to have my guitars worked on here; but I wouldn’t let them touch them now. Their luthiers literally talked me out of doing business with them ever again. They have a nice stock of instruments, so in that respect they are OK.
We didn’t realize it was a music night so the music was so loud that we couldn’t talk to each other. The service was great but the prime rib was lousy.
The staff is very nice but the owner has very poor customer service skills. He does not know how to listen to customer needs nor he gives a choice. Even if you rent violin from him you do not have a choice. It will be whatever he gives you. He is very rude. I was trying to pick a violin for my child and he was very suspicious why we were looking for details on the violin. He sells violins with cracks for high prices. DO NOT SUGGEST BUYING OR RENTING VIOLIN from this place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNER.
