My two children started taking piano lessons here about a month ago. TR music is wonderful music academy! My children have already learned a lot in a short amount of time. Jessica is a very patient teacher and is great with my daughter. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the owner is so nice.
My original goal was to develop my chest voice and reach notes that I hadn’t been able to before. Well, I have hit that goal and more goals I didn’t know I had — I’ve developed a love for those really high head notes too! I’ve been taking lessons now for the past 6 months, and every single time, I learn something new about myself and my voice. Jane is insightful, energetic, encouraging, and precise. She will get you on those notes and challenge you to go further. She’s an extremely patient teacher and mentor.

Ok yes it’s Walmart, many are the same. However this is my home Walmart and I shop here frequently. However I dread everytime I have to go in. I am always run over by employees. If I ask for assistance the employee acts like I am inconveniencing them, and to be quite Frank they make me feel as if I should apologize to them for me shopping in the store. I order online and have as much as possible shipped to the house just because of how much the employees make me feel unwanted in “thier” store.
This Walmart was so crowded and all we want there for was rags and towels that self check out was ridiculous
Eva has a good jazz voice and is always fun to watch perform!
We had Eva sing during our wedding ceremony and she did a phenomenal job. We only did minimal consultation prior to the event, but she helped guide us to a great song choice and went beyond fulfilling our expectations. She made our ceremony so much more perfect than we ever imagined and there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. Highly recommend!!!

Chris was a spectacular dude who was able to knock it out in an incredible time frame for me. Can’t give more than 5 stars unfortunately.
It was my first time going into this store at first glance the store has beautiful guitars at an affordable price! Than I was welcomed by a very nice gentleman he was very friendly and asked what can I help you with? I had a problem I was going to audition for musical theater and I needed sheet music for a song I explained to the man of my predicament and he immediately jumped to try and help. The man tried his hardest trying to help me out he was very patient with my situation and made sure to help me. The end result was he not only wrote me the sheet music for free he made sure I was satisfied with the music and even played it right in front of me! I would definitely recommend this store for any music problem and for make sure to ask for the employee named Pete.

For the several thousands of dollars my family has spent at this business, I expect Pete to be friendly/pleasant towards us(at the very least), for life, but he clearly can’t maintain that. He started acting rude towards my mom some years back, and now me. For no apparent reason. I hope that keeping that sour attitude of yours is worth losing 20+ year customers who often went out of their way to spend money at your establishment and stay local. Weird way to treat people who earned you money. Avoid. He’s one of those guys who thinks everyone is a “democrat”. Super solid reason to push customers away.

Poorly maintained guitar accessories. Many common string options stay empty on the racks. The same with guitar picks. Picks are so simple yet you would find yourself spending too much time looking for what you need because everything is out of order or not restocked. All you see is the label of where the particular pick option supposed to be. Ive turned to Amazon to get what I need. I cant deal with this store anymore. Probably whats happening with everyone else.
Didn’t have the bass I was initially looking for, but ended up walking away with a brand new Hofner guitar that I love. Marcus is the man!
Lazy sales men standing around talking.! Not one offered to come over and help. No customer service skills. When I finally got someone he was very unaccomadating
I walked into the store and made eye contact with the cashier. There were 2 ppl in front of me in line. He took care of the first person, then took off with the 2nd person in line and never came back. I waited 5 minutes, looked around the store, made eye contact with 2 other employees but they failed at providing customer service. I most likely got treated this way because I am a woman, since the rest of the store was full of male only customers. I finally approached one of the other employees i spotted, and when i asked if they carried manuscript notebooks he seemed clueless but nonetheless answered we dont carry those and never bothered to neither ask someone else or look it up in the computer.
Service and store were abysmal. I fly in to work an event running music and the sound board only has 1/4” inputs and no rca. So I look up guitar center as back home they have everything and are super helpful. I get to the store and the guy I happened to end up with was acting like my 10 year old niece when she doesn’t want to do something but has to. Not only that but the part showed in stock online but at the store it was so disorganized I had to look thru the entire shelf of adapters to no avail. When I asked for help he said instead of taking the time to look himself I should just spend $20 on full extension cords that run 1/4 to 3.5mm. However, I use a Bluetooth transmitter for the music and needed RCA. In the end he said that I would have to drive an hour north to the other store. Mind you I worked that evening at the event. So instead of spending the $6-$10 for the adapters, it was $25 with cords I will never need again.

Classic music shop. Owner is friendly and helpful. They have boxes of used cables for a decent price. Good selection of djembe drums and guitars, as well as used and new audio gear. Great ambience inside.

