Made a special trip to Florence just to get certain items from the store and it was closed an hour early. Apparently if it has rained the store closes. Might want to put that on your website or update that your not open.
Overpriced
Stopped by today with my wife. She was looking for a decorative pot for some flowers. She spotted a cute frog sculpture and asked lady working does price included pot since it was sitting in sculpture. The lady responded very rudely no they are separate look there is a price tag in pot. But a lot of tags are faded. Lost a customer today! Very disappointed!

Food us always great and love their beverage menu. My only issue was on this day I needed a restroom and theirs was closed.
The hatch green chili burger was great after 18 hours of no food. I will get it again!

Everytime we go after dark the night crew loves playing around instead of working usually takes 20-30 mins just to get a burger meal. Need to replace your workers.
Overall unsatisfying. We submitted our order in the app. We sat for 20-25 minutes waiting for our six meals. When they came out, we were missing a meal. Our total wait was 30 minutes. All of our food was cold. Our tater tots were soggy. The Powerade was watered down (probably running low on syrup). The iced tea was weak. They forgot our sauces. It was a disappointment after all that time and definitely not worth the money we spent.
If you close at eleven don’t tell me at ten forty five your kitchen is closed

Everytime we go here it’s disappointing, most recently my sons happy meal was smashed because the milk was on top of everything, and they did not have anymore toys which they couldn’t bother telling us when we ordered it, just said “oh he doesn’t need one right?” when handing it to us.
Waited in line outside for ten minutes for food. I got lucky, the other person who was there when we pulled up was still there when we left. Fries were only partway full and chicken was overcooked.

Helpfully and easy going

Went to buy a guitar but no assistance from the clerk was offered and large sign indicated you can’t touch them without assistance so we left. Makes it difficult to make a purchase. To be fair the clerk was waiting on another customer but just continued to ignore us and didn’t even bother to say “hello” when we entered the store. Not much available there in the way of instruments unless you need used amps, guitar stands, cheap guitars, or ukuleles.
Came in for guitar picks and strings and was thinking of buying an acoustic guitar on the wall. I asked if I could play it he said “yes”. I played a couple chords and got kicked out for playing it to “hard”.
I’ve been there quite a few times before. As a child the owner was alright but somehow he just became rude after a while. There was a time when I was 19(9 years ago) and there was an 800 dollar Jackson on the wall that I really wanted. I brought $850 dollars with me and jammed out on it for about 5 minutes, the owner came up to me and said “If you put one scratch on this I’m going to make you pay for it, do you understand?” I know I look young and I looked about 15 at the time but there have been several times(like yesterday{let me play for 4 minutes and told my party to leave when I wanted to buy a practice amp}) that I brought money in to make a purchase of over 300 dollars and he makes me uncomfortable or says something rude. If you need a reed, or if you need a rental, this is a good place. If you’re a musician, and you want to try stuff out, drive 40 minutes, the owner has been rude to me for 15 years. I swear he hates musicians.

Very charming and unique! It’s outside of Florence, more of a destination.
They don’t serve food, but have a food truck on the property. Unfortunately all food was very spicy and hot, not made for my palate.
This cut my visit short. But if I were again in the neighborhood, would definitely come back, after having eaten somewhere else before.
The Elton & Billy Joel was great. The band was good but the sound & acoustic were bad still a fun time!

