Is it great store Stafford knowledgeable and helpful and they have a selection of good guitars. I would like to see a larger selection of guitars, but the ones they have are solid choices

I have been to a lot of music stores and most of the time you feel the staff is just there for work but this staff really seems to enjoy what they are doing and they do awesome tech work. 100% recommend to all musicians

I’ve been here a few times and staff are always friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable.

Decent selection of guitar accessories!

Nice guys, if you live in the Valley and need work done they are a good bunch to go see.

Purchased a guitar and amp with all of the accessories for a new player. Upon picking up the guitar, the amp I picked out was sold, and another amp was put on the table with no explanation of where the other amp was. The amp was a decent brand, so I didn’t say anything, and the amp was also new. After using the amp, I had significant issues that I had to troubleshoot. Nothing worked. I returned them amp and explained what I had done to troubleshoot, and they did not want to look at it. I asked for the original amp I picked out, and the staff became angry and aggressive. I attempted to calm things down and solve the issue, but then they gave me the amp that I had originally played and asked me to leave. I will never return.

These Guys has absolutely no clue about what they’re selling/doing.

Better drive 100 miles more instead dealing with these non professional “sellers??????”