Rick was warm & friendly & it seems to have a nice stock of instruments. Tucked in the corner of the Staples building so it’s easy to drive right by without seeing it. Very little sheet music for vocalists so if that’s what your looking for don’t bother. They have an open mic night every 1st Saturday so I will come to one & see what it’s like.
Left them guitar to glue the neck, the estimation was way above market, that’s OK. I’ve decided to go to other store but during pick up I found scratches here and there. Lucky me-made a video when I did bring a guitar the 1st time. I am just disappointed- waste a month and no result. They did polish and removed scratches (not all as I found out in another store). Not a bad store with various instruments new and used, I even bought a bass, but I do not trust their guitar master. Rick is a good guy but the master is a 3rd party that occasionally appears and takes guitars home, where I guess and damage mine.

Their pricing is ridiculous. $250 for a used Ibanez acoustic that’s missing the electronics? That guitar sells for $350 brand new!! Also, after reading the reviews, I would bet $100 that most of the 5 star reviews were made up by the owner. Absolutely pathetic.
Absolutely brilliant music teacher, very knowledgeable and wonderful with my child. Takes time to explain everything in a way my child can understand and works with my child’s pace.
Can not do enough to encourage and reassure my child when they are finding the note reading difficult.
I would highly recommend Rachel, she acts professional at all times. With both my child and in communication with us as parents.

The employees were super nice, friendly and welcoming. I went there with mi two daughters to find an instrument to learn to play and once they entered they got crazy with all the instruments and the store. They let them play everything that doesn’t need to be with put the mouth on i like saxophone or flutes or any instrument like that for the pandemic but the lady that talk to us she told me that usually they let the kids play all the instruments that they can and want to try…I love the store, the employees and the instruments that they’d have, I definitely come back to buy one for them and maybe another for me too, because I know how to play the guitar but with all those instruments there I want to buy them all specially the violin, viola, or the piano or the bass or the drums, I can’t choose one I love the music and love all of them

Helpful but some of the STAFF are unfamiliar with Some OLD SCHOOL but STILL useful DIGITAL RECORDING MEDIUMS…I literally had to “train” one of the sales people. Good Stores and staff but sometimes you may have to educate them as well.
Gave me a good price for my guitar and bass. Other music stores wouldn’t make me an offer. Still the best place to trade up instruments!
Guys are great and very knowledgeable about equipment.
Just got home from my first visit since our country closed down for the flu. Met at the door by two mask wearing employees. I wasn’t wearing a mask and was asked if I had one. I replied no and turned around to leave. I was offered a mask, but will not wear one. They are not required by our county and when they are required I still won’t.
I guess I’ll just feed the Amazon giant. It’s only a matter of time before Amazon puts them out of business anyway. Better get used to it.
My kids took music lessons.
We had a lousy experience with Ambika in piano. She was very unprofessional and entitled. She changed class dates and times several times and even cancelled at the last second.
The other teacher was great, however. So choose teachers wisely and don’t be afraid to switch if you feel uncomfortable with your teacher.
A very dismal store. Their stocking of products is inconsistent and lazy, the technicians are untrained and sloppy, their knowledgeability towards the products they actually do carry is almost nonexistent.
Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed in stock- repeated the item description 3 times- and was told yes, drove 30 minutes to get it, it was not the item I asked for. The employee was unapologetic for the issue, got an attitude, and blamed me. I’ve given this store more than enough chances to get back to its glory days but it has gone too far downhill to get back to being a worthy place shop.

GREAT staff! Extremely friendly and patient. Bought a beginner’s guitar for my son. Did not want to spend a lot of money on it, as I don’t know if he will like it. The store was busy, but still felt like we were the only ones in the store, as the team was so helpful. They allowed my son to play on a couple of guitars and he was over the moon. Chris helped us mostly and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you… we will be back!

I was not impressed with this location. The manager on the phone sounded friendly, but was slightly strange and rude in person. They were very disorganized and their computer system constantly would not be working. The bathroom was out of order all the time. when you walk in there is a horrible smell with a dingy feel to it. The rest of the staff was nice but poorly managed. I think this franchise is only looking to make money and not have personal relationships with their customers who come in for lessons. I would steer away from music and arts, because I’ve had similar experience when I lived in Connecticut as well. find yourself a local place that offers lessons on a personal level.
Terrible, terrible service through the years. I have my daughter’s instrument rented with them, did the same for my son a couple of weeks ago and 2 weeks have passed and he still has no instrument. His teacher hasn’t been easy on that, and the only thing they tell me after waiting almost 30 minutes on the phone for someone to pick up (third day trying to call), is that I have to wait (!!!!!). There is no communication, nothing. They don’t update, they don’t send anything. If you have nothing to do and are lucky enough for someone to pick up, you MIGHT stand a chance. Just cancelled because I don’t want anything to do with them again.

Walked in. Others were at the counter being served, made eye contact with the first employee at the counter. As soon as everyone was served, me being the last person standing, that same employee walked away and checked on customers walking around the store. Wasn’t even greeted…wasn’t asked if I needed anything. The same employee brought someone over to the counter, I’m standing right up to the counter ♀️…skipping me. That person left, I’m still standing right at the counter, I was about to say I need help, WHILE this same employee is looking ALL around me, someone walks in the store, and the employee asked them if they’d been helped yet…….WOW . So still waiting, that customer said no, I finally asked for help, and the employee looks at me abruptly like I wasn’t there the entire time, although we made eye contact when I first walked in. He rung me up, got a bag for my items. I got what I needed and left.

