I moved to Palm Coast not to long ago and had been driving to Jacksonville and Daytona to receive very sub par tech work. I got recommended to Chance by a fellow guitarist and when my favorite guitar wouldnt produce any sound (Music Man Cutlass with active pickups) I was heartbroken and took my guitar to Chance to see if he could help. He took the time to see if it was an obvious fix while I was there but we were both a little stumped and said he would have it figured out within 3days as he was just closing for the day. I was not hesitant in letting him know how much I loved the guitar and would do whatever it took to be fixed. I was shocked when he gave me a call the next day and let me know my guitar was ready to be picked up. It ended up being a minor issue that no new parts were needed and all I was charged was an hour of labor at a very reasonable rate.
It is amazing to have someone I trust I can bring my equipment to for anything needed. NEVER bring your equipment to any of the big chains. Just check Reddit if you need proof. When you go in the shop it just looks like a real tech/luthier shop where you can feel the hours of work Chance has put in. It’s also evident by the amount of old school musicians I have connected with while in Chance’s shop.
If you made it this far don’t hesitate to trust Chance with your prized possession!
Man, this place is absolutely amazing. I was in and out with my strat in beautiful condition. Had to get some things fixed to get it working again. Also got an awesome custom pick guard. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars easy.
Great music store! I bought a nice acoustic guitar and other stuff I needed. I just started playing so Chance hooked me up with his instructor AJ. I have learned so much in a short period of time and I actually play music with AJ now. His studio is nice and big. Lessons are never boring and lots of fun!
I would not recommend going to this store to have your instruments worked on based on my experience, the owner, Rafael, worked on my resonator guitar and I had to take it to another store to get it fixed, had to buy a part and pay again, the store is often closed during hours it’s supposed to be open, he sticks a note on the door, waited a half hour once and he still had not returned. Store is only open 4 days a week for 6 hours!
Bradley was fantastic to work with! I hired him to DJ a glow spin and yoga pop up class and he killed it. It was a wonderful experience and he was so flexible and professional. His lighting and booth set up were fantastic as well as his sound equipment. We will definitely be using him again.

It’s also a guitar shop! I’m learning guitar and signed up for some lessons here.
Great deals and prices.
They never answer there phone or store is always closed
Closed on a Saturday at 11:30 even though the window decal says they’re open from 10 to 3. Little sign says come back at 1pm. I come back at 1:10, still closed. Phones go straight to voicemail. Guess they took the day off. Just buy your things on Amazon, these guys won’t be of any help.
Is it just me or are these small music stores in palm coast a huge joke? You go there during peak business hours and they’re closed? Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be normal for this place too. Except there’s no explanation or note on the door this time.. Just closed… or you show up and the manager is never there, the person working can’t answer or doesn’t know how to answer any of your questions or says ” idk, you’d really have to ask the manager but he’s out for the day.” And of course, they never know when he’ll be in… how do these places even afford to be in business? I wish you could give zero stars. I feel like I’m still leaving them positive feedback just with one star.
Great people, great service! One on one instruction for beginners or intermediate players.

Bought an Epiphone Les Paul. The guitar sounds great, and was an awesome price. Everybody at the place was very helpful; The man who works there, the customers, etc. This place is definitely worth taking a look at.
Love this store. Took my son for guitar lessons here. Staff is knowledgeable and cool. The selection is great.
It was a joy to spend some time with an experienced and non-pushy employee who appreciates good music. Nice selection of Mesa amps but not a proportionate number of quality guitars in the shop.
Sales person behind the counter was very knowledgeable the store is incredible inventory was great if you haven’t been there I suggest you go see it
Great prices.
Unfriendly
This place is closed. Head up to Guitar Center in Daytona Bch.
Very nice selection of guitars however I would not return due to the indifferent attitude of the salesperson borderec on rude.
