If you want your child to love and appreciate music, then Gerald Myles is the teacher for you. My son loves his lessons with Gerald and has a new found confidence from his new talent. He has taken lessons from 2 different teachers in the past and they just didn’t foster the same level of creativity that Gerald does. He is the best!!!
It was the best decision to enroll my child in Norwalk School of Music! Within weeks, my child’s progression as a piano player is amazing. Gerald, the owner, has high expectations for his students and teaches his classes accordingly. It is refreshing to see a teacher view a young pupil as intelligent and capable. He is patient, yet each week sets a new goal. As a result, my child is eager to impress him each week, showing her refined piano skills. Gerald makes it clear that if the student is not willing to practice daily, then he’d rather not waste a parent’s time or money. I appreciate that honesty. I look forward to the future of concerts and performances! My child is on her way, thanks to Norwalk School of Music!

Everyone was insanely helpful from who I spoke to on the phone for customer support, to the guy that helped me out when I came to pick up the amp in store. Giuliano’s Music takes care of its customers. Will definitely be returning for anything else I need in the future.

I went needing a pack of guitar strings to find out that they were closed. Their hours online say 12-4 on Saturday. Their door said the same. Lights off no one answered the phone. The time I went you ask? 3:25. EDIT:I have since gone back and they have been very nice and kind. Which has let me to update my rating.

I am actually amazed by this school. I wish that I had the means to attend but I unfortunately do not. However, I’ve been struggling with my decision to focus my studies more on music or IT and visiting this their school and getting a tour assisted me in making that decision. I’ve never been to an actual studio before then and when I walked in I got immediately got goosebumps, that right there told me exactly what I needed to focus more on. One day, I will have the means to attend. Hopefully by that time it is because my studies are starting to pay off. Big thumbs up to this school!

Genuinely cannot say enough good things about Factory Underground and their amazing staff! I recently worked with Kenny Cash on my new single. He produced, mixed and mastered it, and I couldn’t be happier with how this song turned out! I had a great time recording this track in a comfortable, clean and professional atmosphere. I also just had another great Factory Underground experience while working with Guzman Gonzalez on the music video for this same song. This is definitely the place to go for industry standard recording, filming and more. I’m already looking forward to starting my next project at Factory Underground!

Terrible service loud drunks takin over at five never again
So far I like them. I got a three pack of the acoustic picks and find them a nice acoustical addition to the sound of my D15. It actually does what it says it’s supposed to do, make it sound fuller. Not quite the twelve string effect, but nice considering you can sweep with it both up and down. I may try their other picks and see what sonic goodies await.
An innovative design on an ancient template.
I have been taking a Dremel tool to my Jazz 3 picks for years,
but those days are over. My replacements the BLADE II and the
STEALTH 2.0 RGD are my go-to’s, and I could go on for hours about how carefully considered and formed they are.
Most of all my technique has never been completely realized until these picks came along.

Our son has played guitar for several years but was wanting to quit – arguing any time we asked him to practice. Someone suggested Crescendo as they have a daughter who loves going there. We went and from the first lesson with Dale, our son was back in love with the guitar. He practices without being asked and is excited to show us new songs he’s learned. Dale has a great way with tweens and gets their respect because he plays regularly in a band. Dale also works on music that our son loves – nothing “boring” about music in our house anymore. Highly recommend Crescendo.

Do not rent from them. Had a few issues – just now with the return of the instrument. Returned a cello on 5.20, and still received a charge for another forward month on 5.22.
I called them, and manager Jason told me it is my job to call their provider of instruments and take care of this situation. That they only provide pick up and drop off and cannot be on the phone all day trying to reach their supplier. I was also offered to come and get the cello from the store again and personally take it to their supplier.
Very bad. Obviously, they do not get that when a customer rents from them, it is Crescendo’s store the customer rents from and not some obscure supplier. It is also their brand/store image that suffers.
Do not believe a flute that was dropped off to be cleaned and refurbished was even touched. Paid for the service and when opened, it remained unpolished and keys were still sticking to the pads. Unprofessional.

They have great people working in the geek squad. Very helpful in sorting out my warranty issues. Cannot say the same about some of their sales people (a saleswomen in particular). Extremely undereducated in product knowledge. Google will give you more info on products than few particular salespeople there in the store.

Sales woman at phones not knowledgeable at all , didn’t seem like she wanted to sell us phones. rude cou ldnt answer questions about phones wanted to buy 2 phones at eight hundred a piece.Walked out upset went to AT&T store down the street ,they were very knowledgeable and accommodating they closed at 700 salesman stayed till 900 and got 2 phones updated and even saved all of our pictures and contacts. Never again at best buy. Wrong name for company
Rude employees, cashier attempted to get phone number and became annoyed for remainder of transaction when I declined. He lied and said it was necessary to pull up the order info when I already said I had the card in hand. Incredibly long line to wait for this fun interaction.
I bought a stove and a microwave. I requested to have only the stove to be taken away. They took my microwave away without bringing the new one. I can’t believe it!
