Will I be able to get my electric guitar fixed because I might go tomorrow?
Friendly staff and a great selection of cool used guitars and amps
They processional, helpful and answered all questions. Patient and curious.
Always something different.
Very helpful and good prices
Online order
Ordered a Jackson at a great price, used. Shipping took a little while (about a week and a half, I guess I’m just used to crazy fast shipping speeds like amazon. Felt like a lifetime. I’m in NY so it’s completely understandable )
Guitar looks great. There are some very very slight nicks and dings (as to be expected with a used guitar, however it would be nice to have the imperfections highlighted in a picture or two). Guitar is full functional and has no mechanical problems; however it did not come with the whammy bar. Not a big deal at all, they are only a few dollars. It would have been nice to have that listed in the description though so I could have had one ordered before the guitar got here. Again, not a big deal at all.
Overall very happy with the guitar and will be ordering more from them in the future. Thanks guys. Wish I was closer and could come check out the rest of your stuff in person!
A lot of old equipment, over priced. Staff is decent. Tim is a guy that runs the store. Brought in 1700 dollar mixer and was offered 250 and had the nerves to ask for the original box.
Tim seems as he run the business with feelings instead of customer service so I’m not sure if it’s good for the franchise. Complains about old equipment he has but want to low ball you on equipment that you paid Top Dollar for.
Was told to leave equipment at this location and come back. Came back to a blown sub……. I never write comments but I’m waiting on the response so I can further investigate.
sort of like the GameStop of music stores ,snobby and off putting attitudes as if you are gonna run out with some merch.
They took 5 days to ship a small package. The label was created but the package was not given to USPS until 5 days later. I called on the 3rd and they told me USPS had not picked it up. I called again on the 5th day and they told me the package was dropped at USPS the day after the purchase which is a lie. Take responsibility for not shipping the item instead of bluntly lying.

Amazing atmosphere with just as amazing music, 10/10 would recommend and some. If you want quality and a good creative space this is the spot
This was most definitely one of the best studios I’ve been to. We worked well and the vibes were great I would highly recommend this studio to everyone!!!
Such an amazing studio
Took off with our deposit of $2250.00 and now will not pick up the phone or return our phone calls. Update: He finally called me back and advised that he read the reviews that we have been leaving his business online. He advised that he wants to get this resolved and that he is going to refund the deposit. I got a text from him saying that is going to cut the check and put it in the mail on Dec 6th 2021. Being that we are not far from his location, and the fact that it is Dec 15th 2021, we believe that we should have received the check by now, or at least a phone call to say that there is a delay, but nothing. We still do not have our money that he took.
Billy is theeee best. We met Billy prior to the pandemic. At the time my kids were 13 and 8. Billy let my teen lead the discovery on what music she wanted to learn. Understanding that because she was older, we had to capture her interest anyway we could. She spent 2 years doing piano but now does voice with Billy. She will be 18 in the fall! My son, he took a slightly different approach, taking advantage of his young age and instilling a strong foundation of reading music, notes and playing. While my son is not Mozart (my son’s choice!), Billy has captured his attention through his kindness, patience and humor. As the world shifted in the pandemic, Billy, without missing a beat, shifted to zoom lessons and we’ve had our lessons that way ever since. Whether it’s “in person” or “on zoom”, Billy is a fantastic teacher!
I have had a great experience learning from Billy these past few months. I haven’t played an instrument in almost 20 years, so I was basically learning everything about music from scratch and had never played piano before. He is a friendly guy and I feel I have progressed a lot in a short time learning from him. Classes are always fun!
Billy is a very sweet guy with a big voice. My two daughters have been seeing him for about 6 months for private voice lessons.
There’s several things we like about him- he’s easygoing and good with kids, he lets the kids pick music that they want to sing (that’s huge), and he communicates well and quickly.
My husband did a lot of choir and vocal instruction and he said Billy knows his stuff.
Often have unique &/or rare items with good prices. I always buy in-store to play & assess it in Stockton or the new Elk Grove, California. Old ukulele, old mandolin, 7/8 size 12-fret CE acoustic guitar, 12-string acoustic with low action. These are axes I never see at other stores.
Good place to deal with, fair and honest, I’ll be back
When you purchase a guitar through the mail and you are depending on the merchant, It can be a bit disconcerting. For this reason I would like to thank Paul and his staff. The instrument traveled 2400 miles and arrived with a small problem. Everyone was quick to respond and very professional. The issue was resolved. Again, many thanks to Paul and his staff.
Ordering was fast and easy. Delivery was prompt and the saxophone I ordered was well packaged/protected. The only downside is I had to order additional items because of a missing clamp for the mouthpiece and Reeds.
Nice store with plenty of selection
Cool concept, kind of a high-end pawn shop for music equipment. Great selection of guitars and amplifiers. The staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning
You know it was an awesome store when it first opened owners gotten greedy prices are too high now they’re marked up at least 30% more than what the normal prices used to be yep the owners got greedy I know he’s picking them squires up bulk dirt cheap and he’s selling them for about 50 away from full price and beware buyer beware all their used fenders are stamped they say used they stamped the head stocks with a metal stamp
Bought a Saga Masterclone banjo from here. Neck was loose. Would not tune right. Took off the neck and put it on right. It still had buzzing and intonation problems. Tried adjusting it out but no go. The banjo has a great tone and I wanted it to work. I was assured that the banjo was ready to play before I bought it. Took it to a shop to find the problem and was told the truss rod was stripped out. I already suspected that. Let them know and no answer. They knew this was defective but sold it anyway. My order number is #M142824. Beware. They won’t stand behind their products. If it’s good when you get it fine. If it ain’t, your screwed. I would give them no stars.
Called to get shipping price on an amp and was told that they don’t like to ship amps and it’s in store pick up only. Really??? You won’t hear Sam Ash or Guitar Center say that. They are happy to ship and take my money.
