Bought a guitar from them over eBay. Liars and Cheats!! Couldn’t recommended any less.
Update: Since they chose to respond with their inflammatory perspective… The guitar purchased from Miller’s Music on their eBay account was described as completely functional. A tuning peg was broken, the switches were not functional, there was excessive feedback, and it arrived damaged. In addition, it was described as “exactly year 1960” when this model wasn’t even produced until 1965, and even then, not with these features. It appears to be from 1968.
They say they have proof, I also have proof of all these things which I have provided them with. They have been rude and inappropriate during the whole transaction.

Cool place, but 7PM is too early to close. 8PM is more reasonable, oh well. I would rather the place be 12-8 instead of 11-7…but it isn’t my place to make that decision. Nice place otherwise.

I have been coming to Atlanta Discount Music for years, and they have always provided outstanding service! They let you try out any guitar, amp, or pedal you want to for as long as you need, they are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and provide great communication, and have competitive prices.
I ordered an amp to be custom-made by the builder, and they told me it would be ready in 6 weeks, and the builder had it ready in 4; I was delighted!

It’s a neat store. It’s a small local place with a somewhat limited selection. I didn’t think the prices were all that great based on their new guitars and the staff didn’t find me interesting enough to ask me if I needed anything even though this one guy saw me coming in. Oh, well.

A class above other shops in Atlanta. The viola we rented for our son was completely superior to the one we rented from another shop for or daughter. We actually returned our daughters and rented one form WHL. Was worth the trouble. We came here because it was highly recommended from a true professional who has many accolades herself. Always trust the pro 🙂

I’m am disappointed and disgusted with the service I received. Instead of explaining to us the terms of our contract, they called us liars and hung up the phone. I will never do business with them again. Please save your money and headache and go to a rental company that will not treat you like this.

I went today and I honestly thought they wouldn’t have much but they did. They have great prices and the lady there even gave me candy and free DVDs. They were super nice, I found my kpop store! *edit* Now I go there every other week that the Lady now recognize me . She’s super nice.

the store was amazing! i expected it not to be that good because of all the bad reviews, BUT it was actually amazing, and the workers were so kind. i drove over 2 hours to come here and although the store isn’t very large, i love the vibe and the selection of albums. I purchase three albums which totaled to about $80. I got many freebies, each from the different groups i purchased. In the end, I also got a free Skz Poster. This is an amazing store and you should come here if possible.
Not sure what to say but I don’t prefer this location. I was near the area and decided to stop by but apparently the store was closed even during regular business due to an employee manger situation/ firing of staff? Not sure who I spoke to at the store but I’m really shocked and saddened by this.

Very very bad service here.! The packed they send to VN for me and another customers take so long over 3 month, Nov 2020- Now end of Feb 2021 I’m still waiting..? Every time I call to Mai Phuong they just said wait and wait without any solutions..!
They are trying to scam Vietnamese Community even though they’re Vietnamese. So sham. Such a bad cargo than ever, they charge higher fee than other and they failed the promised as well. I was tired because of going back and forth with them. No guilty with their fault, the old woman (which they called Hai Aunty) trying to reduce my refund. It’s not worth, but I can feel they are so bad

The excellent view is all the family members make google account to get the rating and trust of the Vietnamese community back. But since my package haven’t even arrived since Nov 2020. What ever other or saying it’s just BS and Full of It. Anyone who have their package sent and family haven’t received it yet. I’m going to get a petition together and hopefully anyone with the my phuong receipt will be in contact and signed it. I’m going to contact my personal lawyer to get this sort out and they are going to pay the price and I’m going to get the IRS involved for cash transactions and not reporting for income tax purposes.