Visited the Windmill Winery last year on a Saturday only to learn that due to a wedding, the wine tasting room was closed. This time we called ahead and calls go directly to voice mail. The message said that the wine tasting room is closed on Saturdays. We decided not to make the half hour drive. Stopped in Florence on the return drive from visiting the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument. As we were close to the winery we decided to do a drive by. Only half of the entrance gate was open, the “wedding” sign was up, and the entrance was staffed. We pulled into the drive to make a u-turn to leave but the attendant approached our car and asked if we needed help. We explained that we would have visited the tasting room were it open, and he responded that it was, directed us in and told us where to park. That was special. But why the separate wine tasting parking lot gate was closed, and why half of the main entrance gate was closed, and why the voice message said that the wine tasting room was closed is beyond me. Very confusing and not great for business at a time when small businesses need all the traffic they can muster. This place is awesome! Huge. No way to tell just how expansive and how well developed the grounds are, replete with burrows, horses, roosters, peacock, vintage farm machinery, wagon ride for families with children (or not), and a most inviting wine tasting room furnished with comfy sofas, lighting, wine racks, etc., that leads to a tiny bar then an expansive intimate outside seating area with tables. Live music was about to start – a solo guitarist. The bar opens from the wine room into the courtyard. You can order drinks (or wine flights) inside and sit in, or you can order from the open air section of the bar in the courtyard. My wife and I each had a flight of hearty reds. There are options for flights of lighter reds, as well as whites. Because of the wedding that section was closed to the public, but the wedding barn venue is massive. There’s also a cute bridal cottage that you walk by to get to the wine tasting room. There’s a food truck operator on site who serves apps and small plates from a kitchen that adjoins the wine tasting room. The wine flights are $10 for four samples, $15 if you want a souvenir wine glass. The menu says that the flight samples are 1 ounce. Happily not so. I’d say that each was a good two ounce serving. The staff was crazy busy and after I was handed my two flight boards, they forgot my souvenir wine glasses. And because I was served, they moved on to other customers and no one asked why I was still standing around. I had to nab a staffer and ask for my glasses. Not a big deal of course. The wines are tasty and varied. Good, not great, if you’re deeply into wine. The per-bottle prices if you want to buy and take, are pricey, ranging between $21 – $29 each. The Windmill Winery is a great destination place on a sunny day. You can spend easily four hours. I recommend.

I attended my nieces wedding there this weekend. The venue is very pretty! The service on the other hand was very disappointing. While I only know what I saw first hand it was enough for me to know that I would never recommend this place to anyone! There were a few last minute changes requested by the bride and a few misunderstandings which could have all been handled professionally, however instead the owner, wedding coordinator and a couple other people stood in a huddle for at least 30 minutes discussing this and complaining about the bridal party as we were setting the tables. We could hear everything they were saying and it was super awkward…would have been much more professional to step out and discuss privately. As a professional venue that holds many weddings I would expect for them to be able to handle these situations with a little more grace than they did. The staff was not very friendly and we could completely feel the tension from the wedding coordinator the entire evening. If you chose this venue just make sure that you know exactly what you want and expect and communicate it clearly. Most brides have never planned a wedding before, so a great wedding coordinator would be able to anticipate challenges and guide the brides accordingly…I am not confident that is the case here.
Don’t spend 20k at this venue for your wedding it will be the worst day of your life because these people are so selfish, rude and careless. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE if I could give a -20 stars I would

Called to inquire about an instrument. Owner laughed at my question and was extremely rude. He didn’t answer my questions, and refused to give any useful information.
Expensive and poor service. took my beautiful holton Bb trumpet their to have the 2nd valve slide replaced. it is a standard mass produced turmpet, ans WAS worth about $650. it was beautiful with a sparkeling finish. they lost my order and it took 3 weeks when I called them to inquire about it. i was told $40 to fix the slide (found out later that part only cost $15) and it would take a week. they chem washed it, wich i said to not do and it RUINED my trumpet. it looks like crap, their is 3 dents in my bell where their weren’t any before and after i called at the 3 week point it still took another 2 for them to get around to fixing it. in the end, they ruined my finish, put the wroung part on, and dented my trumpet multiple times. O AND they expected me to pay $85 for it all. they chem washed it because they forgot to write down the repair needed and assumed it was a was, and they charged me for their mistake. Good at smooth talking but anyone can seem like they know what their saying. they were horrabile and unless you want to over pay and have your instrument ruined, dont go here. o and my sisted paid $1000 for a flute which was “new”…the saudering from when it was returned to them from the last owner broke in about a week and they repaired it wroung 3 times before they got it right where it broke again 3 days later.
