I recently had the pleasure of visiting this liquor store In Grantvill ga under new management, and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding. The best part of my visit was the exceptional person working there, who went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. They were not only friendly and kind but also incredibly helpful and had a contagious happiness that brightened my day.
One of the most impressive aspects of this store was the multitude of sales and price matching opportunities they offered. It’s evident that they are committed to ensuring customers get the best deals and don’t have to look elsewhere for competitive prices. This, coupled with the welcoming and helpful staff, made my shopping experience a breeze.
What impressed me even more was the commitment to addressing any previous discrepancies and taking care of customers, as well as resolving any bad reviews. It’s clear that the new management is dedicated to improving and ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of dedication is rare to find in retail, and it truly sets this liquor store apart.
I strongly encourage anyone in the area to stop by this liquor store and experience it for themselves. The friendly and helpful staff, extensive sales, and dedication to customer satisfaction make it a go-to destination for all your liquor needs.
My Uncle introduced me to this place since he lives right down the road from it, they always shop here and I can see why. Friendly business, wide selections.
Little pricey
Nice store with a decent variety.
Very good location…owner is particular about parking!
Way overpriced.
Dirtbag… go to jabalys down the street.
Very off the beaten path and more expensive than Peachtree City.

I’ve come in a number of times since we got our rental here. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. I’m not well versed in the string category and they are always willing to share their knowledge as well as give recommendations.
Patrick was a great help in finding the perfect reed case
Love this store, and for brass and woodwind instruments and accessories.
I wouldn’t say it’s the most amazing selection, but the staff are quite nice and the prices aren’t terrible. Descent local music shop
I have been there years ago.
The staff and employee was good but the guiter instructor was so bad old white men. For my experience, one day i wanted tell him I want to quick. And I said that. And then he walks around us and said to me ” I am a good teacher…” I have right to quit my lesson and he do not have right to treared me. It was so bad happen and I very frastrate that he still there.
If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are incompetent and dishonest. We set up lessons, called to confirm an hour before our first lesson, arrived early and was told “sorry, we don’t have you set up”. Was told they will fix it and call back that evening. Never called back, I called several times, more lies and was jerked around for two weeks. Eventually returned the rental instrument and was treated rudely.
I bought a Piccolo at an academy in November, but I had a problem with my bag, so I visited him on November 15 and asked the company again, the staff told me. However, the company did not call back after a month, but the answer was not from the company. So I applied again. But now the year has changed and they still can’t reach me. I’m really angry when I have to wait.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend any parent to rent an instrument from music and arts. I returned the instrument, there was no outstanding balance.
I continued to receive collection phone calls for music and arts. I provided them with the final receipt stating at zero balance. Three calls to their Corporate Center in Virginia and it is yet to be resolved. Their overall attitude is dismissive and customer service is not a priority. Please save yourself the headache and utilize a different music rental company for your student’s band needs.
