Best music store and lessons. The tuning heads on my Grandfather’s guitar were a weird size and they had to order them twice. They did not fit, so went through the length of repairing the tuning heads thwmselves. Great service. And my son loves taking drum lessons here! Love this store.
My daughter had been taking vocal, guitar, and keyboarding lessons at Music and Arts for 4 years. I have watched her grow as a musician and am very happy with her progress. I have always felt comfortable leaving her there for lessons because the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this music studio.
Very professional and informative. I recommend them.
When i came I was in beginning band and I bought a mouthpiece for a trumpet it seemed to be tarnished so I got it checked it turned out to be used this scared me so when I went to return it the lady gave us hell.

My children have been taking drums and piano lessons here and I am very pleased on their progress. I have also rented a trumped for my child to join band at school and it has been all well. So far very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.
Great customer service and very patient. Answered all my questions and have good prices.
Oh my Hylia, great service. I enjoyed spending time there while waiting for proper things to be accomplished.
They were very helpfull
Bought a drum set with all the hardware (cymbal stands and throne), but never received the throne when I picked it up. Also bought a Zildjian ZHT cymbal pack (crash, china, ride, hi hat) at the same time, and to this day (four months) I have not received the crash cymbal. I have called numerous times, and they always tell me that a shipment is coming and I will get a call when they get it, but I don’t think it takes four months for a shipment to arrive. Also, their selection of drum sticks is practically nil.
Don’t show up without calling first. If you try to sample an instrument they will ask if you are there for a lesson. If you say no, they will ask you to immediately leave.
To reply to the poster, I did give you a chance to respond, you asked why and I said to play, you did not clarify the pianos were not for sale and that that was a lesson room. You immediately turned your attention back to the guitar lessons you felt I was rudely interrupting. Please do not tell me I don’t know how to interpret body language or communication when you shut it down first. The review stands. A google local guide. Sorry you were rude to the wrong person.
I rent a new flute shown as model Stagg ws-fl231, and the price is $452.55. They told me the rent cost could be counted as deduction when I buy it later. Six month later, the spring on the flute is loosed. They change a used Jupiter shown model JEL 700 to me and stated its price was $500. Three month later, the same issue came again. Since I have rented for nine months, I asked what the balance would be if I buy the used one. They told me the balance will be about $470, and the price for the used Jupiter Jel 700 is about $800. I doubted whether the used one is worth the price. They told me the price of a new one is about $1900. On the next day, I found the contract, and it showed the price of the used one was $500. So they were making up a price or number to overstated the worth of the flute. If I didn’t keep the contract, I would have been cheated by them. When they were lying to me, they spoke it out so naturally that I have to conclude that they must have lied for many years. If you search the price of the Stagg ws-fl231 on Amazon, you will find its price is $199 for new one. The price of Jupiter JFL-700 student on eBay is only $485, and it is a new one. After the deduction, which I have paid $330 as lease payment in recent nine months, I still have to pay an additional $170, then it is considered as pay off. In this way, I paid total $500 to rent and then buy an used flute. It truly doesn’t deserve it. I suggest everyone to check the price of the same model on Amazon or eBay before you lease or buy it. In addition, there is no any terms of the lease payment for deduction listed in the contract, so it is just oral promise and not protected by the contract. Never trust their lies.