Bought speakers from here march 13th. Its now may 13th and the tweeters on the speakers are already messed up. Manager aka keith says no return/refund. Doesnt want to help at all. He says to call the company to get help but they are bought from his store with less then 3 months worth of use. Company then says could take a month to receive new tweeters. Keith will play the victim of unfair reveiws but fail to mention when delivering a item it was 700. Another for 700 and something and speakers for 599. So money was spent there. Buy from here at your own risk
They apparently don’t do returns and if you go through with their financing they make you deal with it yourself Nate accused me of using the equipment for one day and returning it when the equipment was cheap af and not worth the expensive price tag they had on it …stick to Sam ash or guitar center found way better pricing and options

There were literally 3 employees in the whole store. They were all friendly, but stretched way too thin. The selection was nothing like it used to be. They still have events and workshops thankfully. Good music stores and good live music is getting harder to find. We all need to keep it alive.

It has been a while since I have been in this store. I worked in this location for a store called Mars Music and then helped ope this Sam Ash store. All I can say is it was very dark and dreary. Seems like a cluttered over sized pawn shop. They did’n even have basic audio adaptors that I needed. The sales people weren’t the least bit interested in helping me. I doubt I will ever return to this store. Two stars might be an exaggeration.
Purchased a microphone didn’t work went to return it they changed me 15% to take it back for a microphone that didn’t work i used to come here all the time never again ill buy on line rip off artists dont buy here or return merchandise they sill will make money
Anthony is an excellent drum instructor. He pushes me to achieve more than I expected. Having the lessons in my home is an incredible convenience. I would highly recommend Lessons in Your Home and Anthony anytime
My daughter has been taking violin lessons with Lessons in Your Home for 5 weeks. She is having fun and enjoying the learning process. Her teacher is Amy. Amy is wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful to my daughter and myself.
Lessons in Your Home are very organized, understanding, accommodating, and flexible. My daughter is able to learn online, but face-to-face options are available. We are extremely happy that we chose Lessons in Your Home to teach my daughter the violin!
My 4 year old son is immune compromised and hasn’t left our property since march 2019. I was looking for a way for him to continue music and also build a relationship with someone besides myself. I’m his teacher for everything else.
Ms. Amanda is wonderful. My son is learning to read, write and play music. The lessons are 30 minutes sometimes he pays attention for 10 minutes others for the whole lesson but it is always worth the money.
Great place for musicians of any experience level. Great place on getting info on custom guitars.

Its just a chain guitar shop. They are there to make money so you arent going to get the best deal on anything but when it comes to instruments its hard to buy something online youve never heard. There isnt anything special about the place but its nice inside and the staff are nice enough. They are helpful when you need them and leave you alone when you dont. Just your average run of the mill music shop but a nice wide selection.
Dean did a great job. Unfortunately Dean is not there anymore and my restring was pushed back past the promised date and never completed. Took the guitars elsewhere.
I called and asked if they bought used drum sets. The employee asked the type and said they were definitely interested. I took the kit apart and drove right down. When I got there I was informed that they weren’t buying drum sets at the moment. I told the guy I had called already and his exact response was “I don’t know what to say, you must have called the other store”.I hit redial on my phone in front of him and by my 1 star ,you can guess who was right. Total waste of my time. Total unprofessional attitude from the clerk.
The store and it’s sales employees are great but it gets a one star review for the lousy set up job that was performed on my guitar. Everything past the 13th fret had an incredible amount of buzz. When adjusting my pickup height, they adjusted it too low and one of the springs for the screws was stuck to the pick up magnate and they just left it as it. It wasn’t intonated. The girl who worked on it offered to have me bring it in again but was scared to let them touch it again in fear of them potentially doing damage to my instrument.
We hired Copper Piano for our company holiday celebration. The entire booking process was flawless. Regia made everything so easy, brought excitement to every planning call, and supported all our needs. On the day Jason and Tyler were PHENOMENAL. We had an unexpected rain delay, and they were beyond flexible with timeline and needing to reset after the rain. Their performance got our people dancing, laughing, and was such an incredible moment. They are so skilled and got the crowd engaged. Unfortunately we had to postpone planning of our event due to COVID-19 so I contacted Jason about returning my Deposit. As we agreed, 60 days before the event I was allowed to receive a full refund of the deposit. Jason is very easy to work with and super responsive! I hope our public health circumstances change and we are still able to use The Copper Piano!!
This company made it possible for us to get a singer & pianist last 2 weeks prior to our wedding. Last minute basically. They are all amazing people. We are so excited for our wedding. Because of them it’ll be perfect! If your thinking of using “The Copper Piano,” I absolutely would!
