Amber- Some people have a life. Sometimes people who own a small business needs to be with their family at 7:00 PM. I bet they work more hours a week than you do.
Went in to get my bass guitar and my electric guitar fixed and could not be happier. My bass was a simple fix and the tech got it up and running within 10 minutes. My guitar needed a new 5 way switch and this one I left at the shop for a while and came back to pick it up. The repair jobs were perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend music depot! A+!
They had a book I needed.
The absolute worst experience. They do not charge your card properly for payments. They do not return phone calls and when they answer it always is someone else you need to talk to. When they mess up and don’t charge you, nor answer calls, then you get a pounding knock at the door at 9 at night serving you. Then when you pay the entire note they give you no ownership papers.
This company is a joke. They are rude and steal from people.
Buyer beware. To many other places to shop. Thanks for the worst experience ever and I will spend a lifetime avoiding anything music depot. It anything you fundraise or sponsor.

Good store and staff. Had a little bit of a mix up on a mandolin set up which is why I only gave 2 stars. But everything else about music depot is great.
