I was a bit nervous to pick up new guitar strings for my husband. I haven’t the slightest clue to what is what with his instruments, but one of the gentlemen working that day took the time to look up the strings to make sure I got the right ones. And I did!! My husband always comes home beaming with excitement from his visits at your store, its kind of like his own version of a candy shop. Now I know why. Your staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If they are unsure of the correct answer, they find it for you so that you leave with what you need. Thank you Carlton’s staff and owners for creating a warm and comfortable environment, not only for musicians but for those of us who are not.
The place to go for acoustic guitars incredible selection
They have a shop in winterhaven and a shop in Lakeland. It’s your go to store for all your music instruments and accessories and needs. In WinterHaven they have a super service centre and it’s pretty fast too. You don’t have to sell your soul to the devil to fix your horn. I love them and I highly recommend them.
Nice staff.
good place
In and out , service good
Don’t waste your time! Shop at Guitar Center, better service, better prices, and better warranty’s.
The man who met us at the door asked if we were there for a music lesson. We explained to him no and what we were in search of. He explain rather in a short mood to us, that they do no carry that to check Best buy or someplace else. He asked if we needed anything else. I said no my daughter has her own instruments and plays well.
Parking is always plentiful. Will be nice once the construction is done and the new publix entrance to the store is complete. They have transitioned it nicely though.

I’ve had two different barbers since I’ve started going in there they’re both very good , I love the attention to detail, they do an excellent job.
The barber did a amazing job got the hair cut done within 20 minutes and treated me with the best of care and he has 23 years of experience highly recommend for anyone to come here.
Great haircut and beard trim. It was my first time there. I’ll definitely be back
The lady barber was nice enough and the price was good, but the cut was fantastic sams quality. I found long hairs around the ears, uneven sideburns.
Friendly and quick….
Clean friendly good cuts
Primera Vez que llevo a mi hijo,No Vuelvo, una mala experiencia, no son profesionales, y no los recomiendo.
I booked an appointment for my minor child to have a haircut. The barber decided to take pictures of my son without my consent. I ask the barber to delete my son’s picture of his cellphone. I told him that I didn’t appreciate him doing so. I paid for it plus gave him a tip. He than called me at my cellphone to argue and I told him that I won’t be using his services. As a parent, I will protect my child and give him the privacy he deserves.
The barber would not stay off his phone for a good while during the haircut, constantly stopping the haircut to text back someone on his phone. After it was all done, he failed to mention that they did not take card so I had to wait an extra 40 minutes for someone to bring me cash. Quite an inconvenience

Went in there to buy a drum head because Guitar Center wasn’t open yet or I’d certainly have went there instead. EVERYTIME I’m in this store I get watched and questioned like I’m going to steal something. It’s a very uncomfortable environment. No other customer was in there yet, and as soon as I walk in, they’re all stopping what they’re doing and looking at me asking if I needed help, and I said “I’m just getting a drum head…thank you.”, and I wasn’t looking for 2 minutes, and heard another employee say “everything okay over there?”….YES GEEZ!!!! Can someone take a few minutes and decide what product they want!? Just because you’re looking doesn’t mean you’re plotting a GD theft! It’s a $20 drum head! Gimme a friggin’ break! And ya know…much to their surprise…I PAID FOR IT! Guitar Center sucks too, but at least they give you freedom to comfortably browse at inventory without being asked what you’re doing. There’s no excuse for that behavior. Innocent until proven guilty….not in that place, it’s guilty until they see otherwise. From now on, I’ll wait for Guitar Center to open. I won’t spend another dime in Carlton until they get the FBI…I mean, their employees under control…
Went here to rent an instrument for my son…girl asked us to fill out application they want to know not just who you are and account info but employer name and number as well as spouse name number and a friend or nearest relative. I have never had to give the name of a friend or relative to buy a car or even a house….its an instrument…after giving them all that info the girl was rude I asked for manager he wasn’t any nicer and still question us about employment why I do not know both me and my husband are employed I just started pulling out my DL, bank card CWP….I mean what in the world…its a $1300 instrument!
Their sales associates have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

What a badass lil shop….you want something different from what everybody else has…go see Jimmy
Great small business specialists in vintage music gear! Jimmy is a no pressure sales guy and honest in his work
My brother and I try to make a quarterly pilgrimage from Brooksville to Auburndale to visit Jimmy’s shop.
Jimmy is always generous with his gear, time, and knowledge. We make it a point to leave his shop with something every time we go — the fun (irresponsible?) part is, we usually don’t know what that “something” will be when we walk in the door.
Today, “something” was a couple of Silvertone amps and vintage Boss/Ibanez pedals. Prices are always more than fair, and whatever they are, it’s worth it to have this shop around — We’re looking forward to many more years of “something”!
Sorry….I was next door making a donation to the “Going to the Dogs” thrift store…the owner had two dogs from Cross Pass Pet Rescue…..Very nice shop with lots of quality 2nd hand boutique items.
Only guitars, but still cool
Prices could be a little better but staff is always helpful and knowledgeable
Worst service than Guitar Center
I felt like I was bothering the owner because I was interested in guitars under $500……..
I used to like this place but none of the employees or customers are wearing masks. Pretty messed up to wilfully endanger the community but that’s Auburndale for you.
