Rockhounded his huge rock piles with the Idaho Gem and Mineral club. Found some amazing pieces to slab, tumble and display. Headed to his rock shop in town and bought a used Richardson’s Ranch rock polisher for a very reasonable price. His rock shop is open by appointment, so call ahead. He has used lapidary equipment and piles of rough rock. Well worth the trip from Boise area.
Wonderful selection of rough rocks from petrified wood to opal and everything in between.
Thanks, Tony, for all the work you put into the grinding wheels – the new bearings, etc. Thanks again, Tony. Bill MClure
Solid music store and extremely friendly. They don’t sell you stuff, they inform and educate you so you can make an investment. Thanks to Dennis and the guys for making my trip to Twin Falls memorable!
Have rented a instrument from them and it is taking a super long time to even get a response, it has been 2.5 weeks and no call on status…
Realy great customer service and awesome workers but really bumpy prices somethings are slightly under priced some over and some right on the money (half literally) ether way I would definitely suggest this place.
Nau experinia
I’m used to great local businesses willing to help you out. Unfortunately this isn’t one of them. When I went in to see if I can test my guitar’s amp system using one of their amplifiers, the owner instantly became hostile and deriding. “Since I didn’t buy my guitar from their place, why should they let me use one of their amps for free?” Obviously they aren’t known for customer service since there wasn’t another customer in sight. I mentioned this obvious fact and left. A different music store a few blocks north was kind enough to let me use one of their amps, and the owners even spent time explaining how the different amps work. While I spent $20 at their place on guitar accessories, I wasn’t looking for an amp that day. But guess which store I would go to when I’m looking to buy an amp?
Sales people are pushy and dishonest.
Store sucks, don’t have anything in the drum section, sad

Love the owners of this place! Laura holds a small piece of my heart!
Went there today to check out ukuleles…BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would have never thought that we would have a local shop in town, when I found out about it yesterday I was so hyped and had to go. I ended up just buying picks but it was a pretty hot deal for 3 for $1. Al who was the one who helped me was so nice and made it a 5 star experience. Recommend going to check it out.
Stopped in while traveling and fell in love with then shop. The vintage and newer amp collection could easily outfit a recording studio. I found some great quality and unique acoustic guitars, mandolins, and an impressive collection of used bass guitars. Knowledgeable and friendly staff/owner. I wish this store was in my hometown.

I stopped in this shop last year, and found two pairs of very lightly used shoes that fit me perfectly. 3 bucks each!! I also found some other items I needed. The ladies were so sweet and kind! I’m a bit of a trift store junkie, and I can say that this place does not have the odors and clutter that is common in Thriftville.
Excellent Quality!! Incredible Prices and Fabulous Selection of almost anything! One of the Best shops around! The Staff is usually very friendly and nice!!
Friendly staff.

Dropped two guitars off to get some maintenance taken care of. Can’t be happier with the service! Both guitars play like new, the turn around was great, and the price was even better. I also love the fact they are open to 8pm!!!
Calling this establishment “mediocre” would be too much of a compliment. My brother went in to ask if the man had any guitar parts and was treated like an inconvenience. The man had his back to him the whole time, was very dry and rude and had awful customer service overall, once my brother asked about guitar lessons though is when the man perked up and became chatty. Only when money was in the conversation was he interested. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place rocks! Alissa Wakefield is super duper nice and knows exactly what she’s talking about. I’m so pumped that a store like this exists in this town. Lori and blythe were super cool too and were very knowledgeable as well! These ladies really helped me out. They also have a ton of music books! I suggest you guys save the trip from having to drive to dunkleys or guitar center for your music needs. I’m gonna probably start taking lessons there too for violin. I also peaked inside their classroom and it looked huge. Also, they said they had a banjo instructor which is actually relatively rare. All in all, very lovely conversations, lovely people, and great service.
Idahome has been such a good fit for. Y daughter! Tori the owner is professional and educated in what she is doing to include a huge heart for those she is working with. Very grateful to have this program!
Wakefield Music Academy has wonderful program music for any age. Their staff is friendly, and their price is affordable.
I recommend this place. You will find professional music lessons there.
