Extremely helpful and they actually answer their phones!!! I had to get a replacement Reed for my daughter’s Clarinet, due to students stealing all her extras. They were extremely helpful in helping me, I know nothing of instruments, to get exactly what I needed. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I will be returning.