A great place to learn music! Definitely awesome, talented, and knowledgeable teachers! Shinta, my kids’ guitar teacher rocks! Very professional and inspiring! Also, you’re lucky if you can sign up with Erin, a very accomplished piano teacher at Music and Arts Center. My daughter is learning a lot of useful techniques from him. I couldn’t be happier with her progress! Both teachers are very dedicated to their students, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re absolutely the best in what they do. My children have been coming to this place for years, and they love it! The staff is so friendly and always helpful. Their store offer discounts to students. It’s so convenient because you don’t have to go anywhere to buy your instruments and/or music pieces. It’s all there in one roof. They also offer so many performance opportunities regularly. The atmosphere is positive and pleasant. I’m so glad I found this place!!!
The team here has made a lot possible for me. I love their positive and upbeat attitude. Lessons are great and there’s a phenomenal comraderie amongst everyone. It’s not just a music store, it’s a wonderful place to spend time, practice, jam, and learn about music as well as the instruments they sell. I’ve never been led astray when it comes to advice. I’ve come here quite a lot over the years for various instruments, and I always leave grateful that such genuine people work there.
Gives you stuff for instruments and it sell instruments too
Helpful staff.
I would go here very day but I live far
Poor customer service was told we had a certain rental credit amount that could be applied to new instrument but that amount stated was changed when the final price of the instrument was totaled.
Very disorganized….
Poor customer service. I felt like I was at a rude liquor store.
Great Ukulele store. Lots of brands and sizes to select from. The Ukulele lessons are fun and easy to learn.
Had an informative time talking ukelele with Gary, and SHOPPING at 951 Ukelele. Good selection of available strings, and a nice selection of ukes. From beginners to high end; soprano to baritone and base, there is a good choice. Check out the fun Magic Flukes too. Also, ask about the DIY ukelele kits. Great if you want to personally customize your uke.
I’ve been taking lessons from Rick for 3 years. I love the way he teaches the guitar. He is super patient and I’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time. He really helps you figure everything out. Now I play guitar in a band and at church. I started when I was 14 and still take lessons to keep advancing my playing. Georgiann
I started taking lessons from Rick in January after having played in the 60s. I was somewhat apprehensive after such a long layoff but Rick quickly made me feel at ease and showed lots of patience since my memory isn’t the best. He’s the most knowledgeable and talented guitarist I’ve ever come across. He plays all genres of music and he never pressures you and shows nothing but patience. I highly recommend him if you are just starting out or starting over again like I did after 50+ years. He also repairs guitars and sets up your new guitar making necessary adjustments like he just did for me with my new
Squier Stratocaster.
I’ve been taking guitar lessons from Rick since July 2013 – I have no natural musical ability but I was eager to start playing the metal songs I’ve been listening too since the 80s and 90s. Rick has worked with me patiently, and pushed me to build my form, timing, rhythm. He’s opened up my ear and I can now tell when my guitar is out of tune. He’s also opened me up to new genres of music and taught me theory.
Ricks designs his lessons based off you and your interest which is a big reason I feel I’ve been at it so long. He has a deep appreciation for music, all types.
I now have about a dozen of my favorite songs under my belt. Rick encourages me to write my own music and I have a bunch of riffs, licks, rhythms in my catalog, as well as my own lyrics. No songs yet, but I’ll get there with Rick’s help.
Rick’s approach is professional. I feel like he genuinely cares about the progress of his students. If you choose to take lessons at his house, it’s always clean. Every time he’s been in my house he is extremely respectful.
My advice as a student of three years. If you want this, practice! And if you don’t practice, take your lesson to keep pushing, motivated to break through the various plateaus.
Love GRUPO MAXXIMO for their diversity of music! So much in one Band, there outstanding in how they make you get up on the dance floor and don’t want to stop dancing, there so talented and very fun! I highly recommend GRUPO MAXXIMO SIMPLE THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS!
Hired this band for my daughter’s quinceañera in August. Loved them ❤️! Great variety of music. Will definitely hire them again.
This is the most versatile band! They will make your party special as they engage the guests and personalize the music for the host. They ensure to understand the type of music you want and any special announcements. If possible, I would want this band at every event I have. Many of my guests also want to contract them. They are so professional and punctual. You will be pleased.
ES UNA CONPANIA DONDE TRABAJA MI Y HIJO Y PORESO LA BISITE
The factory in Corona California is right near my uncle’s place. If you know guitars then you know the name Fender. Leo Fender was famous for making solid body electric guitars. The most iconic is the Fender Stratocaster launched in 1954. The museum is a great place to visit. If you are a guitar enthusiast I would highly recommend it.
Awsome place!
The staff were welcoming and quite keen to show off the factory. Lots of history. My wife and kids are not guitarist but still enjoyed the tour. Certainly worth a visit.
Doing guitars and amps the old fashioned way, great place to visit
Visited the factory to see where and how these instruments are made. A very cool experience, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Closed visitors center. In town from Texas.
Don’t go there!
It’s closed due to Corona-disease (sic!)!!
I spent a whole day in Corona West because of dis-information!! You could do better Fender!!! ☠️
They only do tours at 10:00AM on Thursdays. We drove an hour to come, and weren’t even allowed in. :’( Major disappointment.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Helped me out of a jam.
Absolutely love you guys!!! Will see you @ the next free group lesson
Loved the Service! Had much for doing the ness around on the electric drums set. Blessed to be part of their life.
Probably the best customer service that I’ve gotten in a music store. The only reason why I’m giving a 3 stars is because they outsource there guitar repairs to someone who has absolutely no concept of quolity assurance or even knowledge of how to do a standard set-up.
IN SHORT go to the store for lessons and to buy stuff while feeling really welcomed, BUT for the sake that is all holy with electric guitar repairs; DO NOT TAKE YOU’RE GUITAR THERE FOR REPAIRS.
I really like this place, it sells really good reeds. Quick question.. Do you guys fix violin’s?
Nice people and very informative. Prices are reasonable and a good collection of instruments.
Absolute Gyp. Offered $20 pawn on a $1600 guitar with $1200 quad-camera live-broadcast setup built-on.
Absolutely untrustable.
This is a sham company. We rented a sax from them on a rent-to-own contract. We paid the required payments to close out the account and they concocted some charge of $400 plus $500 in admin fees saying that I never actually finished my contract. However when we took the instrument back to them and they scanned the serial number the sax had already been taken out of the system. They have now filed a mark against me with the credit bureaus for $935 and I have already paid $5000. This is a joke company that absolutely takes advantage of people who need instruments. BE VERY CAREFUL AND READ YOUR CONTRACT! The first instrument you rent may not qualify for rent to own and they will not tell you!
I do NOT recommend this place. I had a repair they said $50-60 and they charged me $100!They tell you one price and charge you way more! They are rude and unprofessional. I will never go back.

I like their prices, and the idea to LET EM’ PLAY,to check it out,ALOT of the Staff at most stores STILL play out live with bands and(or)work for other musicians,so these are the best people to have working there, and all types of guitarist or drummers or anything else for that matter are here!ALLbrands, makes, and even Vintage can found here!Check em’out!
Expensive but beautiful cuhh
Right now the shipping delays have Guitar Center falling into the cracks! Inventory is all wonky and the wait is painful.
Needed a hi-hat clutch and waited almost 4 months! CRAZY…..Even had to wait for a sustain pedal
They are offering on their website a product that I need it, claiming about the great deal as of today Black Friday. The price for my product it was the same. On top of it, they have to order some items because they were out of stock!!! However, I already complete a full payment (more than $3000) for an incomplete order. All will be ready for next week. I feel little frustrated about it.
