I recommend this place. My children have autism, and they do an excellent job with them. The service is excellent, 100% recommended
Very good place to learn a new instrument
I brought my 6 year old daughter here for singing/piano lessons. The teacher (Analise) was really great, worked on technique and skills. Professional, clean, friendly environment. We tried 2 other studios but we chose Maurock because of the quality and price. Truly, after all my checking and research this is the most reasonably priced. Thank you!
La atención es muy buena.y el perdonal es exelente…

Fun location, clean, and good service. Just needs a larger collection of songs.
*UPDATE 9/30/22* I’m downgrading my review to 3 stars from 4 because cigarette smoke began to fill my room during my last visit. Unfortunately, it’s happened several times before already. The mics were wonky during my last visit as well, with 1 mic being a lot louder than the other even after the owner came to adjust them. Additionally, the music catalog seems quite limited, as it doesn’t include a lot of newer popular songs. I think it would be a lot better if the systems were upgraded to be YouTube-based, like some other karaoke places, so that customers have a vast and diverse selection available to them.
Formerly known as Fantasia Karaoke. This is a decent spot for karaoke, with many song options in their catalog (you aren’t limited to English-language songs). The rooms are clean and let you turn all the lights off. The price is a bit steep, but it’s a lot more reasonable when you go with a group of friends.
It smelled like cigarettes when we went into our room. Variety of songs but they are a lil outdated.
Love Sterling by Music Man instruments. Wonderful heritage, many designs by Leo Fender himself. Great quality guitars and basses at affordable prices. All reps and staff at Praxis are very professional and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy to be an official Sterling by Music Man dealer.
Praxis has been awesome since day one! Originally with BC Rich – migrating to Sterling by Music Man they have always had outstanding customer service, and provided a wonderful fullfillment of gear! From shipping discounts, to providing updated stock reports, to having a great team. The ONLY ‘nitpick’ thing is they need more than one person available to check stock – cross train that so Josh doesn’t have to be bugged so much lol – btw JOSH ROCKS!!!
Great guitars at great prices! Their customer service is amazing.
Guitars are absolutely beautiful and play flawlessly. Some of the terms for shipping products to dealers seems questionable if the dealer is paying for shipping. Overall the customer service is excellent!

BOOKOff in Gardena is an awesome store. The Games, Manga, Toys and all the aisles are very clean and very well organized. I could spend hours in this store! You can tell that the employees take pride in their store by keeping it so well organized and clean. I’ve been to all the BOOKOff locations in Southern California and these stores do not disappoint.
So if you are looking for Japanese imports, this store is for you! A+
Books are good
Mostly all Asian products but some electronics are pretty cool
Very unique store as 90% of the things you can get are Japanese. Definitely a more unique location if you are looking for Japanese books, CDs, and videos that are pretty difficult to come by anywhere else.
I didn’t think the place was all that great.
Everything is overpriced. They don’t buy stuff good either. You can get pennies or be asked take it back. Totally typical bad Japanese business. It’s ok to say that. I’m Japanese myself. I know. Go to Ameba.
It’s 98% Japanese language inventory. Keep that in mind before visiting.
If you try to sell at book off they’ll rip you off. They’ll end up selling your items for more that half of what they paid. Their prices are really high on bad conditioned stuff. I don’t think its a good store t go to.

I was very disappointed with the Mariachi hired them for my mom birthday celebration and only 4 people showed up 30 minutes late, and 1 additional person arrived 1 hour late. They said that some where stuck in traffic. Horrible service, do not hire them. Very unprofessional, not worth the money they charge. They did not know popular mariachi songs.

Extremely happy with my SW-1O sub woofer and Echo bookshelf 5.1 speakers. The service is even better – responsive and accommodating. It’s hard to find great service and products that ship to Canada from smaller US companies…. Starke has exceeded my expectations for sure.
I just had a wonderful experience on the phone with Logan at this store. Logan was AMAZINGLY helpful, going above and beyond to help me out with an unusual request. He found the keyboard I needed and helped me to even pay over the phone so it was all taken care of. The whole time I felt like Logan was fighting for me, he was professional friendly, but most of all helpful! Thank you Logan and Guitar Center for saving the day!
Good people.
I really like that specific Guitar Center. Even though they changed the staff, they always get really good people. It seems to me that they know what’re talking about it. ❤️ ️
Good usually
Online ordering and picking up at the store is best, if you want your stuff when you go.
Customer Service is okay in the microphone department. Unless you spend a significant amount of money, they do not show they care. I spent over $500 in one day and they change perspective about me
They dumb they dont know whats a bajo quinto. I show it to them and they were all confused
Update: I was told to reach out via email, which I did. I let set them a copy of my earlier review below. I was told that management from the South Bay store would be in contact with me. No one from the South Bay location has followed up with me. I sent an email back to the address I was told to reach out to, and still no response. It’s one thing to try to fix a discrepancy, but you have to follow through. I specifically let it be known in my first email that email would be the best way to reach out as well. Seems like management at South Bay just doesn’t care at all. Originally I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them 3 stars, now just one.
Original:
TL;DR Staff is cool when you meet them face to face, but their curbside pickup game is weak sauce.
I arrived shortly before 5pm for my curbside pickup. I clicked the link letting them know I was there. I immediately get an email asking me to check in again when I got there. I figured it might have been a computer error, so I called. I was placed on hold while they were trying to find a manager. They ended up transferring me to the guitar section, where I let them know I that I was parked in curbside pickup spot #3. I was told that they’d have it out to me in a few minutes. I ended up waiting until about 5:30, when I decided to just go inside. The first person I saw was just sitting there playing on a guitar, which made me a bit annoyed, but he helped me out as soon as I let him know I had been there for awhile. I mistakenly said I had been waiting for 10 minutes outside, but it wasn’t until I checked my phone to see how long ago I had placed the call, as well as how long the call went on, did I realize I had been waiting almost 30 minutes outside (the call lasted around 5 minutes and I was on hold for most of that time). I elected for curbside pickup because I have an elderly mother at home, and I’m trying to limit my potential exposure to Covid, so that I don’t end up passing it on to her. Even if they had just asked me to come into the store while I was on the phone then I wouldn’t have minded. But to have so many hiccups in trying to pickup two guitar cables is a bit much. I would’ve given them only two stars, but the guy behind the counter moved quickly to get my order to me, so the extra star is for him. I’ve gotten several items from them within the past couple of months, and most of the time I get emails asking me to come pick up my order, after I’ve gotten it and made it all the way home. Also, I think the reason why I hadn’t had this kind of trouble before was because there were employees who just happen to be taking their smoke breaks out in the back when I got there. So yeah, like I said before, the staff is cool face to face, but their curbside game need work.
No helpful service with piano accessories at all. Bought all my supplies on Ebay for way cheaper.
